DO NOT let these people even touch your car. Wish I had seen all the negative reviews before giving these scam artists a dime. Went in for a simple 4-channel amp install. First, the installer named Oscar used the crapiest Chinese cables and wiring, all 4 of the RCA cable ends broke, then wired things incorrectly and claimed my amp was bad when it was 100% working. Then after taking it back FIVE TIMES to be fixed, they kept blaming me, while at the same time admitting fault on their end.. then they expected me to pay for them to fix the faulty job that they tell you is "warrantied" in the first place, AND they overcharged me initially. The coward "manager" that goes by "Jr." kept trying to avoid seeing me or taking my calls, overcharged me, played blame games, and then cursed me out and said he never wanted me back there as if I enjoyed having them repeatedly fix the problems they created. WARNING: DO NOT GET YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE!!!!!!! As you can see in the pictures they did a HORRIBLE job on my new Mercedes. Every single window has dust medium scratches and bumbles under the tint. Visible from the inside and outside on every window. As you can see in the reception, it states that I have a one-year warranty. They will say they will fix or replace any any issue but that is not the case. I got this tint 10 days ago. I've been back 5 times since. Every time I come back they say they will fix it tomorrow. Come in tomorrow and they make any excuse not to fix it and refused a refund. This happen 5 separate times. TERRIBLE, SHITTY, UNPROFESSIONAL work. I had to return multiple times, and they still couldn't do the job right. I went in for a stereo system. They broke my air conditioner, lost my cup holder divider, and didn't ground the stereo correctly. There's a loud buzzing noise now. I'm taking my car to another place so they can ground it. As for the air conditioner, the guy in the front said he would call me on Monday to get it fixed. NEVER DID. I was tired of going back & forth with these dudes, so I'm just gonna get it fixed somewhere else. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, cause these guys are quick to take it. I was looking to get a new set of hid lights on my bmw but these guys talked me into rewiring for leds because the owner told me hid's are getting fazed out. So i purchased led lights and new headlights since my headlights were foggy. After the install everything looked good but onece I did my oil change I found out they did a Very shitty wiring job and the access panels in the wheel well were gone I went back and the owner said there is nothing we can do since all it's been a while , then several months later both lights burnt out. I went back to warranty the lights he said i can just buy new ones didn't want to check the car to see if there was an issue. My lights lasted less than a year that is unacceptable he wouldn't replace them or nothing. NEVER EVER AGAIN WOULD I GO TO THIS SHITTY STERO SHOP. Save your money and go somewhere else read more

Super upset with myself for falling into the trap of this owner. I came to Stereo Pros looking to have a sub installed in my Volvo. Rafat Swidan whom is the "President" is pleasant until he has your money. My story goes a little something like this. One 12" sub woofer was to be installed.  Upon "completion of the work," and driving off with my sub installed I noticed an obnoxious buzzing sound would blast when turning off the vehicle.  Immediately that same day I drove back to the shop to notify Rafat. After about one hour and half of them trying to troubleshoot the situation Rafat asked if he could call me tomorrow with a resolution.  I agree and decide to leave and await his phone call. Following day came and I decided to reach out to the shop since it was later in the day to follow up. Shop Manager Omar answered and stated he would let Rafat know I called. At this point something didn't feel right and I decided to drive down to the shop. By now I had read all his other victims reviews and knew in my heart this wasn't going to be good. Fast foward to nine days later, after I had tried on 4 different attempts to explain to both Omar and Rafat that the right thing to do is to refund me my money. Rafat continues to say, "No." He continues to claim that the buzzing noise is do to a Volvo "noise cancelation" feature that needs to be turned off. Mind you I have now contacted two separate Volvo dealers and all have advised that this is not true. They have advised me that if the Stereo company actually knows what they are doing they would know what to do to fix it. Next I decided to ask another Stereo System company about my situation. And well sad to say Stereo Pros owner Rafat was wrong. My vehicle was quickly fixed of the buzzing noise at the second shop. Stereo Pros is relocating as of November 2022 to Main St in front of Metro. Name of company to come soon. I took my new truck over to some stereo shop in riverside where I lives to get a system installed in my traverse. After I left that place I notice a interference sound coming out the speakers. I took my truck back to them to fix it. They told me they were waiting on the dealership to tell them where the Bluetooth amp was. They don't know what they are doing what so ever and when they mess up your car (the electrical) they will get their own "mechanic" to tell you it wasn't their fault! If you want a good tint job done. This place is not the place to go! I went in to get my tint job done there and when I returned to pick up the car they left the inside of the car very dirty with handprints everywhere. The tint has bubbles but I was ensured that they will disappear within a 4-6 days and if they didn't I could get it redone. Unfortunately the bubbles didn't come out so I had to ask for it to be redone, which turned into a complete hassle. It was a back and forth trying to get the tint redone for about a week. This continued until I became fed up and just asked for a refund, they refused to refund. Omar confirmed yes, it will have steering wheel controls, factory back-up camera and factory USB. A few hours after dropping it off he calls me and says I need a steering wheel control module for an extra $120. I reminded him he told me it was all included and all will be hooked up. He said no. I told him I would pick the car up. I then took it to another shop and they immediately showed me the mess they left for me. I brought in my Harley CVO road glide limited in for speaker and amp. The speakers for the tour were poorly installed and when they were working on it they dented my front fender though JR made right by getting repaired but the point is all this could have been avoided if they just used a fender cover and a tank cover when they work on motorcycles . Don't take your Harley for stereo upgrades now I have to spend my time to find someone to repair the fender plus the down time of not being able to ride . How the f*ck are these guys in business?? STAY AWAY!! repeat STAY AWAY!! Paid for a new head unit and steering control and subwoofer wiring. Subwoofer wiring was a no brainer for a hot wire and ground to the trunk with RCA chord... When it cam time for the head unit Schmuck number one calls and says the unit I bought doesn't fit and I can upgrade for an agreed amount over the phone. I get there and he tries to swindle an extra $100 from me, I go to the car and the install is the most ghetto thing I've ever seen as it sticks out of the dash and calls it a floating screen.. ya, floating in the trash. Then go for the steering controls and they don't work and it's disqualified as a programming issue and to bring it back. I was so turned off by the whole experience I just went to Crutchfield and bought all the right parts. Now, as I am uninstalling all this nonsense, I get into the dash and the steering control module I paid for isn't even there and the wiring is a hackjob into some two bit wiring harness.. just a scandal the whole way. This is obviously an operation that funnels money for everything but what they advertise.. Searched car stereo and this was the first company that popped up. For my Dad's birthday I was getting him a new CD player, I called Stereo Pros to get an estimate. They were extremely friendly and helpful over the phone, and they quoted me a price and a time estimate. I showed up a few days later, I think it was a different guy, but same estimates. More importantly the estimates were correct! No extra fees or additional time, they were even faster than their estimated time. After the installation, they helped my dad and me set up the Bluetooth before we left the parking lot. Thank you Stereo Pros for a quick and easy experience!! Update 1/8: My dad was driving when the heater randomly knob fell off. He picked it up, to find that it was covered with electrical tape. No one has been in his car, let alone worked near the stereo/air control area, besides stereo pros. They must have broken the knob, then taped it thinking it wouldn't be discovered since it matched the interior color. I understand accidents happen, but own it. Do not be sneaky and try to hide it. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! This place place just lies and takes your money and does not give you pay for. I originally went there to have the JBL soundbar put in. They convinced me the stage 4 Rockford system was better and I decided to go with it. My mistake was having them do the install. It took them 4 days to put in a Rockford Fosgate Stage 4 kit. That's right a kit!! Except they didn't even install the kit. They must not have had the kit because they pieced shit together and put SSV pods with car speakers in my RZR, NOT marine speakers. I got home and took the cover off and the speaker was scratched! They put used speakers in RZR. I made my appointment 1 month in advance and asked them multiple times if they had the kit in stock before I took my RZR there. When I asked the workers and Junior they said they had to use the SSV pods because it is a 2021 and Rockford Fosgate doesn't make the pods for the 2021 so that is what they are supposed to use. More lies. Then they didn't even drill a hole in the cage to hide the stereo wires. They just zip tied the stereo wires around my cage and it looks like crap. When I listened to the stereo you don't hear any bass at all until you are at the volume level 8-9. At that level the music is so distorted because of the crappy speakers you can't even understand the music. I asked the installer what could be done as that was not right and surely not what a $3000 system would buy you. He said you need another amp. This one isn't good enough. Yet they sold me the "kit" to begin with. A kit I didn't get. The RF system isn't supposed to sound like that when you actually put in the kit and all the correct speakers that come in the kit. Since picking it up from you I have learned directly from Rockford Fosgate that yes they do make the 2021 pods which are all included in the kit that I paid for. Further, I learned from Rockford Fosgate themselves that you are not even a licensed RF dealer. I paid for a system and didn't get it. And I am not having you take it out because of the condition my RZR was in on day 3 when I went to check on it. I don't trust any of you. I hope people go somewhere else because they won't get quality work or what they pay for when they go here. They deserve 0 stars.!!! read more
