I've rented from many Enterprise locations, and this one has been the absolute worst. The customer service at this branch is nonexistent. They rarely answer the phone, you can't get help when you need it, and the staff seems completely unprepared to handle even basic issues. I returned my rental on time, my insurance was covering the vehicle, and I even told them in advance that I wanted to extend the rental. Instead of helping, I was suddenly blocked from renting again with zero clear explanation and no consistent communication. Employee told me I'd be able to rent again after bringing the vehicle back, and then when I came in the next day, they told me I am blocked with no reasoning that made sense. The branch manager, Manny, was extremely unhelpful. Instead of solving the issue or showing any professionalism, he made the situation worse. The attitude, lack of communication, and refusal to assist customers is unbelievable for a company that claims to put customers first. This location needs serious retraining and leadership improvement. If you value your time, money, or sanity, go to literally any other Enterprise location!! read more

I've had to visit this Enterprise location multiple times, and every experience has been great. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Today, I had to rent a car at the last minute, and Carter was extremely professional and helpful. The entire process was quick, and he even provided options for which car I could rent. Just wanted to share about the great customer service I received from Enterprise in Anaheim. About a month ago we rented a car and had an unfortunate experience with the car. Unexpectedly it started giving us some mechanic issues but I have to say that Enterprise has a great road side assistance and we're able to exchange our car in the middle of our trip. We had to switch our plans a little bit but the good thing is we got home safely. The bed part of all is that I received great customer service from the store manager Tony. This place was busy as heck on Friday 10/13 but that didn't stop the exceptional customer service and best efforts by all staff present. I made a pretty last minute reservation and was pleasantly surprised to still be accommodated and get a good car. I waited just about 30 mins and they got me a great car to fit my needs. The car was clean and running smoothly. They even offered a discount off my original reservation price because I waited (a 30 min wait isnt a big deal to me, but they did it anyway!). I had a such bad experience with this company, bad service in general! In November 5,6,7 I was in FLL rent a car through Enterprise, they gave me a car that broke down on me. I was on the way to my big events in West Palm Beach, the car die on me right in the middle of the front of the hotel, blocked everyone else! Such an embarrassing and felt bad for other people, that I can't move the car out of the way. Took a while for service come out take a look at the car, but finally can't fix it so they had to toll it away. I had to paid an Uber $120 to go back to my hotel. Left my 2 umbrellas, cable charger, power charger in that car which they can't located that car for me to get my stuff back! I was in a hurry, Was given an electric car when I specifically didn't want an electric car, i wasn't told it was electric, i was thinking it was hybrid, specially cuz the guy told me it only had 1/4 tank of gas in it and that i didn't have bring it back with full tank, by the time i realized it was fully electric it was too late to return cuz the place had closed for the day, i have never driven a fully electric car so i wasted over 2 hours looking for a fast charging station and every place i went to either all the stations were full or other charging places half of them weren't working, tried calling other places that were open to switch the car but apparently the business hours aren't updated cuz online it says they're open when they're closed, terrible experience will definitely NOT be renting a car from here again specially cuz we lost over 3 hours due to having to stop after a hundred miles to charge it AGAIN cuz the limit to charge it is 80% read more

For starters, this location is one of the only open locations on a Sunday and you that meant a full house of customers in the lobby. A very warm "welcome to Enterprise, one of our staff members will be with you as soon as possible to help you!" the second I walked through the doors. Personally watched her handle phone calls, typing up rental agreements, greeting and assuring other waiting customers in the lobby, coordinating staff members, and handling business as the face of this location with composure and confidence. By the time it was my turn, Jazmin had already taken care of multiple customers and each interaction seemed genuine and handled with great care. After explaining my own situation for my rental needs, Jazmin was able to quickly find me a solution and explained with transparency on how my rental would be handled going forward. Definitely did not make me feel like I was just another business transaction but rather a cared for customer. Rental Vehicle At first, I was shown a nice vehicle which I was happy to take but the employee who was helping me was quick to catch one of the vehicles tires looking slightly deflated and the gas tank at close to empty. She was smart enough to check the vehicle's status to find the tire's PSI at below the recommended level and offered to both fill up the gas tank and re-air the tire (Major catch for my own safety and convenience). With that said, Jazmin was quick to find another solution and instead provided me with another clean and ready to go vehicle. Great teamwork. The man who helped me was great I think his name was Joseph. But when I asked about my last experience in how they put me in a mustang joe when to ask his manager. So I walked over and started asking why last time I got a mustang and now I'm getting a car that isn't even equivalent to my car (accent) he started yelling at me "NO NO, YOU CAN'T GET A MUSTANG" at that point I was agitated cause I had just gotten hit on the freeway and was getting a rental and the manager or whoever started yelling at me? I will never rent from this location again. They wasted my time when I went the first time but decided to give them a second chance since the manager stated he would help me out the next day. I Uber'd again ($36 later) and was told he was off for the next few days. Thank God for Jose Rodriguez who was extremely helpful. Long story short, I got into a vehicle and rented it out for a week. Forward to Saturday, I'm stuck with a dead battery, they're closed and the gentleman that scheduled battery service tells me I'm responsible for the $55 fee. I'm floored. So now I'm trying to work things out with customer service but I don't have much hope. I have to also note that there was a customer that had to return her rental because her battery was about to explode (per her husband who is a mechanic) and the stench that was coming from that battery permeated not only on the outside but on the inside as well.
