Horrible customer service. If you can't understand or speak proper english, you shouldn't be working the phones. I made an order through a delivery app and call the restaurant just to make sure that they receive my order because the app was saying it was already delivered as soon as I made the order. Anyway, I called and asked the restaurant twice and both times the male on the phone said that they did not receive my order. so I figured they did not receive it and made a food order on Uber eats. well, a delivery guy shows up with the order that was supposedly never received by the restaurant and now I had to go cancel the Uber eats order and was still charged the cost of the food I ordered since they had already started making it. I appreciate the fact that they never ask me to put on a mask because let's face it, masks aren't the solution to people's health, neither is a magic jab that actually kills/makes you more ill than the people SELLING it to us would want us to otherwise believe. Good 24-hr deli in Bushwich that has grilled salmon AND waffle fries. I mean, does it get any better than that at 4:30am after the club?! I ordered a grilled salmon on a roll with spinach, tomato, onions and light mayo. Definitely not light on the mayo, and the salmon pieces were small and a tad overcooked. The one I paid for the third time was the SPICIEST chicken over rice ever! drenched in red sauce with minimal white sauce to combat the heat. I might've given this place one star but I appreciated all the little nuggets of humor spread throughout the store. Somebody in management has a sense of humor and I can appreciate that. Making the Halal Guys on 53rd n 6th #Average. This spot might not strike you as a place for Halal plates being its bodega appearance, but trust me the Chicken and Lamb over rice is amazing. They season the chicken and lamb while its on the grill. And i'm pretty sure its already seasoned before they put it on the grill. So much flavor. Plus I always load it with hot sauce #Delicious. This was my first time ordering from here. I have some dietary restrictions so I was happy to find a place that had some options for me. It seemed promising when one of the staff members called me to make sure that my order was in fact correct considering my order requests. My food arrived about 45 minutes late, I did not get my food until almost 10pm when I placed the order at 8pm. I expected about an hour wait but 2 hours. I even called the restaurant to see if my order was out for delivery, which they assured me it would be there in a few minutes. It took another half an hour to receive my food. I ordered a burger and since I am gluten and dairy free I added on extra veggies to make a more hearty meal. None of my extras that I requested and paid for were on my burger. My burger was also served with a bun even after I told the person on the phone I was gluten free and specified that in the special requests. There were also items missing from the burger that were suppose to come standard with the order. While the food did taste fine the overall experience was very displeasing. read more

She could not identify what it was. The taste was god awful and the look was even worse. Egg and sausage on a roll. Simple, yes? Their "breakfast sausage" is a cut up hot dog. But, not a real hot dog. The cheapest most awful one I've ever had. Literally...LITERALLY tasted like dog food. The skin was elastic and rubbery. Tried the gyro once. After one bite immediately put it down and wondered if that one bite would send me to the hospital. Burger. Gimme a break. Absolutely not. Lots of piss poor burgers in the area, this one takes the cake. Listen....just don't ever eat here. Ever. I haven't even written a review in so long, this place, though....the world needs to know about it. They need to be warned. This wasn't just a one time bad experience. I ordered a blueberry pancake breakfast platter and waited 30 minutes for it. When I got home there were no blueberries in the pancakes and I did not have the home fries that are included with the platter. I called and spoke with a very nice woman who apologized and said she would give me a credit for another platter on a later date. 10 minutes later she calls me back and says that instead of the credit for a platter, she will give me a $2 credit for the home fries. She also added that she undercharged me by $1, which was the price of the blueberries so the $2 credit was just for the home fries. Really??
