Terrible service way over priced. They've done 2 sound systems for me that both sounded like shit on systems they recommended. It only got worse when I would ask them to fix it. After that I needed some LED headlights, asked if they could plug them in for me real quick and said they'll do it for $100. To plug headlights in? Just wanted share a great experience I had with Stereo Pros and dealing with Junior and Omar. I went to Stereo Pros to have them install a 2 din receiver, backup camera, several amplifiers, speakers, and subwoofer on my C5 Corvette ZO6. It was Saturday and I stopped in after visiting a competitor stereo Installation shop down the street. I was very disappointed with this other shop as the owner was very negative and kept stating how difficult it was to install this stereo equipment in a Corvette and that he wouldn't be able to install on a Saturday and it would take 2 days. I left very upset and stopped by Stereo Pros. Junior was very pleasant and said he could install everything the same day. I left the car at 12:00 and it was done by 5:30. They did a great job and the install looks very clean. Stereo sounds amazing and backup camera works great. Highly recommend these guys. read more

Took my bmw581i to get its stereo replaced a few days ago. Not only did I have it bring it in 3 separate times, but it seems like they didn't know what they were doing! We were told to wait another hour to pick up our car because the person working on it was asking a bmw dealership how to fix it. The wait time is atrocious as well. My experience at stereo pros started off good, the sales man was helpful and got me what I wanted at the price I was wanted. Before handing over my keys I asked, "how long will this take, I have somewhere to be in 1.5 hrs" he said it would be 45 minutes tops, 2.5 hours later I'm still there. It's not the fact that it took 2 hours that pissed me off it's the fact he told 45 minutes, all he needed to do with me is be upfront with me. Another thing that pissed me off was the fact I asked if my XM would work since it was the same brand head unit as my old one, he said yes. This morning when I went to set it up I find the XM a tuner in the box, you mean you couldn't plug it in for me? I should have known better than to come to a place like this when it already had so many bad reviews. My suggestion is go down a few doors to just audio and tint, those are some stand up guys who do a great job. read more

READ THIS BEFORE GOING!!!!!! FIRST OF ALL! I want to mention is that he and his employees were drinking beer while working on my car. Like seriously, how more unprofessional can you be. I wanted to leave but he made my pay before they started the work and I signed the receipt so I instantly couldn't get a refund unless I called my bank which is a hassle. Gonna be really honest with you, the guy that goes by Jr, who is the owner, is completely money hungry and very cheap when it comes to providing quality. The service quality is based off of greed. I went to get my windows tinted and I left with him telling me, "those bubbles will come off over time." I walked away believing him, and I really shouldn't have because the next day my rear window turned purple and it only shows in the sun. I went back to get a refund for the poor quality and was rejected. So I wanted to get everything redone at least but he also denied that because apparently I was "too rude" when he is the one that kept me at his shop for 4:30 hours to do a window tint and then receiving very poor quality for $160 and then rejecting a refund and repair when the tint comes with a year of warranty. On top of all that, the say after I realized that a few of the windows are cut short so sung-light comes through some of tint which defeats the purpose of tinting your windows. The outcome of this place was seriously ridiculous and the owner himself is super greedy and cheap. So if you want someone that drinks on the job while working on your car then this is the place to go to lol. Seriously BE CAREFUL before signing the receipt or even paying because I'll tell you the truth, quality is NOT WHAT YOU WILL GET whatsoever. read more

This place is a JOKE. I took my side by side there to have a system installed. I told them I needed marine grade speakers since they would be exposed to rain, etc. They sold me Kicker speakers that they said were marine grade. After I picked up my side by side I noticed they had installed different speakers from what I bought. I called Kicker and told them the model number and was informed that they were not marine grade, were of lower quality from what I paid for, and they would not work in an off road vehicle. This place gets a zero star. The are crooked in so many ways. They rip you off and do faulty work! They make a huge mistake and take no responsibility. I will be taking them to court because their mistakes have cost us 650.00 and so much more Buyer beware of STEREO PROS IN CORONA My son had spent a lot of money getting an amp and stereo put in his truck with lots of time and days without his truck because of many mistakes the first time around. A month later he was so excited to upgrade to a better amp and unfortunately when he got in his truck his electrical wasn't working! Omar said they have been installing for 12 years and it wasn't because of them. The manager said they throughly checked it out and had their mechanic check it out and it wasn't from anything they did and told us to go get it fixed somewhere else and if it was their fault they would pay for the repairs. We took it to a reputable automotive shop and they performed a electrical diagnostic test and found B3135 all doors lock circuit short and B1538 lost communication with devise on LIN bus. The rear AMP was installed with self tapping screws through the harness at the rear seat damaging the body control module, none the less we had to replace the body control module and have it reprogramed. It cost us 650.00 to be repaired! And now Junior still says it's not their fault!! even though we have pictures and a report from the automotive shop. I've also tried resolving this with over 30 phone calls and they say Junior isn't there and doesn't know when he will be in every time!! This is sad that my son paid so much money and is learning a hard lesson that this company is crooked and liars. I hope everyone heeds my caution and doesn't have work done on anything there because they don't care about us nor back their work. There are several complaints already just please do your research. I paid over $3,000 for a complete stereo system window tint, and alarm The system sounds like crap they installed different speakers then I purchased charged me for 2 12inch subs and then called me and said the won't fit so I had to get 10inch which was cheaper than the 12s and they refuse to refund me. My tint in bubbly. And my alarm works sometimes its either real sensitive or not at all. I've taken my truck in atleast 5 times and they had to keep it over night 2 of those times and barely did anything if anything. Little do they know that I had little cameras installed in the truck recording everything. I caught one of the workers going thru my center console checking my lottery tickets and pocketing some of the winners. I would like to take this time to give a dedicated review for Stereo Pros, driving by as I normally do in Corona to my route home I found the shop eye catching with a black Charger parked upfront. I decided to go check out the stereos for my Honda Civic LX 1999. After speaking with Jr. he seemed honest and very open to prices. Giving me detailed information on all products and attempted working with my budget. Let me just say, Jr. is a peoples man. Dedicated to his work and knows his stuff. So me being curious about everything, I asked about the remote start/security alarms I noticed in the corner of my eye. He shot some price tags my way and I remembered that I got a quote from someone on Craigslist for a killer price.... I explained this to Jr. so see if he would be up for the price tag I had in mind. Jr. quickly answered my offer by saying "I'll do it for you and cheaper", right away I considered the offer and told him I will think about it that night. I couldn't wait, I drove back dropped off the car in less than an hour. I got my Security System installed in 3 hours; remote start/unlock/lock was installed. I got the sensors as well with the kill switch, it has an override as well. This package came with a full year of warranty. He took the time to stay overtime and finish the job, even after they closed the shop, I will highly recommend Jr. and Stereo Pros anytime. To be sincere, I've sent at least three people in the last week after they noticed my remote start, I sent them his way. Total trash, Omar claims to be the manager at this disappointment of an establishment. They are a total joke, bought LED D1s headlight bulbs with installation ($130), he first ordered the wrong bulbs so went back 3 weeks later when he finally had the "correct" bulbs. I hung out during install only to find out the were going to install regular D1s HID bulbs which are crappy quality and ultimately not what I purchased. The owner, (JR) is what they called him, told me to go ahead and take these and they would call when the LED bulbs arrived. It's now been close to 2 months and I haven't received a call from this place. Zero customer service, and accountability. Throw the whole damn crew away, do not come here, they are clowns trying, with their last two brain cells, to run an automotive electronics store. Waist of time, money and energy. read more

Staff upfront was very nice and helpful, got me the best for my budget and helped me figure out where I should spend the money and where it doesn't matter much. I came 2 days to get my fog lights done. First day I called for a quote and they told me I can bring it In it should take like a hr . Went in waited for 2 hours to be told they're book for today but the schedule me a appointment for the next day at 10 am and They had me pay up front also. Day 2 I showed up at 930am told them I came yesterday and have a appointment today at 10 for my fog lights and was told they will have my car done in a hour n a half so I waited. 6 n half hours later after being told several times "your car is next" " your car is almost done" on top of that around 6 customers came in complaining saying there cars radios are messed up and ect. I even ask for refund for how long they took to get my car in the back and they told me they don't do refunds and showed me in small prints. I even told them they haven't even worked on my car yet and still no refunds so I waited. When I got my car I found out my front bumper was not flushed and still isn't. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone believe me when I say they do not know what they are doing! Don't let those nice cars in front fool you! Let me start by telling you about the stereo output, I asked for a HDMI port and they said they had no cable and cannot get one till after they did the job (I would've brought that cable my damn self if they would've told me about while they had the head unit out) meaning they are not up to date, what double din stereo has no hdmi output nowadays?This was not on a Weekend for them to say their warehouse place was closed so they didn't put the cable for that or any USB port like I asked them to do, they agreed they would do it, charged me and did not do it! Another thing I asked them to do is the tinted windowsI asked for 5% and they ended up putting whatever percentage they had, since they didn't have the 5% once again they did not tell me about this they just put it on with no care to call me and ask if 20% was ok, I asked him to put tail lights they did put on the tail lights but since the taillights had no lightbulb they did not care to put one on Nor tell me about it, (again what kind of place has no led bulbs nowadays or why agree about doing the job). they put speakers all around and by the time they were going to turn in the truck back to me, the speakers were smelling like smoke because of the guy blasting the stereo in the shop supposedly "tuning" the amp (and yes I connected good brand equipment (alpine, kicker and JLAudio) since I put new LED all over my lights were flickering like crazy all over and they didn't even have the decency to to mention that to me before me leaving and getting pulled over and being informed by a cop with a ticket! I asked him to put a lightbar on top and to put the switch next to my steering wheel but they didn't they put it where it was convenient for them I just don't think it's right for the owner to agree to everything you tell him not do it the workers in the shop said that the owner doesn't mention any of the things they have to do so I don't understand how the business works I got charged 1300 for installations only and I ended up having to go to downtown LA to get it all fixed so in other words I just paid twice I do not recommend this place to anybody if you have any questions feel free to call me I can back up my story 2133006711 cell phone read more
