Ordered a Birthday Cake for a Friend's Birthday. Looked on Yelp for a Bakery close to where I live that has exceptional reviews. All reviews read lead me to Stella's Sweets. The communication between me and the Owner, Tali was easy and prompt. Tali was able to create a wonderful Marble, 3 layer Cake that tasted amazing! I wanted a very simple design and found one on Pinterest that I liked. Tali made it happen and in the colors I had asked. Beautiful Cake that was moist and delicious. Everyone who tried the cake- loved it. I am so glad I found a Bakery that I can order custom cakes for special events. 5 Stars all the way.....

The mini cupcakes were just ok. I really like to order from local bakers and shop small, this was my first order here. I loved the style of all the pictures of cakes and cupcakes. My order was very simple and being pregnant was so excited for carrot cake cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting. Unfortunately the cake was slightly dry and the frosting had no flavor but a very thick oily texture. I wished we had a great experience because I was so looking forward to it, but the guests did not eat any after frosting melted and looked unappetizing. I post only to help balance reviews with experiences that are not 5/5. Thankfully we had a few gluten free cupcakes from Trader Joe's that were a lot more flavorful.

This is a bit late but Tali's cakes and designs are the best you can get! Tali is amazingly easy to work with and works with your ideas or helps you along if you are not sure what you want. She makes beautiful designs at very reasonable prices that taste good! Let me reiterate that her beautiful cakes taste SOO good!! This is not always the case for most bakeries. Tali was great to work with! Very kind and quick to respond. I sent her an inspiration picture of Minnie Mouse themed 1st birthday cookies and they came out so beautiful, better and more detailed than the inspiration picture! I was pleased with the individual heat sealed wrap she included as well as the packaging. Our guests were so impressed and the cookies were delicious! Really loved working with Tali. She the quickest to respond with initial contact, kind and easy to talk to. The frosting on both the cupcakes and cake was amazing. The cake was decadent, as many exclaimed. EVERYONE at my sisters baby shower was in love! The cake was my sisters favorite part of her shower decor. Not to mention that Tali ran around to find specific paper for the cupcakes to match the theme! I have had some epic cakes fAils and feel better knowing I can go back to Tali in the future.

Look. I'm a guy, I'm not a detailed person who looks at cakes with appreciation. Ask me what the cake looked like at the last 3 weddings I attended and I just don't remember. But we found Stella's Sweets for my kids bday party, with a science theme, and here I am extolling the virtues of this amazing business. This cake that Tali created (a multi- tiered science themed cake) and corresponding cookies/ cupcakes were just amazing! I mean great attention to detail, and they tasted great! This year's theme was space shuttle which turned out to be great too. The cakes were very tasty. I'm not fan of sugary treats but birthdays remain to be exceptions. Tali made the cake, cupcakes and cookies for my son's 6th bday party this weekend, and I was super happy with her creations! Initial contact was a breeze and Tali was extremely responsive. I contacted her less than 3 weeks before the party, and though she was booked that day already, we worked it out where I picked up the goodies the day before the event (actual pick up was before 7:30 am the day of the event due to schedule, which worked out better for me anyway). But she was very accommodating. I sent her pictures of ideas and decor/theme that would complement a science-theme party (she won't book until design has been solidified), and the results far exceeded my expectations. Guests were commenting on the cake and cookies, and how good they tasted--especially the cake (which was vanilla cake with strawberry mousse filling). Her prices were reasonable and the quality was stellar. Tali will be our go-to cake lady from this point forward and will make a note to book with her months in advance. The cakes are amazing and yummy however very hard to get. I have tried ordering 1-2 months in advance and the last 4 attempts she was not available. I understand this is a small business from her home but I can't order kids cakes that far in advance bc their likings change often. If you can plan that far in the future then I recommend Stella Sweets. If not then you might want to consider another option. read more

A family member of mine shared some of Stella's sweets with me tonight (a Snickerdoodle cookie specifically) and it was so delicious! I've tried other non-sugar sweets and they would just leave not quite the right taste of ones favorite sweeted treat. But I couldn't tell the difference in this cookie at all and am definitely interested in getting more things to try! Definitely recommending the Snickerdoodle! read more

Tali at Stella's Sweets was very kind and helpful. I called her three days before my son's party and she was able to squeeze me into her very booked up schedule last minute. I told her what I was looking for not only with the design of the cake but also the price which she was able to work with me on. Everybody at the party loved the look and taste of the cake, especially the birthday boy. I would also like to mention that the cake was very moist and tasted like it was made with love. Tali with Stella's Sweets brings so much detail and love to all her creations. Her attention to detail is incredible and she thinks of every perspective when creating a dessert. Tali made a Finding Nemo themed cake and cupcakes for my daughter's birthday and it was delicious and the end product came out beautifully, right down to the sea bubbles on the cake. I am obsessed with her mini cupcakes! SO good. The mochas and the mini chocolate torte cakes are my favorite, but I have never tried a flavor I didn't enjoy. They are beautiful, too. And her cakes are GORGEOUS and they taste amazing. No rock hard ganache frosting here. Everything is soft and creamy and exactly as frosting should be. Cakes are always moist and dreamy. Tali made the most beautiful and yummy cakes and desserts for my daughter's first birthday party. She was so easy to work with. We literally communicated over text throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what I wanted after a few quick sketches. So many people complimented the desserts and asked where we got them from. The cakes were very moist and not dry at all. She even offered us a free dessert to make up for the delay, which we really appreciated. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful despite how crowded it was. The space does get noisy when it's full, so it's not the most relaxing dine-in experience during peak hours. My advice: order online and take it to go -- this would be perfect for a picnic or a relaxed breakfast elsewhere. The food and drinks are absolutely worth it, and with a little planning, you'll have a great experience.

I told her that I am visiting my grandmother and what she recommends that are not too sweet and easy to chew for an elder. Everything that she recommended was delicious! She even gave couple of pastries on the house for my grandma to try which was so sweet and kind. When I got to my grandma's house, she tried a little bit of everything and enjoyed it! I could see if from the smile on her face. That day was the last day I saw my grandma well before she went to hospital 5 days later and passed away 3 days after that. But I am so happy that this bakery and especially the kind owner, gave me a chance to see my grandma enjoying the pastries and being all happy. All I can say is AMAZING! I am a chef my self and I must say that Stella's Sweets by chef Tali is just perfection. The amount of detail in Tali's work is incredible, the fact that every thing is hand made from scratch with almost all organic ingredients is impossible to find any where else. I was also very impressed with how Chef Tali can and will customize everything to your needs. It's not often that you can have a true artist make you sweet and unique desserts that are made with passion !!! I will always go back to Stella's Sweets for any type of occasion. read more

I recently attended a celebration where I had the privilege of enjoying & eating (maybe one too many cupcakes) from Stellas Sweets and I have to say I was blown away by the quality & taste of the desserts. I also had the opportunity to speak with Tali (owner) as she was setting up her dessert table and I have to say I was very impressed with her level of passion and dedication to her craft & love of making desserts. W-O-W!! That's what comes to mind when I think about the birthday cake we ordered from Tali @Stella's Sweets! Amazing taste and visual talent captured in a cake that our 7 year old was in awe of! The owner of Stella's Sweets, Tali, is an amazingly talented and creative baker. She made an adorable custom birthday cake for my daughter's party that wowed our guests, and at a very reasonable price. Stella's Sweets is a definite go-to for special event cakes in our family! read more
