This is a reminder of why I should read yelp reviews prior to ordering. This was my first time ordering from here. I don't work far from them. I ordered online via grubhub at 10:22am to schedule a 12pm lunch delivery. They open at 11am so I am assuming there shouldn't be a delay right?! wrong! I got my food around 12:30pm. I had ordered a grilled chicken salad and a slice of cheese pizza (to meet the minimum $10 delivery) I got a cold, crappy slice of pizza and a soggy salad. Looked like the hot chicken was on top long enough to make the salad soggy and their "vinaigrette" dressing was just horrible. I'm actually kind of angry I even tipped 20% when I placed the order, had I known that I would throw out everything BUT the grilled chicken off the top of the salad, I would've never tipped for the crappy, cold food. excellent chicken parm sub, all white breast meat (it better be,bub), gooey cheeze, toasted roll. Sauce is exact duplicate of ChefBoyardee and works well with the chicken. Only hitch was the loooong wait, it was a good 15min for my one sub. They were busy but don't appear too organized. Prices and portions are decent and they do a good business. A solid choice for an everyday lunch but in Shoe City, I prefer Italian Kitchen for this kind o chow. They suck ass I ordered a large Italian sub with EVERYTHING no hots and it arrived with damn near nothing

Went here for the first time on a week night. Was looking at the menu and was asked if I needed help. I mentioned that I was browsing through the menu, this is the first time we have ever been here, we just moved to Brockton. We ordered a large pizza with Chicken peppers and onions. We sat and waited for the pizza so we could bring it home to eat. After 25 minutes or so the pizza was ready. When I went to pay with my credit card I was told it's cash only ( in an upset tone). I glanced around the counter wondering if I over looked and didn't notice a sign for this, but there was no sign. I did mention to the lady that there's no sign mentioning this and I didn't know and I didn't have any cash and she said " we have always been a cash business, there is an ATM right there ( The restaurant ATM has a couple dollar fee and I know banks usually charge three dollars) at this point it was more of a hostile environment and she was upset so I told the lady to have a good night and started to walk away, she asked if I was serious and that's when I mentioned to her yes I am I told you this was our first time here and I should've been told it's a cash only place instead of making me wait 25 minutes and then when we go to pay that's when you tell us. I spoke and remained calm however she was raising her voice at me the whole time when she found out I wanted to use a credit card. It's more of a principal at that point, if you know it's my first time you should just mention that so while the food is being prepared my wife and I could go to an ATM or stop home because we like 2 miles away. My wife and I then left the restaurant as she was saying something under her breath. I don't see a point in ever coming back to this place, we went to supreme pizza 1284 main st Brockton instead and was great. I'm sorry but there should be a common courtesy to let someone know of a policy that you have especially if they said it's the first time there. I may be frugal in saying this but I can't see spending five dollars to get a $20 bill to pay for $16 pizza. Bottom line very rude and inconsiderate of peoples time. read more

Completely unimpressed. I ordered a chicken caesar salad for delivery. The driver called to let me know he was here and asked me which door to go to. He sounded annoyed. He basically handed me my order and left. I can look past that- it's rainy, maybe he's having a bad day. When I opened my salad, I realized they gave me a regular grilled chicken salad. I checked my email confirmation in case I ordered incorrectly. Nope. I ordered a chicken caesar. It wasn't worth the hassle to me to call back and have the correct salad delivered, so I just ate what I was given. The dressing was a little too oily and too thin for my liking, it looked at the bottom of the salad container. Overall, the salad was soggy and unpleasant. It wouldn't let me write a review without giving this place at least 1 star but it doesn't even deserve that. I had my kid's birthday party so I ordered a sheet of pizza to be delivered. I called them at 12:20 PM and was told about 40 minutes which was fine because I wasn't expecting anyone until 1:30 ish Well 1:20 rolls around still no pizza so I call and the girl ensured me he was on his way..... Well I live 10 minutes from this place and 1:40 comes and goes still no pizza so I call back and was told he was the only driver on and had multiple deliveries to drop off but would call him and call me back. Well I never heard back so I ordered pizza from the Cape Cod Cafe (which is much better pizza) they were ready for pick up as promised by the person I spoke to at the Cod. The driver calls me around 3:00 asking if I still want the pizza .... Really??? Why waste your time or my time with the useless phone call?? Point is if you tell someone you're going to have their food to them in 40 minutes then make it work and if for some reason you can't make it within the time a courtesy call would be nice even better just tell the caller the truth when they call back wondering where their food is. Needless to say I will NEVER order from there again and if you're smart you won't either. Go to the Cape Cod Cafe on Main st much better food and service they don't deliver because they don't have to...... read more

A friendly family-run store with very good pizza, subs and daily specials. Stella's also offers very good catering options such as sandwich platters, sheet pixza salads and chicken wings that are generous sized and fairly priced. This hard working family business deserves a try! read more

I started off with a chicken caesar salad and it was delicious very fresh and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Then i saw the sicilian style slices and had to try one and they were also very good. I would definitely recommend this place, the Italian subs here are the best around. read more

Terrible customer service especially the owner. I placed a large order hours in advance but was notified that instead of 6 sheet pizzas I would only need 5. I called almost an hour early than the expected delivery time and asked if I could change my order from 6 to 5 and was told the pizza was already in the oven and could not. I would have just accepted this but the order was delivered 30 minutes late for what is literally a less than 5 minute drive. The owner said I could send one back but I sent two back as most of the kids I was purchasing the pizza for could no longer wait (they had been ready 40 minutes earlier). The owner then called me while I was still with the remaining children and furiously laid into me about sending the extra pizza back and how he had given me "discount " (actual cost $24.. I paid $100 for 4.. His discounted price was 23). I should have not accepted the order at all...what was left was thrown away as the pizza is not to my liking (however the kids did like it) read more
