I called Printer-Repair-Experts.net yesterday morning to see about having a technician come out to…read moreour offices to see what is going on with the printer.  When we send a print job to the printer the printer will not print the job.  The printer will stand there flashing a red light and the display would say to insert paper in tray 1.   I was getting very anxious, so we call the Experts.  The support rep who answered the phone asked me a couple question about my problem over the phone and he was able to figure out what was going on right away.  He explained the the paper tray guides may be out too far and the printer was seeing the trays as another paper size.  The Support said for me to tray removing all the paper from the paper cassette tray and only place a small amount of paper in the tray and to make sure the guides were sitting flush against the paper sides.  Once I did this and closed the paper tray, the device started to print what was in the print queue.  I carfully replaced  the paper in the casstte tray and the printer is printing perfectly once again.  They fixed my problem over the phone and didn't charge for the phone call, very honest.  I will definilty keep your guys number in my cell for any future repairs.  Thank  you soooo much
