STAY FAR AWAY!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. Unprofessional, unlicensed workers doing the "remodel", evasive and non responsive, etc. etc. I could go on and on. I will just say that these are the most shady and unprofessional people I have ever encountered. We came in at full list price with 45 day escrow. They countered us at $15,000 more with 30 day escrow. They did a cross qualification and made us jump through a bunch of hoops and tried to blow up the deal even though we were already approved for the full amount and had a 20% down payment. One month after bought the house and moved in, it rained for the first time and we had a flood due to the subpar work they did on the roof. This caused a 3 month rebuild, in the course of which they found asbestos (which was not disclosed) , mold, dry rot, etc. Had to get all downstairs flooring replaced, walls knocked out and rebuilt, new beams, stucco outside, etc. They also put in "new" HVAC. We noticed air was only blowing on one side of the house. Turns out they used old materials and the side of the house that was not getting air had ducting that was not even connected to anything! It was just blowing air around in the attic. The furnace they put in is for a 1,200 square foot area - the house is 2,400 square feet. The paint looks like a 7 year old cut in. On the roof they installed the flashing backwards and didn't install z bars. The workers that we encountered had 5 holes in the family room wall cut open looking for the gas line to the fireplace. They thought that gas ran through PVC. They had the hot and cold water lines switched to the kitchen sink. Every single switch plate for light switches and outlets is crooked and had left behind paint bits. Like I said, I could go on and on and on. Bottom line, these people DO NOT CARE. Nicholas Davidson was the seller on all the docs. Every time I called about anything, I could never get ahold of him. Is this guy a phantom? In his ridiculous Facebook and YouTube videos he acts like he is a real estate mogul that does so much good for his community. He is nothing but a greedy snake. Their address listed online is a P.O. Box. I discovered this when I went looking for him to speak in person. We decided to let our lawyer find and speak to him. Wish I had more photos on my phone, but there is a few. STAY FAR AWAY. Would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away like the plague. Horrible people. Unethical and unprofessional. Everything that their "contractors" touched was done wrong: flooring on stairs not glued, step flashing mounted backwards AND upside down, subfloor not leveled prior to laying laminate, caulking in bathrooms not used and when it was, they didn't let it cure (cracking after 1 month), water heater not mounted to beam, insulation stuffed in junction boxes (vs putting covers on them), plumbing fixtures not installed properly, counter tops not installed properly. I mean EVERYTHING was done wrong. Every professional tradesman that has stepped foot on our property to fix plumbing, electrical, HAVC, structural and flooring issues, laughed. LAUGHED at the work that was performed. Stay away!!!!! If they were the only people selling homes in the county, you're better off being homeless on the beach. read more
