    We were assigned to Stella Electric through a home owners warranty claim. The technician was scheduled to arrive between 9 to 11 this morning. Well, I left for work at 7:30 this morning and I thought it was weird I saw the Stella Electric truck racing through the neighborhood. But who knows, there are other houses. I sent my husband a text about seeing the truck when I got to work around 8:00, and that's when he checked the door to see Richard Arnold's card. He never knocked or called. Just left a card on the front door and now we can't get ahold of the company to reschedule. And now our ticket is closed because we were "unavailable". If you want a reliable, dependable and capable electrician, Stella Electric is not the place to find one.

    Stella Electric was referred by Home Depot to install our new double wall oven. Techs scratched our brand new fridge in the process and now Stella Electric won't respond to me after I provided the proof they asked for. I've called and emailed multiple times and NO response from them. All I requested is they refund the $300 fee I paid them. Stay away from this contractor.

    Scam company that calls small businesses all over the U.S. and asks for the name of who orders…read morelighting supplies just so they can send a package of bulbs with a packing list that has the correct employee name on it. The bill arrives weeks later and is for 10-20 times the value of what is shipped. Sometimes they even offer the employee a "free" gift for verifying their company address (which they already know) just so they can get a tape recording of someone saying "yes" on the phone. They use it when the business calls back and complains about not ordering the bulbs. Google them & you'll see everything I say is true. Even the BBB rating is a clear "F" on the BBB site. Don't fall for this scam. If you or one of your employees did, be sure not to pay the invoice. Ever. Not even once. Even if you keep the bulbs and/or gifts, they won't come after you for the $ legally 'cause they know they're running a scam. All they'll do is harass you on the phone and try to send bills around you directly to your A/P department. Don't let them get away with it! They will send you the bulbs and refuse to accept a return. We called them right after receiving this huge $400 box of bulbs only to be told "we cannot accept the return because the order was confirmed." This was shipped out of a cold call they placed to US. After no return phone calls, and after 30 days going by they then said that it was past the return date. Horrible customer service and horrible upper management with regards to scamming. They will ARGUE with you on the phone the minute you try to return something, and after you didnt even order it! Really bad. -0 stars.

After doing some research and reading reviews, I came across Aqua-Bright. Their response for an appointment, their reasonable price, and communication were different than the other 7-8 companies I've dealt with in the past. Miguel showed up and did a walk-through, asked a few questions, and went to work. He put the system through a test run, we walked each zone to discuss my concerns and issues; and then he came up with a plan to make the irrigation system more effective and reliable. Miguel was very professional, efficient, organized, and very knowledgeable. As I watched Miguel make adjustments to some of the sprinkler heads, you can see the care, work quality, and caring attitude in his performance.     I switched to Aqua Bright from Nature Unlimited several years ago. It was a mistake. This week they…read morenotified me they were on their way to my house, and it was a day EARLIER than they were scheduled to come, so we were out of town -- and it was a big digging job that you don't let someone do when you're not home. In addition, the tech we reached in the truck on the phone heading to my house on the wrong day did not seem to know why they were going to my house. (Aqua Bright didn't apologize about the wrong date when shown the original email with the original date--sent by them!--instead repeatedly calling it a "miscommunication," and claiming that they had sent updates using the incorrect date and so I guess expected me to pivot to the wrong date. I guess the idea is that by compounding their error it was my job to notice their. Instead of making it right, they offered a new date in almost 3 weeks, when I am out of town for work and at a time that is far too late for my new plants to survive. And this mess of an appointment was a reschedule from an earlier appointment, when the tech (who is himself a competent and kind technician) also didn't know what he was being sent for, so it was a total waste of a visit, made especially frustrating AFTER having spent a week or so finding a date when the landscape service and the irrigation tech could both be on site at the same time.
