The repairman was scheduled to arrive today, and I got a call shortly ago asking me if I had received the part. No one ever told me a part would be shipped to my home, nor would I expect that a repairman would come to my house without the replacement part. I purchased from Baron's because they do their own repairs, but thus far the service gets ZERO STARS. Baron's is not honoring their service agreement, nor would they connect me with the owner. My only recourse is to warn others away from this disreputable company. -------- After giving up on anyone responding, I left harsh but honest reviews in several places. I immediately heard from the person running the repair organization, and he was extremely apologetic. He had 3 parts Fedex'ed to my house and sent out a repairman a day later. If only that were the end of the story. The parts were incorrect, they ordered different parts, and those were also wrong. It was weeks before the problem finally got sorted out, but there were numerous errors and delays both before and during the repair. Perhaps I should add that it was simply a non-working LED in the dispenser that was broken. How hard can that possibly be to order the right replacement part?? I can't in good conscience recommend this company.

He spent 10 minutes "listening" to the dishwasher try to cycle through and said, "it's your circulation watch motor". Since the dishwasher was only 2 years old we paid the $500 to replace the circulation watch motor, only to realize it was NOT the circulation watch motor. After MULTIPLE calls to Mr. Appliance, it was finally diagnosed as a $50 pressure switch. We wasted $500 for a pump that did not need to be replaced, when the fix was a $50 pressure switch. DO NOT USE MR. APPLIANCE, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ARE JUST GUESSING.

Jowi at the Salem office showroom was super nice and helpful. We decided on Thor Kitchen appliances and they are amazing quality, and priced very fairly. They do take credit cards but charge an extra % so we paid by check so no problem. The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed!
