I will say if you'd like something done correctly you have to do it yourself. The technician was friendly but overall it the detail job lacked attention to detail. I paid the initial estimate of $350.00 for the complete interior and exterior job. I'll let the pics speak for themselves. In my original request I asked for paint restoration as well. When meeting with the tech I explained the primary reason for the detail was to remove some light swirl scratches. He then explained he did not have time for that then abs it would be an additional $150.00 per hour. Yes, the car looks descent at 20'-30' feet away but when you get closer and pay attention you begin to see the deficiencies Upon originally posting the review I gave this business 3 stars (average). It was when he became pushy I changed it to a 1 star. The technician later emailed me wondering why I left a negative review. 3 stars is average. When I did not respond to one of his emails he later texted me and sent photos of the car before and after. I replied with " I am aware of what the car looked like before and after, thank you for your time and have a nice day". Pierre's Mobile Detailing is unwilling to clean a vehicle that has normal wear and tear, but instead would rather clean a vehicle that has already been cleaned --- which defeats the whole purpose of getting a vehicle fully detailed if you're not willing to wash it ---- even though cleaning is actually part of the full detail. I was excited to purchase a voucher (Groupon / Living Social) for my husband because we're having a baby soon and thought it would be great to have the interior cleaned. The voucher I purchased was for a full detailing of a sedan. Below is the language from the website: *What's included: exterior wash and wax; cleaning of rims and door jams; interior vacuum; carpet shampoo; plastic vinyl and leather are conditioned; all surfaces cleaned * Service area: within 15 miles of Oakland." The fine print is: "Additional fee may be applied for pet hair or heavy dirt/grime. Vomit clean-up, paint correction, tree sap removal, buffing and Clay Bar Treatment, and overspray are all extra." After 3 days of calling the phone number listed, my husband got in touch with Pearson, who asked for photos of the car. Pearson quoted an additional $80 to $100 fee for the cleaning. We don't have any pets, we keep rubber mats on our floors, our back seats have seat protectors, and our two front seats have seat pads to keep dirt and grime off. We asked Pearson 3x why he was quoting an additional $80-$100 since the first 2x the question wasn't answered, and finally their response was: "I've been doing this for eight years your car is not fairly clean you have extra dirt and grime on interior and exterior of your vehicle. You have a lot of buildup of break dust on your rims. You do not have to go with our company you can get your Groupon refund and go with A Nother mobile detail company." The entire time my husband was cordial and polite over email, using pleases and thank yous. Our wheels were just replaced 6 months ago, and we wash the vehicle regularly. Even then, our car was too dirty? I'll share the photos we sent to Pearson to show you how "dirty" our car is. Luckily LivingSocial is amazing, and they refunded our purchase right away. It seems like Pierre's would rather not have anyone use Groupon and LivingSocial vouchers, which is why they were quoting an additional $80-$100 for having dust on the wheels. read more

I was able to get a response within 15 minutes through Yelp's request a quote. I had a car sitting for a while and needed a good engine cleaning. Pearson was very accommodating and I appreciated the flexibility as I was running errands all day. He arrived minutes early and got right to work. We chatted throughout and he even offered to do a quick spray down of my exterior, obviously he saw my car was in dire need of TLC lol. I was able to pay by card and get a receipt via email. If your car looks dusty (my work involves visiting some dusty places and I hike a lot), expect the price to be an additional $30, so with tip you'll be closer to $210 instead of the $150 quote you might receive for an interior sedan detail. Our Prius was a disaster. Seven years of toddler/child on-the-go snacks and road trip detritus combined with two large dogs and frequent lugging of kiddos, horseback riding equipment, skateboards, garden soil, etc. There were stains galore, melted crayons, old snack foods, coffee stains, etc embedded everywhere. The car now looks brand new. The light gray upholstery on the seats (which was black in may spots from stains) is back to the original color, all hard plastic components completely cleaned out, and the fabric mats on the floor look like they are brand new as well. Incredible job. Very reasonable price especially considering the job he had to deal with. Pearson is a straight forward, nice guy who was super easy to talk to regarding the fee, scope of work, and needs for getting that work done. He was unbothered by our busy street on a hill, the constant drizzle, and our shamefully disgusting family vehicle. Thank you so much, Pearson. Supervisor Pearson demonstrates an extreme focus on customer satisfaction and works hard for hours, with extreme attention to detail, to produce stunning results. He detailed 2 of my vehicles and both look spectacular inside and out. For several years I've found it impossible to remove the accumulated tire debris (marbles) from the rocker panels and rear fenders of my Lotus (track car). This car had been used for carpools & multiple kids, Construction jobs, arts and crafts work, and numerous other projects that proved to wear hard on the interior and exterior of the car. Based on a Yelp review, I call them bc there's no pricing or business info online. The owner Pierre answered and told me to text him. I ask if he can call me back. Pearson did an amazing job cleaning up my Audi A3 cabriolet. The car had been through the ringer after years of commuting, a long roadtrip on the California coast, and then being parked for a week under a tree shedding leaves, twigs and fuzzy seeds. When he showed up, the car was filthy, inside and out. 3 hours later when he was done it was spotless. There was even a nasty stain in the trunk that is now gone. I almost don't want to get in and drive it for fear of making it dirty again! Pearson was also absolutely great from a communication perspective. He called me back with a quote about 45 minutes after I requested it on Yelp. And from then on he was clear, professional, and polite. He was outside my door just 2 hours after we spoke, ready to work with all the supplies and equipment necessary to do so. Care, Attention, and Professionalism We had everything scheduled with Pearson (the Pierre's Mobile Detailing supervisor... which definitely led to a bit of confusion as two P first names is pretty rare!) - and he and his work was incredible! He detailed our 2016 Optima SXL - and it looks better than new. I thought it would only take about 2 hours or so... but he spent almost 4 hours on our car - and that's a good thing! You can read all the reviews with regard to the caliber of their work - but just want to speak to some of the 1 star reviews regarding estimates... and I say disregard them. $150 is an amazing intro price to begin with... and from the get go he always said that it was an estimate depending on how 1) dirty your card is and 2) big your car is - so I say if you're looking at Pierre's - expect to budget $250 JUST IN CASE. We only got charged $175 for this first gig - and that's was with his hard work and cleaning a car that our toddler pretty much owns :). I reached out to this brotha and asked for a quote. He quoted me $150 for an interior job on a 2016 highlander. I figured that was a fair price. When I spoke to him to give him my address and set up the appointment, he changed his verbiage from quote to estimate saying "normally I give quotes, I apologize." I told him I don't need an "estimate" I need a specific quote & you need to be more clear. At that point he insisted I do business with someone else. Not a problem to find someone else, but this dude is Lame AF for not being clear. Don't provide estimates, provide quotes! There is a difference! To make matters worst, he blows my phone up wanting to argue about me writing a bad review, cursing me out, calling me out of my name. I do not work for yelp nor do I have anything to do with yelp. I paid $150 for the inside of my car to be cleaned and it's still DIRTY!! $150 is a lot to pay someone for a half a** job. On the inside of the seats both driver and passenger there's still food, dust and dirt down in the cracks, couldn't get a good picture but soon as I can will post. After two solid winters of abuse in Tahoe my high-end black Mercedes G wagon was in need of paint correction. Pearson started at 9 AM and stayed till 10 PM after being paid at 6 PM! I met Pierre while he was detailing a car in the neighborhood. I got the detail + 3 wash package. I've only used the detail so far for my 2005 Ford Focus which I was planning to sell. Pierre was very easy to coordinate with including text message communications which is really convenient with a busy schedule. On the day of the detail he showed up right on time and had no problem with the logistics of getting the key since I wasn't home. When he was done the car looked so good I almost didn't want to sell it! Best of all I sold it on Craigslist for the full price I think largely because it looked like new (not an easy task). It made me want to spring for a detail for my other car. I'm looking forward to the car washes too. And you can't beat the convenience!
