She tells me the sauce had a nice flavor but the chicken really had no flavor. Certainly not a Blackened flavor you would expect. The chicken itself was good and tender. As for me I had Shrimp and Grits. It also was good. It had onions and peppers in it and again the flavor of the onions and peppers just want there. Who knows. We also had the Brick Oven Brie. There was a really nice amount of Brie. So much that the toasted bread ran out way before the Brie. So as I said this was a good place and meal despite my small hits in this review.
