I've driven by Stemma Coffee probably 100 times and something always pulled me in. Today I finally stopped and I'm so glad I did. I ordered the Iced Dirty Mama: 2 shots of espresso with their house-made horchata milk and it was absolutely delicious. But what made this visit so much more than just a great drink was learning the story behind this place. Stemma was opened in honor of a late husband and father, and this mother and daughter duo are out here doing the damn thing in his name. They left little pieces of their story throughout the lobby and I think that's so beautiful and brave. You can feel the love in this place. I will 100% be back. DTO has a real gem here.

This coffee shop exceeded my expectations. I stumbled upon this on my way to another aesthetic coffee shop but was drawn by the unique coffee offerings and better food options, in addition to it being closer to the Lynx Central station. I tried their signature El Guerito which had pineapple foam, biscoff, and coffee - well executed with a sweet and tangy balance with a tropical vibe matching the environment. I also got the croissant sandwich - sounds plain on paper but it has avocado, tomatoes, aioli, and egg, on top of choice of meat that I opted for bacon, and it was so delicious. The croissant was so flaky and buttery and overall was a nice filling brunch. An added bonus was that it had reliable WiFi and decent amount of seats that I had no problem finding a seat.

Stemma has the atmosphere you want and expect in a coffee shop- bright with unique and cool decor, and a very chill, laid back feel. They usually have a fun little list of seasonal drinks that are really experimental and abnormal. Sometimes they're really good, other times it's not too great but hey that's how experimenting goes. Overall I think their coffee is pretty good, they also serve sandwiches and small pastries. When you're looking for a coffee shop to sit at for awhile, this is one that's perfect to do that.

Stemma remains a great place to grab coffee and a bite! I have tried a few seasonal drinks over the years and the Guerito stays winning first place! The downsides: parking a real b word. They still don't have water available for patrons to help themselves which is pretty standard at a lot of coffee shops. No matter how many times I bring it to their attention, they don't change their hours on the sandwich board outside *shrug* random tip: this is a great place to grab a coffee if you need to charge your electric vehicle at the OUC hub around the corner!

Love going here for coffee!! I typically will pop in for an iced latte, but this time around I did try out the Dirty Mama Matcha latte. While it was tasty, it did feel a little unbalanced like it was too thick. My friend got the same order and she had expressed that hers was too much cinnamon. Perhaps our palettes didn't match with that specific offer, but I do love their coffee so I'll definitely be back to get my usual!

This is one of my wife's favorite coffee locations in the city! I picked up an Iced Dirty Mama which is a double shot espresso paired with an horchata that is house-made, and she absolutely loves it. She says the drinks are top-quality! I most enjoy the vibe of the coffee shop. Everything is clean, sleek, relaxed, and very professionally laid out. In every direction, there's artwork and fun things to look at. It's very inviting!

I have worked downtown for years and had not found a good coffee shop until Stemma. When you walk in you feel immediately welcomed with the friendly stay and beauty of the coffee shop. This is a great café to sit and work at or for breakfast or lunch. They have a lot of great food offerings that pair. Excellent with their coffee selection. I tried the Horchata and the Cortado and both were great. This restaurant also has A very touching Backstory. The family is from Nicaragua and opened the restaurant in honor of her father. I just so happened to be in the downtown area and decided to check this place out. After looking at the menu I decided to try the croissant sandwich, and it was quite possibly the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. It is huge compared to what you get at most places and it far more flavorful than your standard bacon, egg, and cheese. The shop itself has a very cool, modern, and clean design. It's on the smaller side, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. I liked it so much I actually ordered the exact same sandwich on Uber Eats a few days later. Definitely worth a visit!

True Coffee Roaster with a Cozy Feel Stemma Craft Coffee feels like a true coffee roaster. They have the roaster right in the shop, and when we were there, they were even tasting and evaluating the coffee, which was cool to see. The shop is cute and relaxed, and it wasn't busy at all, making it a nice place to stop without feeling rushed. There isn't much food--just a small selection of pastries--so it's really about the coffee here. One thing I appreciated as a non-coffee drinker is that they do offer herbal teas, so I didn't have to sit there with nothing while my husband enjoyed his coffee. Parking is available nearby, but it's metered/pay-by-QR, so plan for that. Overall, a solid spot for coffee lovers, with a calm atmosphere and a thoughtful option for tag-alongs too.

Went in for a quick stop and I'm so glad I did! The decor and vibes of the location were immaculate. Felt like a true community space. I ordered the Fatis bananas and an empanada. An empanada took a while so if you're in a rush I would skip the food and only order drinks. My coffee was perfection and when I finished it I immediately wanted to go back and order another one.

Stemma Coffee in Orlando is alright. The coffee is decent, but nothing to write home about. However, I do appreciate the effort they've put into the interior design; it's a stylish and comfortable place to sit and work or relax. If you're more into ambiance than coffee quality, it might be worth a visit. read more

Oooh, I loved this place! The sandwiches were so good, exactly what I'm always looking for and found the perfect place. The coffee is so delicious too. The pineapple foam one was surprisingly delicious. I was skeptical but glad I tried it! Place is cute and nice to sit in and do some work with the great wifi. It was a little loud in there at times with the music and the heavy traffic, but not a big deal. Everyone was friendly and helpful when they took our orders. read more

Obsessed with quite a few things on the menu. Although slightly pricier than alternative breakfast/coffee spots - Stemma will always be worth the extra bucks. Anytime a new coffee place opens up in the Orlando area my partner and I need to check it out. She's a bit of a coffee connoisseur so she's on her quest to find the best coffee in Orlando. Stemma's regular black coffee was rich and flavorful. Earthy without tasting muddy. I also ordered the Stemma brisket which was delicious. Never have I had such a good sandwich at a coffee shop. The chimichurri mayo really added a nice moisture to the ciabatta bread and the brisket was tender. The dichotomous nature of the calm setting mixed with reggaeton music really gave this place funky and energetic vibes. Probably not a place you go to study but I loved the upbeat music. I have a rule that while traveling local cute coffee shops are a MUST. I'll be the first to admit that beyond the coffee it was the decor that sent me on the 30 minute drive from the airport to this adorable shop. However, hearing the story about how not only the shop is family owned, but the coffee farm itself. This is truly a family affair. We met one of the owners, and the joy and pride in their work definitely shines through! My fave coffee was the one with the pineapple foam topper. OMG! Soooo good! Recently checked this lovely dog-friendly café with my puppy. It is beautiful with pink walls and cute decor, feels very calm to be in. I ordered a cappuccino that came in a pretty pink cup and a croissant sandwich. The cappuccino was very good and the sandwich was delicious. The sandwich had an achiote-mayo which was what made me order it in the first place and it definitely did not disappoint. For my puppy they had milk bones which was a nice touch to have something for the pets. Will 100% come back again. :) read more

I was excited when I heard about this coffee shop opening, so I had to try it out on their soft opening week. First the decor was beautiful! They had colorful murals and paintings. They have a decent amount of seating but one issue I noticed was the lack of outlets...I was only able to find one, but maybe there are more and I just couldn't see them. The coffee drinks I ordered were el güerito, an iced espresso with sweetened milk and pineapple foam topped with grated cookie, and the dirty mama, espresso with homemade horchata. I loved the pineapple foam in el güerito, and it was a unique drink compared to other coffee shops. I just wish the coffee was stronger, which is why I preferred the dirty mama. The dirty mama had a good amount of coffee and the horchata was delicious. I also got a beef empanada, which tasted good and I like how they made it with beef chunks instead of ground beef. The only thing is that it was on the smaller side. They are still in their soft opening, but I had an overall good experience and would come back. It would be nice if they sold Nicaraguan baked goods in the future. They are also planning to sell merch and coffee beans in the future. read more

Came around 12 in the afternoon and ordered a matcha, capuchino, a burrata avocado toast, and a beef empanada. Staff was very kind and even recommended a modified matcha for my daughter who can't drink milk! The honey was overpowering and bitter, it kind of ruined the taste of the coffee. Overall, this place is cute! But it's really crowded, not great for remote work and didn't love the drink.

The barista, made my tea EXACTLY as I ordered, without hesitation. A true barista is hard to find nowadays but Lineage has one! The Food (or in this case drink) With just the right amount of honey and steamed milk and a great robust English breakfast tea, the tea was made perfectly! It truly was one of the best I've ever had! The Bottom Line Would I go back! You bet. In fact, as I write this review, I can taste that scrumptious tea as it calls me back. If their coffee is anything close to what they did with my tea... you'll be in coffee heaven.

I had to go at the end of the work day and they were just about to close up. I was nervous walking in so late but greeted by multiple employees. I just bought my first esspreso machine and had been taking difficulty with store bought beans so I was somewhat unsure of what I needed but Ital was by helpful. They listened to my whole explanation of how I needed up in this hidden gem and offered a great suggestion. Also helped to demonstrate a good grind and process of pulling a shot as well as a taste to compare up my outcome at home. And offered to help teach me some of the shops drinks of future visits as I get better with my machine.

Stemma is a cute little spot downtown on a busy street, so parking can definitely be limited, but the shop itself feels cozy and welcoming. I had heard so many reviews comparing it to LA coffee shops and as someone from California who used to be in LA all the time, I honestly don't think that comparison is accurate. That being said, I do think Stemma has quality coffee and deserves the hype in its own way and it's easily top five top five for me in Orlando. You can immediately smell the quality of the coffee when you walk in and the staff has always been super kind, attentive, and helpful with questions. I really appreciate that they make their own in house milk alternatives too. I tried their espresso drink with the homemade horchata which was good, just not a traditional horchata flavor in my opinion, but you definitely get the cinnamon notes. The color of my latte was perfect though, such a good ratio of milk to espresso where you can still really taste the coffee. One thing I've noticed after living in Orlando for a year is most coffee shops here lean much sweeter, even when you ask beforehand, so if you're coming from somewhere like LA just expect a different flavor profile. Overall, still top 5 favorite coffee spots in Orlando. read more

I love the ambiance of this coffee shop. It has a chic and colorful interior that I really like. I only stopped by for a to-go coffee, but I'll definitely stay longer next time. The only downside is that parking can be tough, and the space is a bit small, making it difficult to find a seat, especially when it gets crowded. That said, it's still a great spot to unwind and enjoy a good after-church brunch. Definitely a place I'd return to for both the vibe and some good coffee. read more
