You will find these in their frozen area. This is too good of a find to keep to myself! That's how I scored their Elk & Pork Bratwurst with Cheddar and Jalapeños and Wagyu Cross Beef Hot Dogs. My usual favorite is the Old Fashioned Beef Hot Dogs, they have that satisfying snap and flavor you just don't get anywhere else. Flocchini is a third-generation family business that handcrafts small-batch sausages using whole muscle meats and simple, high-quality ingredients. The store is tucked behind the Cal-Ranch area, but absolutely worth the stop. Friendly staff, fair prices, and unbeatable flavor.

With everything on it, it's so delicious and messy that we eat it at a counter (overlooking the game) before going back to our seats. Note to Professional Sports Catering (@Greater Nevada Field) - You need to supply a bun that can stand up to a Flocchini sausage. I've never seen bread disintegrate so fast after the first bite.

Thank you to the wonderful ladies behind the counter for doing flour tortillas and giving us the salsa tasting. Nice seating area off the order area welcoming, clean, and good vibes. The store seem like a typical Mexican supermarket. I go over to the deli counter. Seems like the person is taking orders and speaks English well enough. I ask what's inside a Burrito? She tells me beans, rice, onions cilantro and the meat you choose. What? NO cheese included? She answers, cheese is extra. What the hell, who ever heard of a burrito with no cheese included? OK, I add cheese for 50 cents more. The prices seem reasonable, compared to Playa Azul where cheese is included. It's $9.50 here plus 50 cents for the cheese. OK, I'm good with that. What brings the star rating way down, enough for me not to come back, is the order on one lousy burrito took like 20 minutes or more to come out and this was like at 10:15 in the morning! Slapping together a burrito and rollin it takes no more than a few minutes, I've seen it done (not here). Watching, looks like they have a lot of to go orders they're making first and tossing them under the counter to be picked up later. Makes more sense to make the orders of the people waiting at the counter BEFORE to go orders where the customer is not even here! Forget this stupid service waiting that long! The burrito on top of that was MISSING the damn cheese I paid extra for! It was rolled and wrapped kind loose and was not stable to eat like other burrito places. The dining area was fine to eat at, but just getting the food was the problem and it wasn't made correctly! Forget this Centuro Market for made deli food.

Here is what we noticed: - It's a pretty unassuming place...we parked in the side lot and walked around to their main entrance. They even had some specials highlighted as we entered. - Inside there is lots of seating...when we arrived the front of the place was empty, but people were sitting there when we left and we noticed that it is much quieter in that section of the restaurant than in the main dining room. - As others have noted, chorizo is their specialty and it's in many of the dishes. And, it is worth it!...and, not spicy like you might think of chorizo. My wife and I ordered the Quesadilla and the Basque Omelette, and we split both (plus, we took some home too). Each dish was really good in its own right, and being able to have the chorizo prepared two ways was great. Their home fries were really tasty too. - Service was good....very attentive, especially considering that it took us a while to decide what to order given the breadth of the menu. - We paid cash because of their sign indicating that that was preferred. Bottom line: We'd go back to Villa Basque Cafe anytime we're in Carson City...next time, we'd like to try some of their lunch options!

I have to say this place is absolutely amazing and the staff is wonderful. The young gal that takes our order, always knows what we want and remembers it every week. I absolutely have no idea how she does it. She's friendly and very professional and makes you feel comfortable when you're there. Not only does Hacienda have great food. But they have an excellent selection of groceries and Mexican sweet bread for your enjoyment. They also have an excellent meat market with a great selection at different cuts of meats. As well as a bakery in the back. I'm not sure if they do birthday cakes or not but I think they might. The place is clean and colorful. There's plenty of parking. However, during lunchtime, it does get pretty busy so normally when we meet there, we meet after the lunch hour. Hacienda market and Grill is well known in the Carson City area. But if you've never been there, I highly suggest you get down there and try some of their amazing food and delicious sweet bread.!

Three of us ordered flights and one of us ordered a glass of wine. The total bill before tip was about $95. For my flight, I asked the server to surprise me with three of her favorites. I had two reds and a white. They were all enjoyable. I think the best option for enjoying wine here is to buy a bottle and share with friends. The flights were fun to try new things, but not the best value. Overall, I enjoyed the vibe of Mayer and the well decorated space. The wine selection is also great for enjoying there or to-go. The small provisions area they have is also a nice touch. I will return!

Service was provided by Brian, one of the owners. Brian provided me professional and timely service. He knew his menu well and was confident in wine suggestions. Today I was in the mood for bubbles. Based on Brian's suggestion, for my 1st glass I had the Markus Huber Rose. It was a beautiful glass of sparkling wine. It was light, fresh, and delicate, with fruit and spice with hints of fresh cherries and berries, and a small taste of citrus. For my 2nd glass, I went a bit more traditional with the Faire La Féte Brut. This glass was very bright, crisp, and lively with notes of lemon and orange. I ended up having the cheese board (I ordered the cheese & charcuterie board but the cheese board came out) and it didn't disappoint. Each cheese was complex and special in their own way, yet the cheeses complemented each other. The cheeses paired beautifully with the Markus Huber Rose. The quince paste was amazing! One suggestion I would have would be to have board labels or a platter layout card for guests to reference to while they are grazing. Overall, this was a wonderful experience with delicious cheeses and beautiful wines in a relaxing environment. I definitely will be returning for another visit soon.
