The food is amazing and is the same restaurant that is on Newbury Street. The service is fast and they make sure that they get everyone out and onto their flights. The booths are comfortable and spaced far enough that you are not hearing other people's conversations. I ordered the turkey club and it was delicious. Stopped by Stephanie's today to order lunch to go before leaving the airport. This place is pricy ($28.86 after tax for my Mac & Cheese), but this rarely affects most diners who I suspect are Priority Pass members (we get $28 off our meals here). Taking my order was fairly quick; tipping is much easier/will get done much faster if you use card. They told me to come back in 15 for my food. The wait was more like 18, but I'm not miffed since that wasn't too far off. The Mac & Cheese was RICH and you could tell the cheese was good quality. Also, the serving size was ginormous and could have fed two well for lunch. Most of the burgers and sandwiches come with your choice of fries or a salad. I wish this came with that option because $28 is a lot to pay to not feel nourished at all. I feel like this Mac is much more suited as a side dish. read more

Airport food often gets a bad rap, mostly due to poor quality, inflated prices, and service issues. Thankfully, there are places that don't fit the mold and that are actually good experiences. Stephanie's, however, did nothing to raise itself above the typical reputation of terminal eateries when I visited. Way, way too much breading on my fish; I might as well have ordered fried dough balls. When my fish and chips were delivered, I asked for some malt vinegar, then waited. And waited. And ended up having to ask twice more before I ever got it. Service as a whole was slow from being seated through being served and even settling on the bill. Honestly, the only thing about this experience I enjoyed was the cold beer, as it was the only thing they got right. You don't want to know what this level of ineptitude cost me either, but I certainly felt ripped off -- even though my Priority Pass card covered most of the price. Maybe there are better options at Logan. If so, please take them. Maybe I just hit Stephanie's on a bad day. But I won't be going back to try it again when I pass through this airport again. Heading out of Logan in the late afternoon, we wanted to grab a quick meal before departing on our AA flight, which would not provide any food! Stephanie's was close to our gate, so we sat down and ordered: Cheeseburger $22 Classic Caesar Salad $16 Granted, it is airport food, so we weren't surprised to find the burger overdone and the salad dry and unimpressive. The lettuce on the salad seemed like it was tired out from a long day. I guess the "Classic" in the name referred to the classic type of food one would expect at an airport, along with the inflated prices. On a side note, we thought the fries were pretty good, hot and fairly crispy. The only good news about our meal was the service. If you are departing from Boston Logan with a United gate close to B14 and have Priority Pass, this is a convenient choice to stop by to utilize your $28 credit (for non-AmEx Plat Priority Pass Cardholders) per person (another $28 if you have 1 guest). Location was ideal; service was super friendly, fast, and efficient for an airport diner, and I really wanted to like the place but the breakfast served did not look appetizing and it didn't taste good at all. It was also time to update the ripped booth seats. Next time, I'd use my credit to just grab a drink at Stephanie's and head straight to the United Club right upstairs. P.S. Don't forget to tip your server at Priority Pass restaurants as the visit credit you may have left over doesn't go towards gratuity. read more
