I don't know much about the area, but I ended up taking my vehicle here in a panic, after getting an estimate elsewhere, and after failing to pass state inspection because of the car's smashed front bumper. Everyone at WFM was immediately helpful. I just showed up (in a panic!) and a few folks came out to take a look at the damage to my front bumper/side door/hood/headlight and to talk me through their initial thoughts on repairs. They also cleaned up the bumper a little and made sure the sharp pieces where it had been smashed weren't exposed. They secured my loose headlight so it wouldn't fall off, until I could take it in for repairs. A couple days later, my partner dropped my car and estimate off at WFM while I was at work. When I picked it up 2.5 weeks later, it looked even better than when I first got it. The bumper, hood, door, and headlight were so meticulously repaired and detailed. Not only that, but the folks at Worcester Foreign Motors totally cleaned the outside and inside of my car as well, free of charge. This could not have been an easy task: the car had been a mess after moving all my stuff and two cats up the coast. It looks like a brand new car now. It was stressful to have the accident so soon after moving, but a blessing to find these folks. I highly recommend WFM to anyone, and I will be taking my car back there in the future.

Duquette's service station was the closest to St. Vincent's so I just drove there carefully and showed up without an appointment throwing myself on his mercy. Eli was the only mechanic on duty that day, and he had just become owner of the shop a month ago when the former owner retired. He immediately understood, called to find out the cost of parts, gave me a very fair price and had the brakes done within 90 minutes! The entire experience was fabulous: the waiting room has cushy chairs, the place is very clean and inviting, Eli offered bottles of water and snacks and was both a skilled mechanic and an amazing host. Great service deserves recognition, and I believe you should treat people like you want to be treated. I had a bad transmission leak, and got our van towed to Rand's a bit after noon on Dec. 30, 2024. The Service Manager indicated he had a pretty good idea of what the issue was (transmission cooler line), and they would take care of it. Being Dec. 30, I was not sure when I'd get the van back, since the scope of the work was unknown, and could they could even get the part needed. Surprisingly, I got a call around 4:15 that same day that the van was ready. My wife and I drove over to pick it up and met three handsome young men waiting for us (they close at 4:30, so we arrived a few minutes after that time). Between their quick repair, and the very reasonable cost, I will definitely be going back. So, in too many words, I am a fan of Rand's and encourage other customers to give them a try. I really don't think you'll be disappointed.
