    Italian Supreme Hoagie!

Picked up an Italian hoagie today and couldn't be any happier. Got the extra meat and cheese and it was delicious! Fresh bread, tasty meat, and seasoned perfectly. Great value, fast service, and easy parking!

The cheesesteaks were so salty the were inedible. The chicken fingers were so burnt they were as hard as a rock & inedible. I do not recommend ordering from the one in Newtown. 60$ in the trash!! very disappointed

Find the sliver of cheese on a turkey and cheese hoagie

Why did I order turkey with cheese when they only give a tiny, and mean mean damned tiny sliver of cheese? What there'll did I pay for? That wasn't on one sandwich, but two. This place gives the bare minimum of ingredients on a sandwich. I feel so ripped off. Only good thing was the fries. Won't be back.

I see more bread on the inside than chicken.

Well one year was all it took for quality to tank. My family and I have ordered from them 3 times recently the first time was decent, last time they messed it up and forgot mushrooms that we ordered on one of our sandwiches which we got charged for and then most recently they missed the mark again. They got my sandwich order wrong. Ordered Buffalo chicken cheesesteak and got a plain chicken cheesesteak. Not even a good chicken cheesesteak a not good one. Barely any chicken, barely any cheese and why was the roll not good? The chicken also was grisle-y. Forgot sauce for one of our apps as well. The quality overall isn't there. Check out the sad sandwich photo.

My husband found this place and we love coming here. It's not far from the house and they make delicious cheesesteaks and hoagies. I've had an Italian while is great and I've also had a cheesesteak. I really like the rolls here. They really make the sandwich! I had half of my Italian and ate the other half the next day by heating it up in the oven. It was just as good the second day! Their french fries are crispy but don't look like they would be. I think they have curly fries and I want to try them next time I stop by. After reading another review, I found out they have wings. I want to try those for sure. The guys are always nice when were come in. Being in the food service industry, I know about sanitation, with that being said, these guys do not wear any gloves which is gross! The guy that cashes you out also touches all the rolls with no gloves on!!! UGH!!! With that being said I will still eat here and hope I don't get sick because the food is very yummy!!!

Bad all around service. Called in my order and guy had a bad attitude. Told him I had a coupon and he said fine show it to me when you show up. I guess no delivery. Was told 20-25 minutes. When I showed up 30 minutes later was ignored for 5 minutes and then the cheesesteak cook went I never even saw that ticket. Waited an additional ten minutes. Was served a cheesesteak on an under cooked roll. Showed him the coupon and had to remind him 3 times before he took the amount off the final price. Also he forgot the large fries which I had to remind him about. They cooked them for a couple of seconds so I got a nice bag of soggy raw fries. First time going will never be back again.

Underwhelming. The only thing that is overwhelming is the wait time. We got cheesesteaks (whole and half) and the bread could be better. Reminds me more of bread that you would use for a hoagie (lacks that color and crisp on the outside.) And the cheese just doesn't blend into the steak like it should. Regular fries were meh but the curly fries were great; nicely seasoned. But overall, definitely not what I would call a good Philly cheesesteak. If you think it's good, you need to venture into Philly. Or even like 1.5 miles away to Silvio's.

They completely forgot to dress the wings... how do you forget that? Especially when customer pays for extra sauce...

Earlier today, my husband's family came over unexpectedly, and I completely understood it was a last-minute request on a Saturday. I called the restaurant and asked very politely, "Is there any chance or possibility to make availability for a party of eight? We can come early if that helps." The person on the phone replied, "Ma'am, have you even been to a restaurant?" -- in a sarcastic, condescending tone. I was stunned and asked him to repeat what he said, and he repeated the same words, just as dismissively. I fully understand that accommodating a large, last-minute party might not be possible, but there is absolutely no reason to speak to anyone in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. The sarcasm and tone were completely unnecessary and left a terrible impression. Based on this experience alone, I have no interest in ever visiting this restaurant. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service.

The service was exceptional--attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout our visit. The manager also stopped by our table several times to make sure everything was going well, which really stood out. They also offer an impressive selection of creative and beautifully crafted cocktails. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It just seamed like they threw in lime juice or mojito mixer and threw in 2 lime wedges and mint leaves and a lot of liquor. Limes were not muddled with the mint leaves and sugar like mojitos usually are. The lime juice or mixer they use did not taste good and it lacked sweetness. When we sent it back the bar tender became visible upset and appeared to be giving our server a very hard time. The returned mojito was also not removed from the bill. We then tried a margarita. It lacked sweetness and was very tart. We fixed it by asking for a little agave to add to it. Here's was the deal breaker for us. Thier lack of willingness to make minor adjustments or substitutions to anything even for a food allergy is absolutely unacceptable. For example: You won't be able to switch a side or ask for any adjustments to thier meals or cocktails. We asked about making a minor adjustment to a drink due to a food allergy. The drink was topped with a foam and we asked if we could leave out the foam. It would not have changed anything about how the drink was made aside from it simply not being topped with this foam. The answer was a hard no, the owners do not allow it. The manager came and talked to me. She was pleasant and I appreciated her taking the time to hear my feedback. However, it was very clear that I was wasting my breath because the owners are very particular and strict about not changing anything. It was not a good experience. We paid our bill, gave the server a good tip and took our business elsewhere.

There was thick juicy sliced ham and roast beef, a selection of vegetable and pasta dishes, a spread of salads and a sweet dessert table. The dining room has a nice atmosphere. During our first time up at the buffet, an 86 year-old member of our party made a comment to me about how one of the soup's looked like dog food. It wasn't the best comment, and apparently someone nearby took offense. During our second trip back to the buffet, another diner- a complete stranger- called this member of our party a slang word for a female dog, and then explained why. We felt uncomfortable and intimidated. I expressed my concern to a hostess, who promised to send someone to speak to us to work this out- except they never did. Having to make repeated trips back to our table past this other diner made us uncomfortable. I spoke to a well-intentioned but happily apathetic manager who said that there were two sides to the story. His comparison of the two comments was offensive. I understand that the soup comment was inappropriate, and that restaurants cannot control what their customers say either way. But how could someone not speak up after having their girlfriend/wife/mother/grandmother/loved one called a "female dog?" The restaraunt's dismissive response spoke volumes to their handling of disputes and respect toward women. The staff did nothing to make or feel better, nor did they even bother to check in or talk to her. For a dinner that came to over $200 for the three of us, with gratuity included, we expected to be treated better than that.
