Treat yourself to a cinnamon role (ask them to warm it up) if they have any left. It's the kind of place where you order at the front and take a number to your table. Seating is limited but it never seemed totally slammed (though I didn't see them during peak lunch hours on a weekend). If you're looking for a quicker brekkie that gives you the option to booze it up, and has great coffee to boot, this is a pretty solid little place.

The best one I've ever had. We got the egg, cheese, and green chile. It also had a bit of potato. Eggs were perfectly cooked, cheese was lovely, and chile added just enough flavor/kick. The green smoothie was good. The base is almond milk, which is sweetened, so especially good for folks who like their smoothies on the sweeter side. The cinnamon roll was fabulous, though the very center was a bit cool still. My husband LOVED the nitro cold brew coffee, it was creamy even though it was black. There are some fabulous benches nearby with sweeping mountain views, a few less-picturesque tables right out front, or you can grab and go to the gondola, which is literally 10 steps away. The stand is wheel chair accessible. I'd come back for the breakfast burritos and coffee anytime. Service was super friendly, flexible, and laid back.
