Just had two 4x8 storage racks put up in the garage. Nice and sturdy!! Had been fluctuating a little between times because of a couple prior appointments he had, but James was prompt for the last time we were given. Made the appointment prior to the holidays but never received a confirmation call (something I prefer). I called a couple hours prior and that's when I was told an approximate time (wife runs the calls). She had been quite pleasant prior, but was CLEARLY very annoyed when we weren't at home when he got there (had to run out and admittedly failed to call and let them know, though we were given a little window to work with). Was concerned and feeling very bad heading home because of how upset she sounded, but James was the complete opposite - phew! He was very professional, providing great suggestions of where and which racks to put in, which we really appreciated as we were wavering. He was also super nice and personable. Prices were comparable to others we had called. Racks seem very sturdy (petite female, but I was able to hang on them with no problem). The racks (4x8) ended up bigger than we had envisioned, and James was super nice, helpful, and supportive in whether we wanted to stick with two 4x8's or do one 4x8 and one 4x4. We appreciated that as we were making a possible last minute switch. All worked out though! Only issue, we had requested gray. Other places were charging more for gray, but when she said they were same price - great! Problem: they aren't gray. The rack bottoms are technically gray because they're galvanized steel, but the rails/bracing/sides all around (sorry for improper terms) are all white, so really, the racks appear white. Went on to their site afterward and found pictures of all gray racks, so not sure why we didn't get what we requested. Was already evening by the time he came and we just wanted it done. That said, no biggie to us after all, they blend in with the white walls of the garage anyway. Just make sure you emphasize what color you want so you get it done properly! So aside from that (which really is a big deal and usually we'd be a lot more annoyed and probably would have cancelled the service) and the attitude I got tonight from the wife, all is good. This last part has made me waver between 4 & 5 stars...Giving the 5 because of the good work done. Very happy with the service and work that James provided and would definitely both recommend him and return for future work. read more
