Everything was great, the food, the service, and the atmosphere I would definitely go back

I had the worst lunch ever today. Bartender said they had hand dipped flounder sandwich on their lunch special, it was the thinnest piece of flounder,all breading, should have been called a breaded sandwich with fake Flounder in between. Don't waste your time thinking you're going to get some good food there. I ordered two cheese steaks to go from Steakouts. The bill was 35.00 which is a lot for 2 sandwiches but they were supposed to be a good place so I said OK. The person of the phone said two would be plenty for three people. What I got were two regular hamburger sized bun sandwiches with a minimal amount of slab sliced (not shaved like a real cheese steak) very grislily steak, on overabundance of American cheese with large slices of mushrooms, peppers and onions. The buns were all mushy and a total mess. We wound up throwing it away as it was all an inedible mess. Absolutely beyond imagination, the worst pile of crap masquerading as cheese steaks I've ever experienced. It's a wonder this place stays in business. I wouldn't recommend this place to prepare decent dog food. Pass this place by at all costs. Yuk!!!! read more

To say I'm extremely disappointed in the food is an understatement, we ordered wings, fries, and bacon wrapped shrimp. The fries tasted like they were leftover from last week (hard as a rock, cold and stale), the sauces for the wings were disgusting the garlic parm sauce tasted like straight butter with no flavor no hint of garlic at all, the mild was blah and the sweet&hot was more spicy with no sweetness. The mozzarella sticks were cold and soggy and the marinara sauce should be banned from human consumption!! The bacon wrapped shrimp was raw (see pic) and gross! The only decent things were the wings, although some needed to be cooked a little more but they good otherwise. We are very familiar with the steak out in Sewell and loved their food so we wanted to give this location a try and we couldn't be more disappointed and definitely won't be ordering food from here again. read more

Fun place to come hang out and watch the game. Food was av, drinks are drinks lol. I will say, they may just have older equipment, but the water and both sodas tasted funny. Didn't drink them because of it. Hopefully it doesn't have anything to do with cleanliness. Otherwise service is great. Walked in Sunday 7.14.24 @ 4pm. 2 couples at the bar. 1 gentleman at a table near the fireplace. We sat near the gentleman at the table. I'm assuming we were seen since 3 people were behind the bar & a server walked past us several times to the back room private party. Went for lunch on a Tuesday and there was a decent crowd. Both girls behind the bar were awesome. The burger and crab fries were both really good. On Tuesdays the burgers are half off which is awesome. I'll definitely be back. read more

Ordered the Philly style cheesesteak with sharp provolone and fried onions, and French fries. Wasn't very good, hardly any cheese or onions on it, was really tasteless, sent half back. The fries were like McDonald's fries, but burnt. Huge bar, not many people, unless you like dining with flies. Probably stick closer to Washington township for a good sandwich. read more

I really want to give a good review but the difference between inside and outside is like comparing Cancun to Vietnam. Inside is a totally cool vibe and good food and prompt service. My husband and I were very disappointed when we were at your restaurant this weekend for an event. I witnessed an older blonde hair bartender (I believe her name is Kerry)snorting drugs in the bathroom. I saw an older short man put something in her hand bag but didn't think anything of it. When I was in the restroom, I heard what sounded like her snorting something as I was washing my hands. She came out of the stall and checked her nose. As I sat back in my seat I saw her put something in her wallet and continued working if that is what you call it. All she was doing was constantly checking her phone and giving her attention to about two customers as if they where the only ones at the bar, while the other bartender actually did her job and attended to everybody else at the bar! I have tried to call management on Monday and Tuesday and the staff told me that there was no manager there. I have left my number and no one has responded back. I hope that this is seen by management. I think it very unprofessional that no one has returned my call. We will not be going back to that establishment. read more

I've lived in this area for quite some time now but just recently tried Steakouts. I'm a creature of habit, so trying new things doesn't come naturally to me as it would to others. Decided to take a chance when I received their menu in the mail and I am SO HAPPY I did! In the past 3 weeks, I've spent more money there than I would care to admit, but when I tell you that it was worth every penny, I MEAN IT! My family and I have been taking advantage of their $6.95 pizzas from Monday thru Wednesday. Not only is it the cheapest around but the quality is far superior than anything I've tasted locally. It reminds me of boardwalk pizza - thin and cooked perfectly! The chicken fingers and fries are also a family favorite along with their cheesesteaks! I just called now and ordered takeout (for the pizza special). I spoke with Amber who was an absolute DELIGHT! She was friendly and immediately wrapped you in a warm conversation - something I find pretty rare these days. Not just a robot taking an order like other shops in town but an actually human wanting to know how you are and how they can actually help you. She walked me through my best options and told me the specials. I'm feeding a crowd tonight so 3 pizzas and 2 orders of chicken fingers with fries for under $45 was exactly what I needed. Normally better, waited 50 minutes for our meal. Every table around us was served despite coming later than us. Would like to blame the kitchen, but when they brought 1/2 the order and I asked for condiments, those never came either. Took an hour for cheesesteaks and fries by the time they brought the last of it. read more

Do not be fooled, brunch here is the worst decision ever. Inedible food does not describe the $24 pp monstrosity that this place delivered. Waffles that made hockey pucks taste good, eggs that no chicken delivered & the bottle of syrup at the end of the table made this brunch more disgusting. Stay away from this place. Came here for a friends retirement party, the room that the party was being held in was beat up looking with mismatch furniture and boths. The food they had which was roast beef some type of pasta and some other stuff wasn't very good. I'm not sure how the regular menu items are but these buffet style food options weren't very good at all. Might be worth checking it out again but not in any rush to do so. read more

Recently went, waitress suggested "crabby bread", it was good, could have toasted it a touch longer, the crab meat was still slightly cold, pinch more old bay too would be good, wings came out "bone in" asked for boneless, waitress apologized and returned shortly with correct order. The sauces that "people rave over" horrible, the sweet chili one tasted like catchup and sweet baby rays mixed in. The sauce was not very hot temperature wise, when I order food that's cooked, I expect it to be hot, steam coming off if it. Fresh cut fries are a definite plus, however they were soggy. The waitress was excellent, no problems with her. The only other issue I have is the first two booths as you walk in, you are by the bar, customers are cussing and super obnoxious. This was my second time sitting there, I won't anymore. I'll give this place one more try and sit back further from the bar. I mean I realize it's a bar, but the fowl language when you do have families with children sitting in there. read more

It's kind of hard to write a review for takeout appetizers... But that's exactly what I'm gonna do!! A pretty big bar inside with a package store inside also. An extremely pleasant and friendly bartender served me and my buddy a few drafts while entertaining some small chat with us while we decided what to get... I've been places and ordered wings at a premium price, that were undersized and lacked taste... But this place makes some great wings!! I ordered some mild and some garlic parm wing. Also an order of casino fries. Everything ordered was great, as well as the service. I'm actually looking forward to coming back. Their menu had everything from appetizers, to burgers, to steaks and seafood. I also saw a BBQ smoker outside on my way in... It seems to be an older bar/restaurant... Dark wood all around and not well lit. But you know what.... It works for me. A good atmosphere and the customers seemed to all be friendly and having a nice, relaxing time there. Old standby for meeting friends. The outdoor bar is lots of of late night fun! For dinner dates, I always get the cheesesteak sliders. This time they were a little undercooked and doughy, but I will still get them next time. The fifty cent wings on Monday are just okay. If I could give this negative stars, I just might! Food, disgusting, served me rotten muscles in red sauce, the baked potato was still crunchy. Had to ask for the garlic bread that supposedly came with the muscles, it never came... go figure. Drinks, Strong but very expensive, $6 for 4oz drink or $12 for a 10oz. The only good thing I have to say is the band was amazing, other than that, it's as bad as they come! read more

I want to like this place because it's close to home and the outdoor bar has a cool setup. But, every time I try to give it another shot my experience is worse than the last. On a recent Thursday night we went to eat because it was getting late and we didn't want to go far. The place was pretty dead, maybe 6 people at the bar plus our group of 5. The female bartender never approached us so I got up and went to her to get menus, and I also had to go tell her that we were ready to order. It took 15 minutes to get sodas and drinks, and over an hour to receive our order of burgers, cheesesteaks and fries. I had to hunt her down to get the check which took another 15 minutes. The drinks were terrible...really undrinkable. The food was really good, but not enough to offset the bad service and even worse drinks. I really wish they did a better job but I can't imagine giving this one another shot. read more

I wanted to like this place, but on my first time ever sitting down and eating there.. it was a horrendous disaster. First, I ordered a pina coloda.. it tasted absolutely disgusting. The drink mix was curdled/sour, so I had to ask the waitress for a different drink. On top of that- flies were all over the place.. they wouldn't stop landing on our food, and we ultimately had to cover our plates with napkins just to keep them off. Food was totally subpar for the high prices they are trying to charge people. I was served coleslaw with my meal and when I took a bite.. I immediately had to spit it out because it was rotten! That really upset me. If a place can't even keep fresh coleslaw.. something is very wrong. The waitress informed us after I told her about the 'slaw.. that "something was wrong" with the refrigeration. This all could have been chalked up to just one bad experience, except for the fact that even though our waitress knew there were some major problems with the food & drinks.. they didn't even offer a credit on the bill or any type of legitimate concern for our bad dining experience. Maybe we should have asked for something to be done about it- but we figured the place should've stepped up on their own beings the waitress was obviously informed about the issues. Steakouts is hit or miss. Three weeks ago we were at the outside bar and the two bartenders were impressive. Like, awesome. Last night we went inside, as our Monday wing place closed for the owners death ... Bartender was nice and wings were on special, yay! Buuut I got a cup of soup that was not hot, and the wings looked pretty bad. They tasted worse. I ate two thinking the first one was just a miss. Oh well. An off night in the kitchen maybe? New cook maybe? Probably gonna stick to the outside bar on nice days. read more
