Service was amazing, I went a couple times on my trip to telluride and every person was so sweet, attentive, friendly and patient. As a barista, my one and only tip would be maybe do syrup, espresso, milk and then ice, versus putting the espresso directly over the ice. I also got a strawberry matcha, but it wasn't that great, and I ended up getting something else:m. The coffee was good though! Love the truck in the wee hours. As hot as it was I ordered a regular coffee with a shot of expresso, and it did the job to get me going at the high altitude of Telluride. I'm from NYC so I was feeling sluggish, just walking around the area...that sucked, but it did the job. So nice, we had it twice! This was honestly my favorite stop in telluride. The friendliest staff, the best location, and of course the best coffee! It's literally right outside of one of the gondolas so after a ride down from mountain village you can grab a delish iced coffee. The river is also nearby so you can sip and stroll on your tasty bev. Coffee flavor on point. I always like to get a basic coffee to see if it's legit and this place checks out. I saw someone with their personal cup who was obviously a local. Some breakfast burritos (M-F) for $8, bean coffee, smoothies, you name it. For a wee little camper of coffee love, they have it all. Pretty cute place for coffee anything in the heart of Telluride. I came here three times while visiting the jaw dropping picturesque town of Telluride. My first visit was disappointing, since the hours changed by the owner, but Yelp and others didn't get the memo yet. During my second attempt, I wanted something sweet and went with my unusual choice of specialty latte called the Lone Ranger, mocha with caramel. This was very delicious like a dessert, but nothing I would drink as a caffeine intake. On my third visit, I was a little disappointed as I waited in line for longer than my patience would allow, and then paid $3 for a 16 oz coffee that wasn't that special at all. Not only that, I didn't have cash on me and there's a minimum $5 charge for credit card transactions including Apple Pay. In a state of panic, I ended up buying a $4 cookie that I don't need. The pricing is not an issue, it's information I wanted to share, since the town in general has inflated expenses. In summary, a great place for specialty coffee drinks, but not a big fan of their drip coffee. Also, since there's one person doing everything, if you see a line of 10 people be prepared to wait for good 20 minutes, especially since most people today order their complicated drinks. read more

It was not overly sweet, which I appreciate. I was a little nervous when I saw the barista pouring the espresso for my drink and my husbands iced latte from a jug, rather than using an espresso machine. She might just cold brew instead of real espresso, I don't know. But thankfully, it did not impact the drinks, we both loved ours so much we wanted to come back. However, our second experience was not good. The posted hours on the shop's window said that it closes at 2:30. We were in line at 2:10. The barista served the group in front of us, but then shut the window in our faces and turned the sign to closed without any explanation at 2:15. read more
