So I said I just want an oil change and nothing more. Fine. I go and pick up my car and I notice that:  A) They placed the next oil change sticker with 2K miles more than it should have on it  B) 30 minutes later I get another call from the guy saying my oil pan is leaking and I have some other issues...and as I inform him my car isn't there anymore and picked up, he hangs up on me. I went to PICKUP my car with my mom and I was looking at her like what and what is that? perfect I didn't say anything and I took my key I went outside and I didn't leave until I checked it to my surprise there were several defects, and I went inside the shop and called the guy who was there and I told him, look come I told him I'm upset about that this man made me wait so long for my car so that he could deliver a car with half the work done. it's not fair I started to show him that it's broken that didn't change and I laughed at the bullshit he told me the hit of the car was on the left but the front part didn't exist so HE WAS SUPPORTED to bought the whole piece that doesn't cost Not even $300 for him to put damaged parts on my car for the simple fact that the insurance didn't pay for it I mean, why didn't the insurance cover it? they paid for that and more than they didn't do. That's nothing, I send him photos of what is damaged. Guest what he says come tomorrow and we'll talk etc. I was judicious the next day and I told him the same thing. He says come on this day to change the parts . We are talking that todays date is May 24 and I am still waiting for a part , I took it on May 14 and left it worse , what annoys me is that he always said I already order the parts he recall " if you want I'll show them to you" come such a day and he didn't have time, how ironic it is that I have to go begging for to change something that was paid? To this day he doesn't answer my messages, like I told him I don't trust him with my car, because as a person you trust, but people like him who are dishonest disgust me and as I also told him GOD BLESS YOU , BECAUSE OF HOW YOU WORK. I have had my Honda Pilot Services here a couple of times a year for basic stuff many years ago…read morewhen Dave was the owner. The experience has been consistent up until last year. My guess is Dave is fishing somewhere in Florida. Oil changes, tires and batteries even a mouse that got clobbered in the AC fan (yeah that happened in Philly). Prices were always good and the customer service excellent up until my last service. I had a radiator replacement in 2018 and needed inspection and it was like bizzaro-world the last time. This is a mechanic business right? So a couple of basic things: 1. Commit to complete the job at a specific time and date and deliver on that commitment. 2. Don't explain how busy you are and not be able to figure out when the job will be done. 3. No matter what please do call the customer if you commit to complete the job the same day and cannot, for whatever reason. 4. Free oil change next time is rarely ever a remediation for whatever inconvenience customer has experienced. 5. When customer calls the next day expecting answers on when the car will be ready don't ask the customer when would they would like to get the car if you already missed agreed time and it's still not done. Clearly it's not about when the customer wants it. 6. When unhooking the battery please do connect backup battery to not lose driving data for emissions test and radio code. (Yes I have the radio code) Then tell me to come back tomorrow for the inspection after driving it for 100 miles. 7. Don't leave the backup battery in the back of clients vehicle. Yes the one you didn't use in 6 above. The two most positive things I can say is the job was done finally and the car is running fine. That and the price was competitive! If it wasn't for these two points it would be 2 stars.
