What a cute coffee shop. I love the ambiance with the different art decors and paintings inside. There's ample amount of seating and there seems to be a private seating area that can be sectioned off. My husband and I had lattes and thoroughly enjoyed some nice hot cups of coffee. We did not take long to get our orders in and served quickly. I will definitely be back.

    Iced mocha and comp card

Stella has been good many times, but lately, they have continued to get drinks wrong and are super inconsistent in flavor/taste. We ordered an iced mocha and s'mores cold brew yesterday and it took quite a bit- we were given two complimentary drink cards because they were training (much appreciated and understandable) however, the drinks were not good. The cold brew looked like tea with a splash of milk in it and tasted like watered down lavender coffee. The iced mocha was very bitter and not at all the way it has tasted for the last several months I've been drinking them. On Labor Day, I checked social media and Apple Maps to see if they were closed or closed early for the holiday. We pulled up, people were inside, but we're told at the DT that they're closed.

Stella Nova service is good. After we figured out what we wanted and came to the front counter ordering was simple and detailed. The array of latte options include the standard for coffee/breakfast. However, the interior decor with local art and a group room gives this place an elevated feel of comfort above its competitors. For those in a rush there is a drive through! Enjoy!

Toasted cinnamon latte, blueberry muffin, wild berry smoothie, and traditional latte

If you love smoothies and muffins, the blueberry muffin and wild berry smoothie are fantastic. I waited til my 3rd visit to review because I felt service and taste were lacking the first two visits and I wanted to give them a chance, but after my third visit I can say that finally my order was accurate, no issues with service, but the coffee / lattes are much too weak. They taste almost like a chai latte. Today we tried the traditional latte and the toasted cinnamon latte and both were lacking a good coffee flavor. So we will stick to smoothies and muffins and get our coffee somewhere else.

Cortado with lavender, a touch of honey, and (non-dairy) magic milk!

Stella Nova was the only spot that was open at 4pm on July 4th when my friends and I were on the hunt for a caffeine fix. Although the interior has a corporate feel to it with the layout- similar to Starbucks- they added some cute personal touches such as a wall that has mini figurines as well as a little nook (a booth-style seating area for about 3-6 people that's off to the side and has a curtain that you can pull closed for privacy). I ordered a decaf cortado with lavender, a touch of honey, and magic milk (a milk they make that by mixing a couple different dairy free milks) and it was absolutely delicious; creamy, zesty from the espresso, with a moderate amount of sweetness enhancing the drink. My friends and I enjoyed half an hour just chatting in the little 'cubby' that was tucked out of the way of the main dining area and thoroughly enjoyed the quietness of the space! If I get a chance to come back to the area, I'll definitely drop by again.

You probably can't see it because it's so tiny but this is a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, for $5. Btw I'm 5'2, my hands are quite small. If you want to pay $5 and still be hungry, get this sandwich.

I love this place! Not only are their drinks spectacular, but they have amazing pastries as well. Their lemon poppyseed muffin is one of my favorites. It always has the perfect flavor and texture and is huge. My husband tried their cinnamon roll for the first time today and said it was pretty good as well (although, not the best he's had). Definitely great value for size. I have tried both their hot chai and their chai Frappuccino. Their hot chai was perfect. Their chai Frappuccino was delicious but very very sweet. My husband really enjoyed the s'mores latte. We will definitely be back to try out more beverages and breakfast items.

Excellent stop for breakfast or lunch! Their coffee was superb i only wish i had ordered a medium rather than a small. I got just the plain drip coffee and it was fabulous. They asked if i wanted sugar and creamer i said yes and they put the sugar and creamer in which i was hesitant because i always prefer to do so. I had the light roast and it had so much flavor and really helped wake me up! My son got the cinnamon roll it was large and delicious. It didn't come with tons of frosting and mess like some often do. The double chocolate chip muffin i got was delicious i ate every last crumb. It was so fresh and moist! full of chocolate chips throughout! They also have a super convenient drive thru!

I was really impressed with the coffee that I ordered. I'm pretty picky about my coffee but this had a lot of flavor and the blend was even and not overwhelmingly sweet. I ordered via the drive through and I was impressed that they moved pretty quickly. The baristas were really friendly and peppy. Overall it was a good experience. I enjoyed my coffee and I got in and out quickly - which is a huge plus. The overall design of the building is really nice, very modern and stylish. I will be bringing my hubby back to give it a second try.:-)

Iced Coconut milk latte with sugar free vanilla and sugar free chocolate syrup

First time to try Stella after telling myself to try it for awhile now and man am I glad I did. I got a coconut milk latte with sugar free vanilla and sugar free chocolate syrup. I am sensitive to caffeine but my drink is so good. Everything in moderation.

Cinnamon Toast Latte with oat milk & an extra shot. YUMMY! Perfect temp to drink immediately.

From the conversations happening around me, it seemed like a lot of people were there for business meetings or work-related discussions, so it definitely feels like the kind of coffee shop where people come for business or to catch up with friends. The drink menu is pretty extensive, with hot and cold options including coffees and teas. The food selection is more limited, but they had huge scones, hand pies, and energy balls. I ordered the lemon ginger latte and a pack of three energy balls. The latte was really good: sweetened just right, served at the perfect temperature, and not overpowering. The energy balls were filling and had the right amount of chocolate chips and coconut shreds. The biggest downside was the wait time. It felt like I waited around 15 to 20 minutes for my latte, and when it was finally ready, they asked if I had received my energy balls yet. I had not, so they gave them to me then. That was a little frustrating because I had just come from the airport, was hungry, and had not had breakfast or coffee yet. Another issue was that the bathrooms had low water pressure while I was there, so I could not properly wash my hands or use the restroom, which was inconvenient. Overall, the coffee and snacks were very good, but the slow service and bathroom issue took away from the experience.

But i was most impressed with their service. The gentleman at the counter was super knowledgable about their selection, their pour over processes, and helpful. The selection of music in the place is calming jazz which i absolutely loved. You could come here and hear yourself think or talk. It was clean and well laid out. Only issue was it was "cozy." Not a knock on overall rating, but definitely not a place to curl up and read a book which is what i like. But it is great for getting some work done or having a meeting.

I ordered the salted caramel iced coffee, and it was fantastic . It's served with a sealed plastic lid and pointy straw so you get to start drinking it like you would a boba tea. I also got a Black Forest cake to go, and it was okay. It had good textures and was very light and airy. I was expecting something richer, so it missed the mark a bit for me personally. *Important things to know before going* A lot of the pastries are Asian inspired, so they have a very light and airy texture with a sweet yet understated taste. It still tastes great, but don't expect a super rich or dense cake. If you're looking for a cafe to work out of, this isn't the place for you. There's no stated rule against it, but it felt clear the bakery didn't want me working there, lol. No WiFi available and there aren't really any plugs at all for laptops. Items can sell out before the end of the day, especially during rushes. Get there earlier in the day for more options.

They also wouldn't heat up the savory bun, which was disappointing. It would've been much better warm, but the cashier said no and clearly didn't care. Service was speedy, but our cashier was unfriendly. The coffee was overpriced and too sweet, and it needed stirring--but you can't stir it with the boba lid. On top of that, we had to order coffee separately and pay twice, which felt inconvenient. Even after ordering at the kiosk, our hot coffee somehow came out iced... oops. (Yes, it clearly says iced on the receipt - so obviously we missed something.) We also had to clean our own table, even though it wasn't busy. There seems to be a lot of variety at first glance, but if you look closely, it's mostly the same bread--lots of red bean. On the plus side, there's lots of natural light and plenty of seating (at least when it's not busy). Overall, a bit disappointed. The prices lured us in, but this won't be a routine stop for us. It doesn't hold a candle to Tous Les Jours.
