I really like this joint! Mainly a liquor store but also has a bar and seating area. I believe you can order food and have it delivered there if you like. They have a pretty good selection of wine, spirits, beer and cheeses on the shelves. They have some top tier stuff behind the counter as well. The main manager (may be the owner, not sure) is always good about ordering stuff they don't have on their shelves if you don't see what you are looking for. I love Yamazaki 12 and they didn't used to have it. I ordered it once and now they tend to have it often. Staff is always friendly here. I love having this place nearby. read more

Will you find a great variety of drinks here? Yes! Will the staff make you feel incredibly uncomfortable with their cut and dry attitude? ALSO YES! Every time I come in here I feel like I have to go as quickly as possible and GET OUT! Staff is very unfriendly. Make sure to steer clear of anyone stocking shelves- if you are in their way (even if it's to purchase something), they will let you know! I like the concept of being able to bring your own snacks and hang out. Super unique place. The ambiance here won't be everyone's cup of tea, but in the evenings it is a part liquor store/part bar with comfy lounge seating and during the day I would imagine it's somewhere you could work from. I really enjoyed it as a much more low key drinking spot than a lot of the high end bars available in the West Loop area and the prices were really affordable for the area plus it wasn't crowded! They have a large selection of beers and wines and some cocktails! They had a movie playing and it was like being at a friends apartment. read more

This is a hidden little gem in the West Loop with very reasonably priced drinks and very dog friendly so you can bring your four legged best friend with you for some drinks. If you aren't in the mood to relax with a couple of friends over some drinks, there is a whole wine/beer/liquor selection as well. The selection is higher end than what you can find in a grocery store, and very well curated. read more

This place is very interesting in the best way! It's like coffee/liquor shop! You can drink, coffee and get work finished they have so many different selections of wines and liquors for different occasions. The staff is really nice as well and help you when you have a question about searching for whatever it is you need. They have a bar area as well where you can order food! You get a liquor store, bar and coffee shop (during the day) I feel like it's more a chill environment during the day and more of a bar towards the evening! Love this place! I was traveling for work - looking for a spot near my Airbnb to grab a quick solo bite to eat and stumbled in here...two night in a row. The atmosphere is so friendly. I felt totally comfortable grabbing a table near their large open garage door and finishing up some work on my laptop while enjoying a glass of wine and some gyro flatbread, which was very yum. In an area that is inundated with high-end trendy restaurants this really hit the mark for a spot that felt truly local and casual. Stelio's had a Grand Opening party last Saturday where they gave free samples of wines and many of their appetizer and entree items. They have a variety of Greek inspired salads, sandwiches and hummus. Everything I tried was tasty. I'd eat here for a casual lunch or dinner. They are dog and kid friendly and, so far, it's open seating/no reservations. Their website is now Under Construction, so it looks like they are making strides. read more

I love this place normally!! But recently has gone downhill. They used to greet you and make you feel like family. Tonight they didn't. I came in around 7:30 and the two cashiers were gossiping at a table and didn't even look up. Then when I finally got to the register one of them got up to ring up my order, clearly annoyed. I moved to the West Loop in the Fall and was so excited to have Stelios a block from my place. But every time I've bought wine from here it has been terrible. Unique bottles, all over priced and they all taste bad. I was hoping this was going to be my quick grab and go but I'd rather walk a couple blocks more to Whole Foods or Mariano's for good wine that's reasonable priced. The few popular brands they have are all overpriced by $4 - $5 a bottle. read more

Stumbled upon this place while strolling past. It is in a garage and has a very industrial and open feel to it. I would describe this as a liquor store with a full service bar (at which you can get food too!). The wine and spirit selection is very good. Amazing place! The place is essentially divided into two parts. one section has a bar with normal bar prices. The other main portion sells alchohol like a liquor store and they provide chairs and couches where you chill and drink. The prices are very reasonable. And they have a wide range of craft beer and wine. Best part though is the food. Holy cow ... its amazing. The spanakopita is how it should be made. Staff was friendly too. Without a doubt my favorite place in the neighborhood. I come here a few times a week (and it would be even more often if my dog had her way). It is so convenient for a great selection of beer, wine, and liquor. But they also have a good selection of snacks and cheeses. Don't sleep on their menu either. Great cocktails, drafts, and many Greek-inspired food items. I love the fusion and convenience of this place. But what makes it take the cake is how lovely the employees and owner are. The entire store is pet friendly. They spoil dogs with love and popcorn. Yes, I might be paying a dollar or two more for the bottle of wine compared to a beverage depot's prices, but the convenience of Stelios and it being a local neighborhood gem means that I will happily return time and time again. read more

There's also a full-service bar and a generous area to hang out with big, comfy couches and chairs. In the summertime, the wide open front window makes for an excellent spot for happy hour.
