My first experience buying a car over the Internet was with BGM. My sales person was Mike P. I'd put through a request for more info and got a callback within an hour. Mike was very accommodating with pictures when I asked about the undercarriage he got it up on a hoist and sent me photos. I'd been looking at a used Jeep and he took care of all the recalls, detailing and out of state transfer paperwork without additional requests. As for the dealership, after checking the maintenance, it looks like all the fluids and filters were changed. Even the cabin air filter was clean!! Great job BGM. read more

I have dealt with BlueGrass Porsche for many years and their Parts department is the most incompetent, not caring bunch of non professional, within the Porsche network. They never have the simplest parts in stock. And anything complex, like body parts , well good luck on getting them. I have waited for a simple grill for my Porsche Cayenne thru Precision Collision for over 4 months. BlueGrass Porsche Parts Department had no sense of urgency ,no follow up on part location, or inquiries on when parts would be delivered. There are some 137 Porsche dealership across the US and with a simple compute search of inventory stock, would have turned up these parts within a week not 4 months. If you are a Porsche Owner in Louisville, you are a captative audiance with no where to turn. The only way to stop this un-called for incompetence is to report it to Porsche Cars of North America. If and when I need any Porsche parts in the future I will purchase them from ANY other Dealership, other then BlueGrass Motorsports Porsche.( aka, Louisville Porsche). Audi Louisville provided me with the worst auto repair service I have ever encountered. I first called to make an appointment on May 20, 2022, and was told their first available appointment would be June 8th. I made the appointment and waited 19 days, then brought the car in on the appointed date for diagnosis and repair. A few days went by without anyone contacting me to give me any kind of preliminary diagnosis, estimate, or status update. I called to ask what the status was, and was told the mechanics were busy but would call me back. They did not call back. This process then repeated itself every day, multiple times a day, for over two weeks. About a third of the time that I called, no one picked up. The other two thirds of the time, I was told someone would call back, but they never did. Finally, on June 23rd, 15 days after we brought our car in for its scheduled appointment time, they got back to us with a list of suggested repairs. Throughout, the process was one long opaque mystery with no sense of when we might expect to get our car back. The service Manager at the time of this experience was Doug Shipp, and the President was James Haynes. They provided absolutely awful service. read more

Yelp didn't transfer my review when I corrected the address for Blue Grass Audi so pardon the duplicate: I've been an Audi driver for 8 years and in that time I've been to several dealerships across the country for service. Blue Grass Audi has the most pleasant, competent, and professional staff I've dealt with. Bob and Tom knew my last car (a 2003 A4 sedan) like the back of their hand and kept it running well past 200,000 miles. My current car (2012 A3 hatchback) gets the same level of care. Bob helped me decide when it was the right time to trade in and get a new car, and the sales process was a breeze. Carl Horner was the salesman I worked with to get the A3 and he really invested himself personally in getting me a good deal. Both Bob and Carl check up on me occasionally to see how the car's doing. I'd recommend an Audi to anyone, but I'd definitely recommend Blue Grass Audi for service or sales. read more

Maserati Louisville received my Maserati SPECIFICALLY for code diagnostics and the only thing they did was screw up the entire electrical system in the car and then BLAME ME for the car being undriveable, although it was 100% driveable before it was in their possession. I was given the car back with a braking system that does not work, immobilizer problems, a power draw problem causing the AGM battery to be fried, several electronic failures, and absolutely NO attempt to fix the myriad of issues they caused. Although my car went in for 10 minutes worth of code resets--and NOTHING else--my car now sits completely immobile in a parking lot with THOUSANDS of dollars worth of issues caused by a dealership that's supposed to be licensed by the manufacturer. For MONTHS and MONTHS the dealership has REFUSED to talk about eradicating the issues. AGAIN, 9 MONTHS LATER, I STILL DO NOT HAVE A DRIVEABLE CAR. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I shopped for my new 2013 Boxster S for months. Drove to Ohio and Indy. Call Atlanta and dealt with a dealership in Dallas. When it came right down to it I choose Bluegrass because of the people. I got a fair price, but the key is that the people took time to help me. This is my second Boxster and there was nothing better then the experience I got at Bluegrass. Bought a Cayenne Diesel here in 2018. Jeremy Carrier was great! Did all the buying over the phone and internet. Car was exactly what they published and we were very happy! Everything was on time, and I was taking Cayenne back to Florida on a return leg from LA via Delta. I told Jeremy i would appreciate a quick close/departure. He came in on his day off to make sure everything was correct! I was in and out in less than 1 hour! It was scheduled to be a rainy day, and it was, so he moved a new car out of the showroom, and moved my used Cayenne into it, had it dried, so i could inspect a dry car! Fast forward to today. The battery is slightly flat at times, so had it tested, and it failed. Scheduled service with my local Porsche Dealership, Porsche of Destin. They told me, once, twice, then in an email that Batteries are not covered under the CPO warranty this Cayenne has on it! I called Porsche of Bluegrass/ AKA, Blue Grass Motorsport, and explained my question. They got the service manager over all five dealerships on the phone with me. Dennis Woods called PCNA rep and confirmed my Cayenne battery is covered just as I thought and was told when i bought the car. He even offered to refund the bill if the local Porsche of Destin insisted to bill me for the battery. I would never ask at this point, since its now on Porsche of Destin to figure out why they show it as not covered! Great job BlueGrass, even three years after the sale! Highly recommended! Mr. Woods, committed to calling back with info within 10 minutes. He did, and provided me his personal cell if i had any issues. If i was counting on Porsche of Destin, this would be my first and last Porsche. Thankfully Bluegrass has ensured this will be my first of many Porsche cars! Might even make the 8 hour trip to grab the next one when the time comes! read more

The dealership went above and beyond for me. When the RS3 I wanted was sold, Victor went out and found one that was the same at another dealership. They bought it, shipped it and got it to Louisville for me. Everyone was super helpful and they made sure the car was ready to go so I could make the long drive back to Little Rock. All in all they were all really easy to work with and super helpful. The reason why this review has been changed from a 5 star to a one is due to the fact it's been a month and I still don't have plates for the car. I come to find out that they failed to endorse the sales check I wrote them which contributed to the delay in getting the title of my trade in. Now it's 30 days since I bought the car and I am incurring late fees from the state DMV and no end in site. I have filed a BBB complaint and complained to AUDI USA to see if that speeds the process up. read more

Better be willing to pay to play! I had some work done on a car out of warranty and first off Porsche labor rates from a dealer are, not kidding, twice the labor rate of normal car maintenance (not a dealer). Porsche OEM parts are easily twice normal american car prices. I love my Porsche, but be aware of what you are getting into. The folks at Bluegrass Porsche Service are very nice to you and look at the dealership and service bays. They are Gorgeous! Car dealers make their money not on the sale of the car, but on the service and maintenance they do. Type it into google, lots of articles on the subject. If you are buying a Porsche either find a great Porsche mechanic (not the dealer) or buy a car ONLY UNDER WARRANTY!!! Don't fall for the 2 year warranty for repairs. If the repair they do doesn't fix the car, the 2 year warranty doesn't apply. It apply's only to the part they replace, not the whole problem. Guys here at Bluegrass Porsche are competent and EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! My best advice, find a good local Porsche Mechanic, your wallet will thank you later. read more

Let down after 25 days and many broken promises by both reps and management. I spoke with three sales people including the manager over several weeks with extreme interest in a used Audi. I was ready to buy but needed to see pictures before I could make a deposit and travel to Louisville from Pittsburgh. I was told they'd send pictures "tomorrow" at least half a dozen times. They said... The body was perfect. The mileage is low because its only owner was in his 80s.... Then... It's in the shop for brakes and rotors. We put thousands into it, including upper control arms... Then... The car is at the body shop for some scratches on the bumpers. Then... The front bumper needed more time at the body shop. Then... The parts are in but we haven't done the work yet. We'll send pictures as soon as it comes back from the body shop. (It would be in no later than tomorrow many times.) Then... The scratches in the quarter panel didn't buff out so we had those painted and it's taking longer. (We want this car to be perfect, you know.) And so on, each time saying they'd send pictures while I held off on a car in Cincinnati. Finally one Saturday, the manager called to say they had just got the car back and a rep had sent pictures. Before 10am Monday, I called to say the pictures had not arrived and he said he'd ask the rep to send them again. Then he said "Oh, the car has been sold.". read more
