From just walking in and out from behind the desk to showing people which cars are available in the lot...what should seemingly take a short amount of time takes quadruple the time. If you're going to rent from here, especially close to a busy time...don't expect to leave within an hour. I've been here for 90 minutes. Update: They now have no cars. I was told a few days ago over the phone that they would have cars in stock that were within that allotment. When I got there they only had cars in the $7 or more per day than what I was covered for and what I was told when I made the appointment. I feel so was being price gouged because I was at the enterprise next to Disney on a weekend, especially when I was told differently over the phone about being able to get a car within the price of what my insurance would cover.
