2021 model y, needed to get tinted. Originally got a quote through yelp, and was quoted for $xxx.xx for the rear windshield and the sides (requested price on 7 windows total) I liked the price and scheduled for install. Arrived at the correct day and time, and the older gentleman at the shop said I was too early and people wouldn't be there until 30 mins. later, but after showing him the appt scheduled message via yelp he started my paperwork. Now this is where it gets tricky for me, the quoted price I assumed was for 7 windows (back glass, 2 quarter glass, 2 rear door, 2 front door) however, the older gentleman stated that the 2 front doors would be an extra charge... ok fine.. so I ask how much extra would it be for the roof glass (1 large piece) and he gave me a reasonable price which I accepted. Later on in the day, I get a phone call from a Gio? He told me that the sunroof wasn't included in the price that I was quoted. Confused I asked what he meant, and apparently the price I was quoted was only for the back half of the roof glass and not the full glass which was what the first gentleman explained to me. If I had known that the price was only for the rear half of the glass I wouldnt have agreed to it. When I go to pick up the car, I wanted to see what the roof glass looked like, and it turns out that the roof glass wasn't completed at all. With regards to customer service, Gio agreed to do the whole roof glass at the original agreed price if I bring the vehicle back which I believe was a fair solution. Got the car back and the tint film and work were great, and Gio demonstrated excellent customer service. The only downside is I think some kind of liquid from the tint application leaked to a small portion of my headliner. Hopefully it will come off. read more

The gentleman at Stereo Base are awesome! They did my window tints on both of my vehicles, and the day before yesterday, they installed my stereo system. Mustafa was very thorough and patient as he showed me the different options available for my car audio. I was quoted the wrong price by mistake, and though the difference was $100, they honoured the price I was originally quoted. I'd like to begin by thanking Shams for taking his time for personally helping me install my 1 12inch Subwoofer to my vehicle. Came here a good handful of times with the hope that I would receive the similar kind customer service in which he provided that day. SADLY interpersonal skills is not something contagious. Also I find it funny how the bill for the same work I came in for not too long ago increased in price. After reading a few reviews here, seeing that I am also not the only one they have done this to is sickening. Shameful work to take advantage of the less educated in this line of work. (Tip2Customers:Make sure you do your homework prior) I do understand that your business is not a large franchise, so having to squeeze a penny wherever is a must to keep businesses going & than a little something extra. I think I speak for the general when I say that we are looking for honest work, genuine people & fair prices. I could have easily bought the same two subwoofers I purchased not to long ago for half the price and easily done the Mickey Mouse labor which was also overpriced for the terrible wiring he had rigged together. Also as I was trying to accommodate the trunk so that this man could have more work space, he was rudely rushing me. [Side Notes: I was the only car there. I'm spending $60 so that this man can do a rushed job and simply connect a couple of wires. In which I could have easily done myself. Took no more than 10 minutes. People that come from well honest paying jobs don't even make that in an hour. I really would like to know how you base your prices for labor. Recently got the Accord, and it had a lacking sound system so I came in to check out subwoofers and ended up getting that and window tint. Needless to say, it's been over a week and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Will likely come in down the road to change out the speakers for higher quality ones, but for now I was made a happy camper! First reply to my request on Yelp. Listened to my issue and gave options. Back in business with great tunes at the price range I needed......Needed an extension wire for the mobile base. Not sure how they thought that would work out with such a short wire. Professional installation would have asked what I wanted or allowed for mobility of the speaker. I was in need of a back-up camera for my car because the car that I purchased didn't come stock with a camera and my husband contacted several places who either disregarded our voicemails or quoted us with ridiculous prices. Junior was able to quote us with a decent price and replied to my husband's messages in a timely manner. We came in to pre-pay for the part and labor and it arrived in less than a week. We set the appointment early in the morning because we were told it'll be labor extensive, but they'll try to finish it within the day. They were very meticulous with their placement of the camera and even called us on where we want it mounted. I even had a choice of the color of the license plate that they gave to us at no extra charge :) My car was finished by the end of the day and Junior greeted us and told us what they had done to the car. We even test drove it to check out the dynamic lines! We were so pleased with Junior's professionalism and he even offered to mount headlights for me if I decided to change my headlights. The work I got done for my front windows tint was very good, clean job. My only complaint is that when I showed up they said that there was only one car ahead of me so I was like cool Ok this shouldn't take that long... I waited for about a little over 3 hours just to get 2 windows tinted... the entire time I waited I was sitting on hard concrete in front of the door like a homeless person,... no waiting lobby or seats available for customers that are gonna have to wait an eternity for their vehicle to be done.
