The problem is that the one that is primarily at the counter does not seem to work with any urgency or desire to lessen the wait of all the people waiting for him. From just walking in and out from behind the desk to showing people which cars are available in the lot...what should seemingly take a short amount of time takes quadruple the time. If you're going to rent from here, especially close to a busy time...don't expect to leave within an hour. I've been here for 90 minutes. Update: They now have no cars.
