Finally get to the office for the free consultation and they ask me to continue to set up my a/c and fill in a password on their iPad. Er, if I need to remember it, probably best to do it with a password manager, but if I don't have the a/c I can't the consultation, so I had to leave. A really poor experience and so angry that they can't just give me the consultation and we can work out the stupid a/c if I'd decided to go with them. Really poor customer service, no flexibility, do what the orthofi application says or die!

My case was incredibly difficult. I had a very bad bite, and some doctors even told me I would need jaw surgery to correct it! I am so incredibly glad that I chose Dr. Yang instead. I was in braces for just over three years, and the entire experience was fantastic. Dr. Yang is a true master at what he does and managed to fix my teeth and bite perfectly without any need for surgery. On top of his incredible skill, the service is unmatched. I set up a consultation with Dr. Tom and right away I was struck by his sincerity and honesty. He assured me that my dentist was exaggerating and that my teeth would be totally fine without getting treatment. I ended up crying in his office, I was so upset. Dr. Tom took the time to explain all my options and the timeline of my treatment. I ended up going "old school" with wired braces and rubber bands. The tech they use here is pretty new with nice cameras to take picture of you and a 3D teeth scan tool. The person who helped with my X-rays and scans (Ashley?) had really great bedside manner with good commentary about what she was doing and what she wanted me to do next. Dr Yoo saw me afterwards and mapped a plan out after some examination. She seemed to know what she was doing but also would've been nice to have her ask if I had any questions. Her assistance Darlene did leave me her contact if I needed any assistance. It was clear to me what the expectations for cost was and the next steps. Front desk was friendly, the dental office/equipment looked modern, and the dentists were efficient. Each procedure was explained and front desk helped with scheduling and often notifying for upcoming appointments. So the reason why I stopped going... I had a filling redone due to it coming off. However, I had pain around the same tooth for months. I couldn't eat on that side at all. I went back in for checkups to see if they can figure out what's going on. The head dentist told me to consider getting a crown since there seems to be a cracking on the tooth. They offered to cover the costs however I thought it was a bit extreme to get a crown from a routine filling. Over the next couple months, I would go back multiple times since the pain didn't go away. This included shaving part of the filling, redoing the filling, and trying to figure out my bite. And the final time I went there for a checkup, I was just told it could just be a neurological thing and almost made it sound like it was my fault and they can't do anything about it. The only reason why I kept going back was to give them the opportunity to fix what they had messed up. I ended up looking for another dentist and I told them my issue. They were able to figure what was wrong, and redid my filling. Now I have no pain.
