Angie initially contacted me to schedule an appointment, which I scheduled for the following week. Angie was delightful to speak with and provided a nice first impression of the practice. When I arrived for my appointment, a nice lady at the front desk greeted me. I checked in and had a brief wait before seeing the dentist. Dr. Vattikunta, also known aka Dr. V., introduced herself and discussed the process and procedure. It began with obtaining an X-ray of the jaw area and describing what could be performed. I expected this appointment would be a consultation, and another appointment would be scheduled for the procedure. To my surprise, Dr. V. said the bone graft could be performed at this appointment. To my delight, I had the graft completed and did not feel any pain with the sedative injection. The area was stitched with a follow-up appointment scheduled seven days later. I arrived for my follow-up appointment with Dr. V. to have the stitches removed. Within 10 minutes of checking in, I was on my way. I thought I would try Aspen Dental again and see if maybe they had improved their services. They have not. I made an appointment and also drove over there to buy some teeth bleach. When I got there, I was told that because now I was considered a new patient they could not give me the teeth bleach until after they saw me. Way to make it all about money, Aspen Dental!! I received a text reminder about my upcoming appointment every single solitary day up until my appointment, which I confirmed yes, and filled out my paperwork again now that I was a new patient. When I showed up for my appointmen the bot at the front desk said "We tried to call you yesterday to verbally confirm your appointment and since we didn't get you we canceled your appointment." What the heck???????? First of all, I have confirmed at least a half a dozen times all the way up until today And you still cancelled my appointment? And by the way, I never received a call. Way to go! Way to lose a patient! If you are thinking about using them think twice. I have had two out of two bad experiences with them and would never, EVER recommend them to anybody on the planet.
