Service was terrible! Place is dirty! Table was dirty and wet. Waitress forgot to bring my drink but added to my ticket. Never offered a refill, when I requested it, the refill looked dirty so I better didn't drink it. The chicken in my son's sandwich was uncooked. Ketchup containers grassy and empty. Menus grassy and dirty. Everything was dirty! Not coming back EVER. I hope they read the reviews so they can change. Terrible experience! read more

This is like McDonald's but actually good it has friendly staff and igor from Frankenstein and madea but with black hair it also is every 90s resteraunt ever like it has tiled floor and a red counter my only complaint is the noise level they let the rowdy people in I'm not asking for a bouncer but a little quitter would be nice read more

Food tasted good and chocolate malt was really good. However, my food was very greasy and my fries were cold. I went to use the ketchup and I grabbed about 5 years worth of grease on the container. I looked around the whole restaurant and every ketchup and mustard looks like it has never been wiped down....GROSS. When I asked about the ketchup and mustard containers, I was given the stink eye. If you decide to go here, bring some Hazmat gloves before touching your food or condiments. read more

We go every so often and I am always amazed by how good the fries are. The burgers are also amazing and I would recommend the Western BBQ or the Royal. For shakes I would recommend any of them. They are all amazing. read more

This is the dirtiest Streak and Shake I've ever been to. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in over a month and the bathroom was worse that going in a porta potty. Very unsanitary. read more

Dine-in is consistent, haven't really had any problems that I can recall; if part of an order is wrong, it's corrected quickly. Food quality's pretty good overall. I have to dock a star because of their drive-thru; order fulfillment is wrong about half of the time. Missing items, wrongly-customized items. Orders aren't unreasonable. I have to park my car to visually check if they got it right, and then go inside and ask for missing items. I might as well just go in and order, then leave. read more

First of all, I have to say, we love Steak and Shake but ... This place is the worst! We are traveling through and It's 3:30 in the afternoon. We waited for almost 10 minutes to be seated while the wait staff and managers stood at the bar/counter talking and looking at us. Our table was sticky and gross. The manager had to come wipe it down because she couldn't find the person who was supposed to do it. We waited another 10 minutes for our waitress to take our order and it's been 15 minutes and still no food and no one has checked on us......There are more empty seats than full ones....guess the locals know about the s-l-o-w service in this place! The bathrooms are filthy and it smells like bo in here. Never stopping here again! The people at the table next to us just sent their food back because it is cold. Can't wait to see what we get..... if we get anything.....still waiting..... ok, just got our food...it's been a total of 48 minutes (I happened to look at the clock in our car when we were getting out to come in). The last few years, this place in particular in Davenport IA has gone down the tubes. Yesterday, 3-15-14, we were rudely ignored during lunch rush . The hostess clearly seen us walk in and was takin names as ppl came in. I seen her rudely greet the next people to come in after us (mind you she hasnt taken our name down yet) by shortly sayin Hi how many and sighing in an "annoyed" voice. I inerrupted and said Excuse me but we were here first and you havent even bothered to take our name down for a table. She didnt even say sorry just said "K how many".. by this time i was already disgusted by her attitude, but said 4 and a child please with high chair. She replied there are no high chairs left. I said ok we are goin to go somewhere else... she totally disreguarded what I said and said well can she have a booster, I said sorry no shes not big enough, she ROLLED HER EYES at me and i said ok time to go. The next people to walk in had children to sit in high chairs and i said to them they dont have any left, and the hostess heard me and said "Really?.. ughh" and yet AGAIN rolled her eyes.... NOT good customer service .. I will NOT be comming back. THANK YOU ! read more
