The gentleman at the front desk had awesome service, no fault of him at all, but the reason for the one star is due to fact that when I called to set up my appointment, (since my need for a rental is due to my car being in the repair shop) is that I wanted to keep the car rental below my insurance coverage. I was told a few days ago over the phone that they would have cars in stock that were within that allotment. When I got there they only had cars in the $7 or more per day than what I was covered for and what I was told when I made the appointment. I feel so was being price gouged because I was at the enterprise next to Disney on a weekend, especially when I was told differently over the phone about being able to get a car within the price of what my insurance would cover. read more

(That's automotive talk for an essential ligament). Without a moment to loose, Branch Manager, Jason Goodman (Yes, that's his very appropriate name.) & Jose Carona (An equally appropriate name, as his quick service was cause to celebrate!) assisted me in the "Emergency Procedure." Back in the day, we'd use a needle and thread to stitch the "wound." Today, staples are faster and do the trick. It saddens me some enterprise employees show more empathy and integrity and actually find ways to accommodate constant returning customers with a good reputation with company. Long story short she didn't allow me to rent my rental from Anaheim which I have done before in the past.. I had my id passport but no utility bills and I just moved here less than a month ago. I had seen the low number of stars and was not very hopeful of my interaction with this branch. I rented from them 1 month ago and today I had to exchange cars due to maintenance due to my previous rental. I called up this morning and they had another car ready in 30 minutes. And the manager was nice enough to help me with a problem i had with an old rental so they switched out the cars for me with no problems. Took to long for pickup. 40 minutes & there was only 1 customer ahead of me. The first 20 minutes were spent waiting for someone to arrive at the counter to check us in. The next 20 minutes was waiting for the attendant to help the first customer. They knew I was dropping off the car the next day and failed to tell me that I could return the car to the hotel attendant. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time so I am not caught off guard while this man opens my car door and asks for my keys. read more

Called and reserved a mini van via call center. Was told to come down they had it. Got here and the girl at the counter said they do not. That the call center does not have access to inventory. Why would you take a reservation on a car you don't have. read more

I hate enterprise. My first time renting from them. I specifically asked for a charger. Told I would have one. Had no idea when I called you dont actually talk to anyone at the location itself. I got there and they had a jeep Cherokee. The guy that was there was extremely rude and a bit immature. The jeep was washed but I found a stuffed animal, napkins, and receipts under the seats when I had put my bag on the floor in the back seat so they didnt thoroughly clean it read more

Caution: the following is a true story.... I rented a black Nissan 4 door sedan on Saturday, Oct 4 @ LAX to be returned to the Anaheim Hilton Enterprise RAC before 4pm on Sunday, Oct 5. Employee charges the $25 for the drop off fee, but does not note the location on computer. Odd......but she says to just call the Enterprise RAC @ the Anaheim Hilton to notify them of the return on Sunday. On Sunday morning, Oct. 5, called and notified of the pending car return from LAX before 4pm, get an "ok" from male employee (didn't get name) working, then filled gas and pull into valet area. I tell Hilton employee, "returning Enterprise car" and the told to pull to the left fronting valet area. Entered the lobby and walked to the Enterprise kiosk and observed a seated lone male employee (wearing no name tag). I then told him that we are returning a vehicle. He says "you can leave the keys with the valet, I'll take care of it." I then responded "do I need to sign something?" He replied "no, just leave the keys with the valet." Then told him that I'll leave the contract in the glovebox. He replies...."yeah, yeah, yeah." He had apparently no intentions of getting off the chair at the kiosk to check in our vehicle. Then gave car keys to Hilton Valet Manager (identified as Cliff) and stated "I'm giving these to you because I don't want anyone to say I did not return the vehicle." Tuesday, Oct. 7, @ 1145 am, while in the middle of an excellent Disneyland vacation....I receive an "urgent"from employee "Ebony" of Enterprise RAC saying the vehicle has not been returned and the contract has not been closed. I beg to differ, of course. I return her call and she asks who did I Ieave the car with. The valet manager at the Anaheim Hilton per the instructions of the male employee sitting at the kiosk marked "Enterprise Rent-a-Car," I replied. She implies that I maybe I didn't leave it with an employee, I then tell her my story and I end the conversation. I'm distressed to say the least, but I'm sure the vehicle will be located at the Anaheim Hilton parking lot. Wednesday, Oct. 8, at 2 pm, while shopping at Downtown Disney, I once again receive an "urgent" message from Enterprise RAC employee "Travis Gibson" who says that they can't locate the car and that the contract is still open. I relayed my story again. He says "which Hilton, there's 5 Hiltons in Anaheim." Okay, I'm thinking, but how many have an Enterprise RAC's in the lobby? The one located at 777 Convention Way, I answered. I ask if I need to go over there, to which he replied "I'm busy right now, but I'll make a few phone calls." I then asked "do other people drop off cars at different locations?" He answered, "all the time." I then asked, "so why is the Anaheim Hilton any different?" "Because It's located at a hotel property....and not one of our regular drop off locations." Lesson learned, I replied, lesson learned and I wished I had been told this tip at LAX. Meanwhile, until the vehicle is located I will be charged the daily rental fees.........really? I think to myself. Travis Gibson then calls me back and says he talked to them and that they don't have the car. The person working that day left at 345pm and the car was not returned......now I'm really begging to differ. He says he's going to make some more phone calls. I sit there and take this in for a few minutes and decide that I need to go back to the Enterprise desk at the Anaheim Hilton and start talking to people face to face rather than dealing with Travis Gibson. I also know that a hotel chain this big will have cameras in the valet area and lobby. I will call the police and hotel security before I search the Anaheim Hilton parking lot for the car. I then walk a mile to the Anaheim Hilton and I talk to an employee at the Enterprise desk, not the same one from Sunday and still no name tag. I ask him who was working on Sunday, he doesn't know, I ask him for the license plate of the vehicle I rented, he doesn't know and can't find the information. His name is Ricardo and he is a nice enough fellow, but zero. Spoke with Hilton Valet Manager Cliff who backs me up on the return that day with security footage as well, time stamped 330pm. Call Travis, still not good enough because I did not turn car over to Enterprise employee and I need to file a police report of which I tell him that this is not a stolen vehicle, but rather a Civil Matter between me and Enterprise RAC and I have video proof on my side. In short, "Travis", who represents Enterprise, does not want to even look for this car in their computer system, but rather comes across like he's trying to strong arm me over the phone into producing a black, Nissan, 4 door sedan, owned by Enterprise RAC. I then told him that my vacation is being ruined because of some inept employees at Enterprise Rent A Car, to which Travis replied "what does inept mean?" read more

i wish i could give 0 stars, this place is the absolute worst. I reserved and paid for a car for pick up I show up and they had given the car away. Why would you do that if the car was already paid for. They were unapologetic, unhelpful and allegedly unable to help me a similar replacement car. DO NOT COME HER AT ALL COSTS!!! ENTERPRISE SHOULD PULL THIS FRANCHISEES LICENSE!!! Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any car rental agency anywhere! I reserved a vehicle online to pickup at this location, which is inside the Hilton in Anaheim. I arrived at the location at 12:10pm on Saturday Oct 28 and there was a sign on the counter that read "gone for lunch back at 12:30pm". At first I thought it was weird that only 1 person worked that location and they closed for lunch, but I didn't worry about it too much and waited. 12:30 came and nobody showed up, no problem I'm sure someone will soon I figured. 12:40 and still nobody so I use thee phone at the counter to call someone and I'm told the agent is at lunch and will be there shortly. 12:50 and still nobody, 20 min after the sign says they will be back. I call again and I'm told the same thing they are on their way at which point I say no I want to speak to a manager I keep getting told they are on their way and nobody shows up. Finally a "manager" said his name is Alex gets on the phone and proceeds to lecture me about the fact that I had an "appointment" at 11:30am and I wasn't there for that, what does that have to do with the employee not being here at 12:30 as sign says and as I was told he would be. Absolutely no help from this individual other than a attitude and a "telephone tough guy" role, who wouldn't even have the courtesy to send someone or come talk to me himself. I proceeded to tell him I was sick and tired of being told one thing or the other and nobody showing up, "either send me a car or someone who can help" and what i got was a hang up in my face. Their comments on other people review claim their cornerstone is customer service, which is a bunch of bologne!!!! This center is run by the office on Katella Ave I later find out and that they are losing major business due to the lack of customer support. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and Enterprise main office. If I could give zero stars I would. The one plus from this was Avis from the airport drove a vehicle to me at the hotel within 15 min and gave me a beautiful BMW X5 for half the price these guys were going to give me a small suv for, basically saved me $100. read more

This location was a bit difficult for the return side of things. I was unable to reach anybody for an hour and a half. I returned the vehicle to a location closer to my house because it made sense since I needed a ride home. When I was being charged a $25 drop fee I called the Katella location I spoke with a gentleman who was very understanding and took care of me. Thank you to the gentleman who helped me. Dana said no that my reservation is for one so I waited a hour then came back she was gone and there was a sign saying busy with guest will return shortly. It's now nearly 230 pm. I have a work event I need to be there at five. Finally after lots of calls from the helpful Hilton people. We got ahold of the manager to come over and brought a car just now! I rented enterprise due to staying at Hilton but now I'm wary and encourage others to be cautious. read more

This is for Enterprise in general. They have awful customer service (I called Anaheim and Fullerton). They have no cars available except for vehicles that cost 3 times as much. The Anaheim office could not find another vehicle for me within 30 miles. Unfortunately I have to use them because someone hit my car and that is the rental car company that his insurance uses. read more

Terrible service, dirty car. Used enterprise specifically for their pick up feature. Called for pick up and they "forgot" then they got the pick up address wrong - three times. When they finally picked my husband up, the car we'd reserved was not ready (a van needed for 3 car seats) and there was no other car available. We had to wait for another car that could fit the car seats and they gave it to us dirty and on E. They had promised us a full tank, but we discovered it was on E when we drove off the lot and were so late at that point that we didn't have time to wait for them to go fill it. (There is no gas station on this spot.) There was no compensation for all the headache and everyone kept blaming someone else. I would not use enterprise again and if you need to, I would def not use this location. Very very disappointed. read more

Hands down the worst service I have EVER had with ANY COMPANY. let's start with it's Sunday morning they are right across the street from Disneyland and I wanted over 40 min for service because they had only one employee working. Then they only take major credit cards not debit cards with a visa or master card logo but full credit cards only. Do they bother to tell you this on the phone...no of course not. Then they say they can take a debit card if you live locally ok great I do but the ONLY proof they will accept for that is a water or electric bill. Despite the fact I had dmv proof of address change, and my car insurance showing my address I also pulled up on line my internet bill, my bank statement, and oh yeah did I mention I'm a Disney employee and I had that proof as well. Still no help what so ever. Then they want to send me 4 black away to another car rental place because they are too rude to acknowledge that their true competitors as alamo and hurtz are closer and happy to help read more
