I came here to get a double din head deck and two front door speakers Installed in my 2001 VW Jetta. I don't have any complaints on their end cause they installed it well, it's just I wish they knew more about certain cars. This is because with volkswagens, the aftermarket head units aren't compatible with the factory amp, so I spent a whole month figuring out with my battery kept dying. 60 bucks later and a trip to best buy, I had best buy bypass the amp. In other words, maybe this place could do more research on how certain cars work and bypass the amp from the start so no one will have the same problem like I did. read more

Pretty bad work being done. I got my whole system there trusting them to do a good job and what do they do? They simply took the easy route out. My original wiring/bracket got cut and most of the screws weren't even where they're supposed to be so instead of being easy to put my oem head unit back it's gonna cost me more money. read more

they installed a system in my car and left the rubber bushing that keep water and rodents from interring though the fire wall that I fixed. Wiring for the back up cam s just hanging down behind the back wheel and wire fell a part when I zip tied it up. Had to rewire the way they hooked up the power cords to my battery and fuse blocks and they must not own a vacuum cause there shit all over my car. Stereo shuts off after listening for 10 min at vol 28.They said I play with the amps.BULL SHIT .They were very nice guys and the system sounds good but there install guys have no idea what they are doing. Im not even playing when i say they left my wireing on top of my carpet literally on top of the carpet. They never put my floor moldings back on i mean for what wires on top of carpet in plain view for what. Ill post up pics soon if . it doesnt end there they left it with the biggest distortion noise ever it would over power the actual music cuz it got louder as u rev up ur engine. Tbey also told me 2 come back so they can connect tweeters. I paid them 550$ for the sorriest job i have ever seen. Bought a stereo from here 2 years ago. Nothing but problems with it. Stereo pros does not sell quality stereos and refuses to offer its own warranty on the stereos they buy and sell to customers. They get very indignant when you question them about the product they sold you. Their typical response is always " it's a manufacturing problem, contact them". If I could give them a zero, I would. The sales person installed a different product than what we asked for. That product doesn't even work. They refused to fix or return the product but tried to extort an additional $300 on top of the almost $1000 already paid, to switch out the product to the ones they described to me. After going back twice, the product still doesn't work. Do Not Sign their no refund or returns paperwork. You will have no way to get them to make good on anything. We are totally screwed all that money for nothing. The manager refused back their product and fix this expensive mess. I stop by to get some lights, on my receipt it said I had to pay a certain amount, but when I was finished, they try to make me pay $50 more. When I refuse to pay when I pointed out on my receipt I should not have to pay that extra amount, things got ugly fast. They kept telling me that Jr. made the deal and he wasn't there and that I had to pay it or I can't leave, I told them I had the receipt and it in black and white and they said they don't care. They blocked in their shop, there was like 4 of them. But I told them they can call the police if they want, I am not paying extra. I know if the police had show up with my receipt they would have agreed with me. They finally except the price on the paper and I paid and left. What a bunch of low life trying to rip people off. When I was there waiting for my light to install, within 1 two customers even went in to complain their radio installed there was not working correctly. Jerry jr does shady buissness, he will tell you a good price and over charge for installing it, for 4 tires it was supposed to be 455 so I swiped my card only to get charged 755. Industry standard is 15-45$ a tire max. The stereo I had installed didn't even work when the car wasn't in park, and they broke my cars mirror controllers on the driver door, beyond disappointed, do not come here unless you wanna waste 4 hours and leave with your car worse then you came in. read more

After digesting the experience i went through, i remembered why i do not pay anybody to do work on my car or even touch it. Jr sweet talks you hitting you hard with "Pay 0 dollars for labor" and ups the prices a good 25-35% above prices you will normally find. When every Audio dealer in corona sucks ass, its easy to sneak in a fast move when it comes to prices. I walked out with 2 10inch Kicker subwoofers with ported box and amp. Shitty...let me repeat Shitty installation job. Lost/broke atleast 3 tabs to my plastic trim, left trash everywhere, neglected to tell me how to take care of "my system" and put a HUGE hole in my firewall. Interior Noises went up louder then ever with slight exhaust smell. I called and he said he would fix those problems but i refuse to let his shady technicians/mechanics destroy my car further. Will never let anybody touch my car because JR's guys let me down. Jr swindles cash right out of your pocket....for instance....580 dollars (wanted to charge me more ) for [2 10inch kicker subwoofers, ported box, amp, and "FREEEE LABOR"] lol. Ask to pay before they start working on your car, you'll see. Could have done it all myself for 300 bucks off amazon who has GUARANTEES on ALL their products. Terrible terrible I bought a subwoofer took my own speaker besides the fact they couldn't take out my stock speakers out without ripping them and I told them I wanted to keep them they didn't do it.i told them I had my own amp they said it would be no problem it's a good amp it has power I said ok 300 dollars later I get them installing my stuff my tweeters are missing they told me they weren't there when I took them and asked them if they can install the whole thing they yes they later tell they can't install my speakers in the back because they are too small cool but he wanted to buy them off me for 50 bucks ugh no thanks first day in the road driving to work speakers completely gave out told me it was the fuse I said cool no problem went back they turned back on I go back on the way to work the next boom again they go out I go back and they are trying to tell me my amp is causing all the problems I asked them before they installed it if they think I should just get a new one they said why the one you got is good. Let me start off by saying these guys are very easy to work with. They are very helpful they will do anything to get the job done quick and clean they managed to install a viper alarm with remote start on my 2007 Chevrolet Corvette 7 shops turned me down because it was way to complicated to install!!! Stereo pros said "come on in we got you" and I couldn't be anymore happier!! They were able to knock out the alarm system and the remote start for me for a great price!!! Next day I took my golf cart and I had them add a whole sound system and they hooked me up on an awesome set up I recommend theses guys supper trustful !!! And also they hooked me up with a 54in curved light bar for my truck!!!! They have it all !!! What ever you want they will get it done !!!! Let me start of by saying, this is my first ever bad review. To sum up my experience, this place is very unprofessional. Now I have been here in the past to get my cars tinted and they did okay. I say okay because once I got in my car you could tell the poor job they did cutting off the corners and edges of the tint. I recently got a radio and camera installed, and let me tell you, IT WAS A MESS. I was told the wait time would be an hour and a half at the most, so I waited. Soon enough, my wait became 3 hours. I went to the side to see what the wait was, and whomever the man installing my camera was taking his sweet time answering phone calls non-work related. I stared at him legit sit down in my car and have full on conversations meanwhile he was supposed to be installing my camera. I was so excited to get my new radio, I booked it out of there just to go back within a minute (a second time), they forgot to install my rear end camera (shocker, he must have been to occupied on the phone). Once that got done, I was finally headed home (they finally got it right, or so I thought). As I was driving, I realized the radio was installed poorly. It was crooked and inserted incorrectly. I went back, now my third time, and they fixed it within an hour. All in all, it took 3 tries to get the job done right. read more

They also hooked up an awesome Kenwood navigation, stereo, wifi unit. And installed a new back up camera system. They even fixed, a little door pannel problem i had, simply out of kindness!! Everything was perfectly & professionally installed and in a timely matter. They even took time too deliver the nav.& camera unit too me and my wife, showing us everything and answering all her questions :) lol. If I can review this place without marking a star, I would. They deserve no star and be out of business. Very rude people. Stay away from this place. They seem very nice and honest over the phone, but when you get to the place and speaks with someone it's a whole new stories. The quoted price over the phone is a lie. Sample just to get a light bulbs change and lens on my Miata over the phone was $100 cleared, but when I got to the place, they said, "it's $135 plus tax. Also the tint on the Miata was an issue, got quote over the phone for $89.00 plus tax special Limo tint at the back and lighter on the driver and the passager side I only needed to get three windows tinted, but when I got to the place they said, that the special is only for the back window, not including the two side windows and without any warranty, and that I will need to purchase a $30.00 warranty if wanted a warranty on the tint. They wanted to charge an extra for the driver and passenger side plus warranty. This place is joke. Do not give them business, they don't deserve your business. Ok, so here is my experience at this place. I took my car there and I was told that they had time to work on it, it turns out that they were over booked so one of the sales guys ended up working on my vehicle, doing a very poor job. Here is a few of the things he did wrong: 1. He ran the cable ACROSS the engine bay. Who does that? 2. He tied up the power able with zip ties on the mass air flow sensor, putting a lot of additional weight and pressure that the sensor can't handle nor is designed for. 3. He ran the power cable through the firewall, through the main electronics grommet. Two problems here. A). Do not run it through here, find a different opening. B). He left the grommet completely off, this is a hole of about 5 inches in diameter. 4. He tied up all the cables (four speakers, sub, amp, remote etc) on the brake pedal. Who does that? 5. They constantly lied to me saying, on, the installer did this when in reality it was him and the other guy in sales. 6. I paid additional money to find out why my aftermarket head unit was not working fine, here are 2 answers from the two sales guys. A) There is nothing wrong with the wiring. B) We did not have time to even look at this problem. 7. I was charged additional for speaker wire but when I looked at the amp, each terminal had an average of 4 feet of extra cable bundled up. 8. Ground cable was loose. GRRRRR Why do I give it 2 stars and not 1 star? Here is why. The following day I went back,with a pretty unhappy attitude, I asked them to fix this horrible mistakes. Fortunately enough, the real installer had just come in and he pretty much redo the entire thing. He ran the power cable through the other side of the engine bay (a lot closer to the battery), he did a fantastic wire management, and he fixed the head unit issue, which by the way, IT DID have an issue. The other thing that I did like about this place is that they had a good attitude the whole time, despite the lies. I will encourage you to look elsewhere for your car stereo needs, unless that is, that you make sure that your car gets worked on by the actual installer and NOT the sales guys. read more

Brought a new radio from Stereo Pros. Prior to leaving, I checked the radio and everything seemed to be ok BUT I noticed my gas tank and truck electronic buttons were not working. I bring it to their attention and I'm told it wasn't working before they started - that's a LIE! When I tell them it was, it's now a situation where it's my word against theirs. No manager on site, so I have to wait till Tuesday after Memorial Day to further discuss the matter. I leave and my newly installed radio falls out of my dashboard. They never secured the radio! I call and their gone for the day. I go back on Tuesday, they fix the radio but take no responsibility for the gas tank or truck button. I'm told there is nothing they can do about it nor are they willing to take responsibility but they can't prove it wasn't working. I went to install some HID lights on my car at first I was told 45 mins then after 20 mins they said they needed to remove extra parts so it was going to be about an hour and a half so I waited. The service was poor the employees kept on walking around not doing anything, to finish it off they didn't even want to show me the work they did they just pulled my car around and said it was ready. I went to stereo pros to have an entire system put in my blazer. 2 12 inch subs with box, new stereo, 6 new speakers, sub control knob, a 1100 watt and 600 watt amp cables a Bluetooth speaker and installation. For the first 2 weeks everything was fine. Until I realized that the owner "JR" COMPLETELY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE FINANCE COST. He said I would put $45 down towards the principle balance (which was just a fee that went toward nothing) then said that the cost was 1200.00 out the door. Turned out to be 1400. He also told me the finance company would report to the credit bureaus when paid, ANOTHER LIE. After I paid the whole amount IN FULL within 3 weeks. 2 speakers (tweeters) completely blew out. I went to the shop to have them replaced/fixed and waited to be helped for 3 hours. They then told me there was nothing wrong when it was clear the speakers were blown and I had only had them for 21 days. Finally I convinced them to fix it. Another hour and a half later, a very rude employee basically threw the keys at me and said it was done. I asked what took place and if they were replaced or he fixed them. The man acted as if he didn't speak English and walked away. When I got back in my car, my face plate was scratched and cracked, as well as pulled a half an inch from my dash. ON TOP OF THAT, the speakers sounded worse than ever and the screws holding the cover fell out. They damaged my vehicle. When I went back inside to tell "JR" he told me he was told it was fixed and they are now closed. I told him that I have spent over $1,400.00 with them and they not only sold me defective equipment, did not fix it, but also damaged the working equipment. His only response was..."bring it back tomorrow and we'll check it out man, we're closed. I REFUSE TO EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. I will pay another more reputable stereo shop to fix the damage and broken equipment. IF YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY TO BE WELL SPENT AND TO NOT BE DISRESPECTED AND LIED TO....NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP. Came to get my alarm installed few weeks ago and they said about 1-2 hours ended up staying here for about 5 hours there Installer was throwing a fit then he drove my car like he stoled it when he parked it cause he was pissed I drive off and everything was rattling the installer also just jammed everything behind the door panel cause they had to add a motor so when I went to roll down my window it got stuck half ways and messed up my tint I had to get home and re wire all the wires they didn't even use a gromet after they drilled thrue my fire wall then when I went to open my hood the wires where just over the intake box just pure laziness i had to rewire that too and re install the actual alram horn some where else cause this smart guy drilled it on my radiator support so my hood would get stuck trying to close it eff this place should of read the reviews first, first and last time I come here, also the guy up in the front desk Kept walking into the restroom just taking a leak with door open unprofessional sketchy ass people didn't bother going back so they can fix their mistakes didn't wanna spend another whole day here read more

They added nice speakers and did a beautiful tint job on my truck! I cant say enough good things about these guys with the horrible experience I had at the other store I went to. I bought a complete system including a GPS head unit, 2 amps , a TV monitor and 4 door speakers for $1300. The owner (junior) promised me the install would look professional in my new truck and there will not be any engine noise or he guaranteed it to be repaired or my money back. After the install I saw they replaced my panel screws with drywall screws and there was loud engine noise to the point that it gave me a headache. After returning my vehicle to their shop 6 times to eliminate the engine noise the owner(junior) told me he does not know where the noise is coming from and can't help me further. He told me he can't take the system back as previously stated because its too much of a for him. Buyer beware. read more

I wish I had checked out the reviews before doing business with these guys. I brought my vintage car in to have an alarm and stereo installed. Though i was quoted a lower price earlier in the month, they did a good job of upselling me a higher priced unit that would " work better for my needs". First, my car have shaved door handles and trunk, so poppers are installed. I go in with working remotes for the poppers. The new alarm was installed necessitated that I switch to the Viper remote. That worked for all of one day then it stopped working. My power windows were working perfectly before bringing it in, but mysteriously the driver side window wasn't working after the install. I bring the car in to correct the problem. They said it was a blown fuse with the window. A fuse was replaced also for the door and trunk poppers, and battery replaced on one remote. All worked well for all of one day. No further problems with the window. Subsequently, four visits has not corrected the problem with the poppers not working like they once did before their " professional installation". The upgraded stereo is an altogether other issue. This unit came highly recommended by the proprietor but the promised features does not work with my android phone. Upon complaining about this, he says "I made a mistake" and showed me a lower priced unit that he could install for the "same price". They also recommended that I buy an antennae. So I bought one of their "better" ones. When I came in for one of the four visits I mentioned that my radio does not pick up AM stations, I was then told that it is for FM only. No mention of this was said before installation. And because it is "store policy of no refunds" I am stuck with faulty and non-functioning equipment. Waiting on Bureau of Auto Repair to respond. These guys are absolute criminals. Don't be fooled by their "free installation" they mark up all there products that they sell so if you do the math that "free installation" isn't so free. Also when they were finished with installation of all four door speakers, an amp for those speakers, and a double din head unit I had big time sound feedback which was more of a steady beep. Took it back three times before the issue was somewhat resolved. Very messy installation which looked like spaghetti speaker wire and rca cable. Bottom line if you want quality work that gets done right the first time with no headaches then DO NOT come to this establishment. Don't just take my word for it like ok at all these other negative reviews. Today was the last time I walk in and out of those doors due to them telling me to pay $40 for resetting my Bluetooth memory on my head unit which is still under "warranty". Wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order for GROUND CONTROL coil overs for my 2015 Honda CRZ. Told me it would take 4 business days. I came in on the 5th business day, and they told me it was on back order. I asked why they didn't advise me of that? So I contacted GROUND CONTROL and they said nothing is on back order, should have shipped in 72 hours. I called back to tell them what GROUND CONTROL had said, and this time the manager or owner JUNIOR picked up. He told me they came in and he orders the CRV coil overs which is a lie, because his partner I want to say his name is Mike(might be wrong) said nothing came in they are in back order. I totally caught him lying to me! So I told him to contact GROUND CONTROL because they are in stock!! 3 days later he tried to charge me for H&R lowering springs that are worth $198.00 and charged $600.00 for the price of the GROUND CONTROL coil overs and installation and I had no correct merchandise or installation. I told them to cancel my order and they said all sales are final! Lol I contacted the finance company and it was a process but they took care of it! Never will I go again!! Bad customer service!! OMG!!! This place is a total joke! I hardly ever write reviews but my experience at this place was beyond horrible. You don't have to worry about getting ripped off there, getting ripped off is their standard. What you have to worry about the most is the damage they will do to your car as they don't know what there're doing. They sold me 2 HID kits for my headlights and fog lights and installed them. After I went home I noticed that the original lamps that I asked for back are in a box and ALL broken. The wires were all over the place and hanging from my truck. I went back and spoke with Jihad and he said he will take care of it. After tithing the wires with zip tights I went home to notice only one fog light is working and there was a broken lamp inside the fog light assembly (my original lamp). I went back and Jihad apologized and removed the broken lamp and replaced only one of the fog lights kit. After I went home, I noticed the headlight HID lights go off and not working, I went back AGAIN, but this time I was told that I can't have the light switch on "auto" and I need to operate it manually so that the light kits get "enough power". How could this be, one works and the other doesn't. Anyhow, not convinced I gave it a try to see the lights not working after 2 minutes. When I went back again, I was told that there is nothing they can do nor refund me for the defective product. I'm very upset as I feel I was cheated and I don't want to see this to happen to anyone. Please be aware, you will regret if you ever let them do any work on your car. The damage they did on my truck cost me $720 to fix. read more
