Chicken is an enigma to me, even more so this place where the billionaire owner throws donations to modifying kids in secret while holding back fair pay and worker benefits in public. I don't get that. If straight forward old fashioned gender security is so important to fund secret conversion camps, why not pay the kids well? Another oddity with CFA: The food is expensive, extremely unhealthy due to excessive sodium and artificial ingredients, and somehow no one seems to notice these flagrant fouls of products and employees because My Pleasure covers all! I keep getting pulled into various locations, like this one, by my friends who go wild for the easy to use app, smart selection of crowd pleasing items, and incredible consistency from clean restaurants to personable welcoming staff. I have to admit the breakfast burrito is excellent not just for fast food. Random free stuff showing up in the rewards account easily paints over the rusty molded underbelly of aforementioned issues. I suppose when employees don't really try to unionize maybe it is as pleasurable as they remind us. The chicken sandwiches are up there at the top for many but Slim Chicken's cayenne ranch chicken sandwich at my number one. It will be interesting in the next decade to see how the big influx of bird chains, Raising Cane's, Popeyes, and more, influences this original hopefully motivating to address the skeletons in the closet. read more

Came in for a quick bite and easily experienced some of the best customer service in the food industry. From the moment we stepped in to order we were treated to enthusiastic staff, a clean, restaurant and reliable food choices. Upon finishing our meal, a lovely lobby attendant, Carlos, offered us hand wipes and mints (a service missing in most restaurants these days!). Hats off to the night manager on duty! I ordered the Grilled Chicken Club, fry, and 1/2 tea/lemonade. $14 Flavor of the sandwich overall was good, even without sauce. The chicken was actually a bit dry. I accidentally came into this parking lot yesterday while trying to get to Teriyaki Madness. I figured I haven't been to Chick-fil-a for a moment and had a taste for a snack. The guy behind the counter greeted me warmly and took care of my order right away. They were efficient and effective. The only suggestion is to update the menu to clarify that the waffle chips are literally a bag of chips, and not made in house fresh to order. It can be a bit confusing. I also ordered 8 pieces of chicken nuggets, which were delicious, and their zesty Buffalo sauce is better than fresh ones at other restaurants. I'm blown away by how fresh the sauce is despite being in a container. This location is super clean and with plenty of chairs and tables for those who opt for dining in. There's a drive through and plenty of free parking on premise. I'd recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for Chick-fil-a, fast food or fried chicken. read more

Chik fil a has some of the best salads! My go to is the Cobb salad. On top of a fresh bed of greens, it is loaded with chicken (grilled or fried), corn kernels, cheese, bacon, hard boiled eggs, and grapes tomatoes. I always get the avocado lime ranch dressing and it pairs perfectly with this salad. It also comes with charred tomato crispy red bell pepper croutons and man are they good! Definitely recommend trying this if you haven't already! read more

Your food is pretty good but we have to break up. I have finally grown tried of missing food in my orders. I get mistakes happen but they are constant and if happening to me then it is happening to other people. Todays order was missing a sandwich, a fry, a salad dressing, straws and utensils. I only ordered food for 3 people so it's not like it was a huge order. You have to do better but you will have to do it without me. PS - I had to break up last year with the Chick Fil A in Oswego, IL because of mistakes that could not be corrected. Came to this Chic Fil A for something small in the morning before we had to be at a job site. It's hard to find something open before 9 am that isn't a Starbucks. The cashier Cort was really friendly and helpful. I like that this place isn't packed either in the morning either so we were essentially in and out. It was a late, hubby and I wanted to go someplace to sit down for a quick meal and MC D's wasn't gonna cut it. So we finally stopped by this place off the main road (Butterfield), we pass by this place so many times. Now I knew we were coming in late so I was expecting rude customer service to get us out of there because they will be closing soon. The parking lot setup was kind of weird one way around; I'm not use to that. We came here almost 20 minutes before they we're closing. I have to say....I'm very impressed of this place. It was still clean and the food was fresh and served hot. The cashier was friendly and pleasant. They all say "it's my pleasure" when you say Thank you. They have these little containers of Cheerios by the utensil station. I guess for the little ones for them to munch on...no, no, no, that's for the kids honey put it back! They also had some easy music playing in the back ground and they have a kiddie indoor playground as well. When we sat down in a booth, I notice we had privacy as the walls were nice and high and they also had fresh flowers in a little vase, not wilted yet which is a nice touch. We both had the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries. The chicken was hot, spicy, juicy and crispy...not a lot of breading which I like. I would get this again. The topping of veggies was cold and fresh not warm and soggy like some places serve. I really like the waffle fries, crispy in the outside and soft in the inside, not at all greasy. They still had the potato skin on it which I don't mind. I also like their little Heinz ketchup packets of your option of dipping side or squeeze size clever. We didn't feel rush to leave after we ate and how nice of them to say good night to us when we left. Overall, it was a good experience and the food was good. Drive thru was quick for once. However being fast doesn't mean there won't be mistakes. Drive thru worker repeated my name back to me yet handed me a drink for another person. So then I had to go inside and ask for a new drink. Worker didn't apologize for the mistake. Very inconvenient when you're trying to go through the drive thru quickly on a lunch break. My daughter works here. She likes being there, however, they do not fulfill promises of her be promoted, in addition she recently turned 18 and eligible at a higher hourly wage, only to be told she needs to work 20 hours when they schedule her 19.5 hours. I have to question a faith based company who treats their employees this way. Note: this was a review I started 2 months ago, yesterday she was terminated. She voiced her concern, managers did not listen. They placed her outside in 100 plus degree weather with promises of a break every 45 minutes. Nope, that did not happen, because her team lead came out to relieve her saying she can't take it/be outside, leaving my daughter outside from 5pm to close. This happened for every day she was there during the heat wave in Chicago in June with 100 plus temps. Shame on you Chick-fil-A!!! read more

This location is my favorite Chick-fil-A! The staff is super friendly and the food is consistently fresh. I ask for a lot of accommodations on my drink and they always do it with a smile and get it just right. I love ordering on the app and doing curb pick up. They have 2 designated spots right by the drive thru. The app and signs are easy to follow. Highly recommended. read more
