Overall (B) It's not that bad and a pretty good value. The service is a bit slow but they are friendly and the burgers are not too bad. - A bit dry but not bad. I would not drive out of my way - but if I lived or worked close by I would try. Not as good as Culver's but around Wendy's quality Service (B) A bit slow with service but extremely friendly. Took about 7 minutes to get my burger. Value (A-) Paid around $7.50 for the burger. Not bad compared to $10 plus that other burger places charge for slightly better burgers Taste (B) The burger was pretty good. Got the Bacon double with cheese. It is not as good as Culver's but around Wendy's quality - maybe a step better. If the burger was a bit more juicy it would have been really good. The burger was a bit dry. Look if you live close by and combine it with a shake it's not that bad of an option

Horrible food was squashed, they shorted us on the fries. Found a peanut in my strawberry shake thank god I don't have a peanut allergy or I could have allergic reaction while driving. Food was less then warm.

I ordered a jalapeño crunch burger along with some other items. I received something that slightly resembled that burger because it had jalapeños on it. I called to express my complaint and was given a bit of a run around and placed on hold to speak with a manager. They never picked back up. But for demonstrative purposes here is the item I ordered and here is the item I received. Also this is not the first time it's happened but it will certainly be the last.

Nothing new to add, the majority of the reviews sum up the experience at this location well. The service was less than friendly and the shake a disappointment.

I have now ordered a couple times in advance and then picked up chili Mac. Each time I go, it gets worse. Tonight I ordered chili Mac with extra sauce and extra chili beef. Almost no beef at all and very little sauce. Just a poor execution of something that is pretty simple to create. I have loved this dish since I was a kid, but this place ruins it.

We arrived on a Friday night just before 9:00 PM and had no trouble finding street parking--always a win. We were greeted by our waitress, Jennifer, who was absolutely amazing. She let us know about their late-night perk: half-price small plates and select drinks on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 PM until close, which is such a great incentive for heading out later in the evening. Jennifer was attentive without being intrusive--our water glasses were always full, she checked in after every course, and her recommendations for both food and drinks were spot-on. We started with a Mad Rose for V and a Chameleon for me. Both cocktails were delicious, and after finishing his Mad Rose, V definitely felt the celebratory spirit kicking in. For appetizers, we shared the Vietnamese Summer Rolls and Sweet Chili Calamari. The summer rolls were light, fresh, and nicely accented with mint. The calamari was sweet with a surprisingly spicy finish--delicious, though the heat was just a bit much for V. I'd happily order both again. For my main course, I had the Wagyu Beef Stroganoff, and wow--hands down the best stroganoff I've ever had. The beef was incredibly tender, and the sauce was perfectly balanced with the noodles. It even paired beautifully with my Chameleon, with subtle lemon notes that complemented each other surprisingly well. V ordered the Tomahawk Pork Chop, cooked medium well and absolutely perfect. He loved every bite. It came with a risotto that he enjoyed, even if it wasn't the standout of the dish. Dessert sealed the deal. We finished with Sandy's White Wine Cake--which reminded me of a carrot cake in the best way--and the Banana Cream Pie, which was easily the best banana cream pie I've ever had. Truly a WOW moment. Between the excellent food, thoughtful service, and great late-night specials, Entourage made V's birthday celebration one to remember. We'll definitely be back. Sorry, I wish I had pics but I left my phone behind today.

I ordered from Entourage Downers Grove and was honestly impressed with how well everything held up for delivery. The standout for me was the lobster bisque. It arrived at the perfect temperature, which is pretty impressive for delivery. The bisque was rich and luscious without feeling overly heavy, and the basil oil added a nice brightness that balanced the creaminess beautifully. It also had a generous amount of lobster, including several large chunks, and was a very solid portion overall. The filet mignon sliders were another highlight. Each slider had a substantial piece of filet mignon topped with pickled onions, microgreens, and horseradish cream on brioche buns. The onions and horseradish added enough acidity and bite to balance the richness of the beef without overpowering it. I also tried the Vietnamese summer rolls, filled with roasted shiitake mushrooms, fresh vegetables, and rice noodles, served with both peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce. Everything tasted very fresh, and the sauces complemented the generously stuffed rolls nicely. My only small critique is that cutting them in half made for a prettier presentation, but made them a little awkward to dip and eat. Overall, this was a surprisingly strong delivery experience, and I would absolutely order from them again, or better yet, make it over to the restaurant itself next time I'm in the area.

You could drive right by thinking it was a vacant building except for all the cars in the lot. The notion of vacant building is dispelled immediately upon entry. The place is busy, loud, vibrant with customers clearly enjoying the food and experience. The interior is decorated simply, with muted colors, is well lit, and clean. There are a lot of hard surfaces which makes the ambient noise level fairly high; however, it did not detract from the experience (but just be advised in case you feel this is bothersome). We were greeted warmly and though the place was packed, we were seated quickly. Despite the diner-like vibe, there is no counter, just tables and booths. Our server was prompt, very pleasant, and efficient. The coffee was hot and flavorful. The food: Large portions, well prepared, warm, savory, satisfying. The loaded Cheers omelette, with hash browns and pancakes, was more food than I could enjoy in one sitting so I have leftovers for tomorrow. Prices are in line with more reasonably priced independent eateries. A two-egg, hash browns, pancake combo is $14. This place will be an option in the future.

We also enjoyed a couple of cocktails, and they were some of the best old fashioneds I've had outside of Kentucky along the bourbon trail. My only critique: the music was exclusively bro country. I wish they'd play better music.

She had enough sense to hold off placing our entree order until we had finished our soup. the chicken and wild rice soup was served hot but the pieces of chicken, I think that was the chicken, were too rubbery. I ordered the triple decker club which was just fine. Portions were generous and they start the meal off with a small half loaf of warm bread. It was really good. Ambiance was a no nonsense ~ booths and tables. A word about the parking. I recommend parking just as you enter ( on the east side of the building ) or the back, which I know is a walk to get to the entry doors, but the parking on the west side of the building (where it seems most people park) is parallel along the building and angle on the outside. It did not look like there was enough room to back out of the spaces and I would have a real concern about someone hitting my car. Just my opinion.
