I gave 4 star due to small facility and the school closed 3 weeks for Christmas break and we still had to pay for whole month of tuition fee plus lunch money that is not inlcuded in the tuition fee. Keep in mind the tuition fee here is not cheap. The owner insulted me and threatened me to bring down the review because it brought down his overall review or he would kick her out of school. Dig deeper you will find another bad review about this school on yelps, maybe they can't delete it on there! It didn't stop there. A month later after I moved my 4 years old daughter to different school she told me a story at her old school that her teacher told her if she wouldn't eat with her mouth close she would duct tape her mouth under the carport. My blood is still boiling thinking about this school. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!

It was worth waiting for them to be available for my son. Teachers were very supportive, gave us suggestions and helped our sons development. The office staff knew our cars so they called our son as soon as I turn into the driveway and he was ready to come out when we park the car, we didn't wait to pick up our son. We enjoyed attending every events like the open school, grandparents day, and Christmas, not only to see my son but others growth. What we liked was their menu too, they had fish day. My child suffered from a debilitating disease that made him allergic to almost every single food, and Mrs. K and her staff could not have been more accommodating. To say they went "above and beyond" would be an understatement. They provided my child with a "special" table that was just his and made a big deal about his "special" food to make him feel important and not like an outcast. They've been not only accommodating, but instrumental to his his health and well being as the level of care and compassion they've shown my son has been unparalleled. Not only that, but he has improved significantly in his education since the daycare he was in previously. He came home singing ZYX instead of ABC at three! The campus is clean, SO cute and fun, welcoming and warm. They have fantastic events involving friends and family. I feel so lucky that we found FI when we moved to richardson. It really is a gem. At face value you walk in and the school is full of character. No boring white walls. I mean there's a model train going around the ceiling by. Play grounds are well kept and there's even a splash pad. While this is not a Montessori school our girls have not only received a great education, the arts and craft creativity projects are endless. I will say this school is based in core Christianity beliefs so if that if that is an issue for you, this may not be your place. I can say nothing our girls have learned or repeated is offensive in anyway. Admin and staff- we have seen some turn over but have never had an issue with new teachers. Health and safety- the school is very good at communicating Health/ safety issues ( black outs, weather impacts , etc). They also routinely perform monthly evacuation and situational awareness. So bottom line no school or daycare will ever measure up to a parents expectations of care for their kids... but while there maybe some bumps here and there I still believe the staff at this school deserve endless margaritas and metals everyday of the week!
