In the few years since I moved to the area, I've been in this store maybe 3-4 times. My most recent experience here reminded me of the reasons NAPA Auto Parts is not my go-to place for my auto parts needs. First and foremost, I've never felt welcomed in the store. I've never been greeted or asked if I needed any help finding anything. It's only when I approach them, that any type of service related interaction happens with some of the most lackluster personalities in the customer service industry. I'm mean, maybe I've just coincidentally stumbled in there at bad moments. Maybe it's just me being overly sensitive? I think not. It takes a lot for me to complain about people just doing their jobs. I normally experience at least decent customer service at most places. There is something that out about this store, however. A similar occurrence which has happened by chance on every single one of my visits to this store. The scenario plays out like this: I walk into the store. Two employees present. A male and a female employee, each helping customers at separate registers. I take a quick look around the store, either finding what I'm looking for or not. Either way, I go to stand in line and wait for my turn. The female employee finishes ringing up and checking out the customer she is helping. As soon as her customer turns and walks away from the counter, she turns and walks the other way behind the counter to the stockroom to do...something without saying a word to me. You know, the next customer standing behind the customer who just left. On my most recent visit I watched her turn her back as she walked to the back, picked up what looked like a catalog, thumbed through it before she disappears. This has happened on every single one of my 3-4 visits. My recent visit left me feeling like maybe she has something against me. Or maybe I'm reading too much into it and she was really about to go on her break coincidentally. Each time. I mean, one might expect her to at least not ignore the next customer in line. Other than unwelcoming customer service, the store itself is kind of drab. Combine that with subpar service after giving the place a few chances, my last visit sealed the deal with me most likely never going there again. Unless I get in a situation where my car happens to break down within a block of the store and I'm positive they have what I need to get back on the road...maybe then I might consider going in there again. read more

I go there frequently for maintenance parts for oil changes, brakes & other parts on our Highlander, F150 & KIA Soul vehicles. Nearly everyone there is courteous and knowledgeable; they can be more grumpy Saturdays when they're slammed. Their computer system helps them out a lot when finding parts. They also give 10% discount on AAA card holders. If they don't have a part in stock, they can usually get it in the next day, or refer you to another NAPA location. read more

Giving 3 stars because the prices are good but it seems like the system for parts ordering are really unorganized and slow. Ordered a couple of CV axles for my dads truck I've been working on and it's been 3 days now when they said it would be next day delivery. Then it went from morning of the third day to late afternoon and I've had the trucks front end torn apart since I replaced the ball joints, wheel bearings and all that as well. The CV axles have been the reason the truck hasn't been finished. Overall the employees are nice, but just really slow and unorganized. I don't blame the employees at this location, it's the overall system. UPDATE: dropped to 1 star. cv axles came in but we're completely missing the seals and look like they went through WW3. The workers had no idea what we were talking about as far as the seals go. We were able to get them off our old axles to replace for now but will need to swap the seals soon. Pain in the ass. read more

First time coming here and will definitely be my last. I called looking for a specific part and the lady told me that they had it in stock. I paid for over the phone, went in a couple hours to pick it up and was told that it was not in stock and I have to wait until the next morning. I'm going on a road trip and this was needed ASAP. Had to postpone my trip just to get this part. Was never told that it was going to be back ordered or anything. Zero communication with the store I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I was in need of a quart of oil and found this location thanks to Siri. Upon walking though the doors, I was instantly greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Even though all the sales representatives were on the phones or assisting people at the counter, each took the time to address me. I found what I needed and was apologized to as it was going to be a couple minutes for one of the representatives to ring me. Once the representative was available, he apologized again and rang up my purchase. I wish I would have caught his name, as his professionalism was exceptional. read more

I had one of the best experiences at this location in Corona, CA. I was having a very stressful morning on a Friday when I found out my car battery died. I went to NAPA Auto Parts and was very much taken care of by the staff. I experienced nothing but professional customer service. The assistant manager (Scott), was the first person to help me out. He was such a nice gentleman and got me the battery I needed. Along with some excellent windshield wipers I've been needing for my Honda. I value and appreciate the staff of Auto Napa Autos. I can see they really go out of their way to take care of their customers. read more

In writing this review, I've tried to be objective. I think some people just give a one-star because the didn't get what they want. I partially received what I wanted but promises were broken and I was overcharged and that is a huge burden to overcome. Earlier in the week I called in to order a $90 part which they said had to come from Sacramento because they didn't have it in stock. No problem, I'm not in a rush...I'll wait. The part came in early and the rep called me as they said they would...I'm happy. I said I'll be there within 2 hours. I arrived and the parts were boxed up nicely...I opened them and they were exactly as described...I'm happy. I took the parts to the register to ring them up and they said it would be $102...a roughly 13% increase in price; on top of that, there was a $4.00 shipping fee that was added on which wasn't explained to me beforehand...very unhappy. I had ordered 2 of the same part and now I would be paying about $25 than I originally expected. They said I could get 10% off by using my AAA which I did but that did not bring the price down at all. The cashier went to speak to the rep who had just helped me out who did not come out because she was apparently at lunch, but she said she never quoted me $90. I had previously received 2 other quotes, one from O'Reilly's for $99 and one from Auto Zone for $99. They both were available immediately and I would not be charged an additional $4.00. I chose to go with Napa because they were the cheapest but I was disappointed in the end by their bait and switch tactics. I'm not one to beat a dead horse. My time had been wasted, I was overcharged and persons responsible did not want to face the music. I just paid the bill and will not be going back to Napa or recommending them to my friends. I will also be posting this review on some other sites. Please do your homework before spending your money at Napa, you could come to regret it in a very big way. read more

I headed to the old Main location and did not see Napa there. Luckily I yelped to see that it had just moved the new location was only a couple miles down. It is a complete upgrade. The new location is so much bigger and is much more renovated. It is great! Friendly and helpful staff. read more

Strike three in two weeks...this place was awesome when Fran worked there and I would buy ALL my parts there...and I buy a ton of parts...I went last year and had a terrible experience by a rude older guy who had no clue about cars or parts...I actually brought in the old part, and he was still useless!! And I vowed to stay away then....I needed a couple of simple parts last week brought in the old part, Iam building a 65 Dodge...the lady was absolutely useless...I gave her part numbers and still could not find what I was asking...just kept typing away! All I needed was a damn oil drain plug gasket and some universal tail light sockets...after 20 minutes of frustration..I left and went to Autozone...they were not rude and had exactly what I needed...then today I was in a hurry and figured what the hell its a couple of collector gaskets for an exhaust...they have to have them!!! Well I got a guy that had zero clue...I brought the old gasket and flange with me..I said I need two of these...I get the standard whats if for...its a custom application..I tell him can you go in the back to your gasket area and match it up?? NO...I need to know what its for...then asks for me a part number...its like groundhog day here....I grab my stuff and walk out...once again Autozone had what I needed with out any issues....NAPA used to be awesome with knowledgeable people behind the counter...now its worse then McDonalds...this NAPA is a joke...and most of the local shops I deal with agree...wrong parts or not in stock when they get deliveries....I try to support local places but this place needs to close down...complete waste of time.... read more

They don't have a membership like Autozone or Pepboys, that's the only downfall, but it's local and its nice to have an autopart store down the street. read more
