There is one kiosk for self ordering and you can also order with an employee at the register. I order the Biscoff Matcha Latte with whipped cream and it was outrageously good. There was a perfect amount of Biscoff so it didn't overwhelm the matcha. I am usually afraid to try new drinks but I am glad I tried this. What's most disappointing is that I received absolutely no phone call or notice that my prepaid order would not be fulfilled. For a business handling special occasion orders, failing to contact customers about canceled or unfulfilled orders is extremely unprofessional. I didn't even get a refund for my order, will need to do a charge back on my card now.
