I believe we saw four different sales reps, the other three never even acknowledged us, didn't at least try to show us where we could start browsing for a suit. We waited at least 20 minutes but no one ever even attempted to help us. Went to other Men's Suit store in same area. They were very busy, but addressed us immediately. So we purchased everything there. Very disappointed in Jos A Banks. Lost our business for sure.

Apparently "appointment" here just means "maybe we'll see you if we feel like it," because we were then told it's mostly walk-in only and directed to the arrowhead location.. Planning a wedding is stressful enough so having a business completely disregard a scheduled time is next level frustrating. If you can't honor appointments, don't offer them. Simple as that. We'll be taking our business somewhere that understands both customer service and the importance of not wasting a wedding party's time

Mom went first with some gorgeous light colored leather boots with a casual floral design on the side. They our 3 year old wanted a pair similar and they had some in just her perfect little size and the style she wanted! Dad and son (2) went next and both got amazing looking dark leather work boots that fit comfortably and just snug enough.
