He was able to get me in on extremely short notice, which alone was impressive. What really stood out was the level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Dr. Acosta performed my wisdom tooth extraction and is also helping me with cosmetic dental work. From the initial consultation to the treatment itself, he took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The procedure was far smoother than I expected, and the recovery process has been excellent. What separates Dr. Acosta from many healthcare professionals is that he genuinely cares about his patients. You never feel rushed, pressured, or treated like just another appointment on the schedule. His staff is welcoming, the office is professional, and the quality of care is exceptional. I called in because my daughter was in pain in the back of her jaw due to her wisdom teeth. They…read moreassured me that they could take care of her that evening. I did not expect that anyone would pull out her teeth that evening. I just wanted them to xray that area and make sure that's what it was, and to give a referral to a specialist if needed. They took her in and insisted on xraying all her teeth with the vinyl ones you have to hold in place in multiple tooth areas. They then sat her in the chair and began cleaning all of her teeth including the very back molars next to where wisdom teeth are located. She was in tears at this point waiting for the dentist to review the xrays. She came over and stated there were no cavities, see you in six months. I was very confused at this point because I stated wisdom teeth on the phone, said it again when we came in and when they insisted on cleaning the teeth when she was in pain. The dentist then told me that they do not have the ability to xray the wisdom teeth area, that is a panoramic xray machine that is done standing up. She said they would writ a referral for her to see an oral surgeon for an evaluation. I asked them if they could writ a prescription for one or two pain pills to overcome her now increased level of pain from the cleaning. The dentist said it wasn't warranted for a simple cleaning. This was a shady money grab that left my daughter in more pain than she came in with. How dare you get me into your establishment under the false pretense of being able to offer guidance for my daughter. I took your referral to a different oral surgeon where they removed four impacted wisdom teeth from my daughter's mouth. The oral surgeon you would have sent us to was not even in our Delta Dental network. Do not trust this dentist!!!

A sequel nobody asked for: sloppy closure on the extraction site, infection as a bonus feature, no prescription for pain meds, impossible to reach, and billing practices that made me wonder if I'd wandered into a used car lot instead of an oral surgery office.
