I said something about the cost and that's when I was told the license plate bulb had burned out and had been replaced. No one said anything before changing it, no one asked me if I wanted it changed, and frankly I didn't. When I responded exactly that (you didn't tell or ask me) the reply was: "But you'll get pulled over for that." Bullshit, I say. Truth is I was told that light was out the last time I had the oil changed, and I declined replacing it then. That was 4 months ago, one major drive trip to FL's east coast and back, and not a single siren in my rearview. What's really bothering me is that I finally looked at the itemized bill when I got home: $14.99 for a flippin' light bulb. (Which, I don't doubt, I could get for half, or maybe 3/4s, of that at an auto parts store.) Maybe it's a good thing they changed it b/c I forgot to do it when I was first told it was out last oil change. But that's not the point. Bottom line: request your Customer's permission before doing an add-on. Period.

Told me that everything looked good and that I did well with my purchase. Talked to me and gave me a quick education about some things I needed to know and when I needed to change some of the fluids (not for many miles). Never tried to upsell me, just give me advice and educate me. I will absolutely go back. Appreciated the approach they took.

It was not it was the radiator and the radiator cap thank God I didn't listen to them. They also bypass the heater core and had a 45° angle on the hose not allowing water to pass through and they told me that water doesn't need to go through there which is absolutely not correct and could have blown my motor thankfully I brought it to another mechanic for mechanics in total who said they saw no sign of a blown motor and the final mechanic who fixed it for me. The owner went down and got into the space of my truck when I brought it to the first place and then they didn't want to do it anymore. Then when I contacted Rob about the situation he threatened me told me to get his lawyers and then had the police call me to tell me not to contact him anymore.

They told me that the serpentine belt needed replacement because of eminent failure. Their estimate was over $250. for replacement. I just now replaced my serpentine belt and see that my "old" belt is still in perfect condition! No cracks or fractures of wear. It still looks like new! Beware! Complete Auto seems to claim needed service when it does NOT need replacement! Beware of their "recommended" service needs for your auto. I will NOT go to them for any service from now on.

When it was finished I paid and canceled the service to be done on my truck that afternoon.
