The repairman was scheduled to arrive today, and I got a call shortly ago asking me if I had received the part. No one ever told me a part would be shipped to my home, nor would I expect that a repairman would come to my house without the replacement part. I purchased from Baron's because they do their own repairs, but thus far the service gets ZERO STARS. Baron's is not honoring their service agreement, nor would they connect me with the owner. My only recourse is to warn others away from this disreputable company. -------- After giving up on anyone responding, I left harsh but honest reviews in several places. I immediately heard from the person running the repair organization, and he was extremely apologetic. He had 3 parts Fedex'ed to my house and sent out a repairman a day later. If only that were the end of the story. The parts were incorrect, they ordered different parts, and those were also wrong. It was weeks before the problem finally got sorted out, but there were numerous errors and delays both before and during the repair. Perhaps I should add that it was simply a non-working LED in the dispenser that was broken. How hard can that possibly be to order the right replacement part?? I can't in good conscience recommend this company.

Luckily, I was able to get the last one they had & tax-free is always a win. I got the Sony A6400 with just the kit lens and I'm super excited to open & try it out. Liz had previously given me a timeframe for receipt of the nightstand of 8-15 business days. When it came time to order it, however, Liz gave me a timeframe of 6-8 weeks. I said ok since I wanted that particular nightstand to match our bedroom set. After 9 weeks I called to inquire about the status only to have a voicemail from Liz telling me that the nightstand didn't come in and "I am going to have to ask you to order it somewhere else." She obviously didn't order it. She could at least have apologized and offer to order it then. I did order it from AFA Stores at a huge savings and it was delivered to my home in excellent condition free of charge! I guess I should be grateful since I saved a ton of money and now I know not to bother looking at Appliance Warehouse.
