Then I had to call the next morning to be rescheduled for 6/30/26 RIDICULOUS! To top it off the service manager Amanda was very rude and combative with me for being upset. Constant dates set up for measuring, draining of the pool, prep work without anyone showing up or any communication. All communication started with us the customer. Finally after 11 months we asked for a refund and received it. No attempt from the owner to correct her horrible business practices. No attempt to keep what could have been a very long customer. if the owner is talking or typing you can believe it is a lie! Happily moving on to a company that understands the importance of all customers.

Our son got home from deployment and took it down in about 15 min. What a joke!! They do NOT back their products and are entirely WAY overpriced on delivery, install and follow up care.
