And wow was I surprised at this beginner level job they did. If you look at my picture they have no pride in doing professional work. The brackets are hideous they came from a home goods store. And the dude painted only one bracket black with spray paint while it was attached to the seat. So the seat and amp got painted too !!! Wow these people take you for a joke, and their work is a joke. Took my sons truck here and talked with Damien about putting in a CarPlay and Bluetooth system. He didn't want anything fancy just a system for music and mapping. Damien explained the system to me and gave a very reasonable price to include all hardware and installation. Took the truck in and dropped it off. Was told it would take a few hours and they would call me when it was ready. 3 hours later and the truck was done. Everything worked fine but my son wanted the Aux cord ran through the dash and not in the glovebox. Damien took care of this in a little over an hour at NO COST. Highly recommend Stereo Pros. Ive got to say thank you to all three of you gentlemen who ensured my pops got taken care of with his camera installation on his truck and trailer then taking me in the same day to install a brand new stereo for me!! I was skeptic at first because I usually do the installs myself but with my newer car I didn't want to take the chance. Wires ran perfectly secured and hidden, that part took the longest i wont lie but man am i happy with the overall result! Terrible service. Was told to install sub and tweeter would be 2 hrs. Dropped car off and came back 3 hrs later. They didn't start the car. There was no noticed whatsoever of the delay as most audio places dont do this. I asked if I was skipped and course they denied this. The shop informed me it would be another two hours. I was not going to wait five hours and no accommodations were offered after waiting 3 hours. Waste of time. Don't go here unless you have all day to wait at the shop. read more

My dad and I had been shopping for a back up camera/stereo system. Price was important to us and Stereo Pros 2 gave a competitive quote that was noticeably lower than the two we had already received for the same system....I could end this review right here and this would be a nice 5 star review, recommending this shop but I haven't even mentioned what really stood out to me and the reason I felt compelled to let you all know why you need to go see these guys. FIRST...When we walked in this morning to drop off the car, Tino greeted us and knew exactly why we were there, what we were getting and knew the type of car we had. If you've ever been disregarded/unappreciated as a customer then you know why that stood out to me. SECOND...my dad is elderly and he doesn't catch on to the technology as fast as some others. Tino listened to all of my dads concerns and answered his many questions in a way that would make sense to an older guy. We dropped the car off feeling good about the choice. The install was finished at the promised time, a few hours. The finishing touch was the time taken to explain to my dad how the system worked. He wasn't just going thru the motions of explaining. It was very obvious to me that He was taking the time to make sure that my Dad truly understood and left feeling confident about his purchase. His safety and well being are a top priority of mine and to see a complete stranger treat him as I would was surprising. So would I recommend Stereo Pros 2? Hell Yes!! Great price. don't recommend this shop. took my vehicle to get a subwoofer & it was installed incorrectly, the sub would always turn on & off. took my vehicle multiple times & they never fixed it. i went in to get 6x9s & the installed different speakers without telling me. took it to a professional shop & rewired everything all over because they did a horrible job. read more
