In the early 2010s, I've visited Guess and purchased pairs of sandals. Was not really motivated to check them out. Did visit Nike, Adidas, and Puma. Puma was not busy and had pretty decent prices. Adidas was crazy busy especially with customers interested in FIFA World Cup gear from various countries. Nike was super busy too. If my children were being too loud or running too much, she could have simply asked me to have them stop. Like most apparel and shoe stores, this one had a large selection of women's shoes and a smaller selection of men's shoes. But an associate helpfully led me to the shelf that had the shoe I was interested in. I tried different options but found that I needed extra wide, which was not available in my size. I was ready to give up since the shoe was on Amazon at the same price, but the associate came back to check on me. I told her about my requirements and she checked the back and they actually had the shoe that I wanted! There was also a 40% off sale here, and the return policy is a generous 45 days, better than Amazon's 30 days. So it totally made sense to buy here, and it also supports our city. Shopping at outlet stores doesn't always get you the best price, but in this case it absolutely did!

I lost one of my precious earrings in the changing room and when I went back two days later to inquire about it, they had it in their lost and found! They even have a jar of Milkbones for the fur babies! My dog certainly appreciated the treats.

I enjoyed seeing a complete product line for various clothing and shoe manufacturers rather than a few items only in a normal retail store. I was able to find some specialty shoe products, including some cushioned sketchers shoes, not readily available in brick and mortar stores. On rare occasions, I get to wear a tux. I was able to find a high quality half price/inexpensive tux top the cost less than a pair of running shoes. A bargain if I wear it once.
