The guy who gave me my food and cooked it seemed a lot friendlier and gave me a smile. The food was just not good. I hate to be harsh but the taste was off. My boyfriend agreed that something just did not taste right. I appreciate them cooking it right then and there, so I was expecting a good taste but did not receive that. If there are better choices in the area, i recommend going to them any day. for improvement, the staff needs to be friendlier and more inviting!! i've seen that in a couple other of their reviews too!

As I was driving off I noticed that the five cars behind me were still waiting to place their order. So, 26 minutes to get my order (one burger) and leave. This happened at 2pm. I'm guessing they had a situation where they were under staffed )someone didn't show up for work, scheduling issue...). I do fast food about once a month and this is one of two places I go. Good Burgers, Frys, onion rings, and shakes. Exceptional waiters, and waitresses. Skilled cooks. Worthless Manager though. My wife often orders a double cheeseburger ask for them to place one patty on the side. Today the manager forced our waitress to tell her that on our next visit if she orders it this way she will be charged for two burgers. Does it matter if she orders a double and has it deconstructed or if she orders it and deconstructs it herself. She has been ordering it this way for years. The fact that the coward of a manager sent a poor waitress to tell my disabled wife this is pure cowardice. If this overpaid pice of crap has an issue with either my disabled wife or I he needs to grow a pair and speak to us directly..... The managers actions caused us to cut our stay short, and we decided to buy and eat desert elsewhere. I doubt we'll return to this establishment as long as this manager is running this Resturant. read more
