I've never been to a Steve Madden location before but thanks to a friend of mine who's a fan, have exposed me to it. I love the way we were treated upon arrival. A friend of mine was looking to replace a purse that she had recently bought. The strap finally gave out but she was very fond of this particular purse. Daniella, One of the employees there was professional, friendly and very inviting. She assisted my friend in trying to locate the purse but come to find out they don't sell it anymore. I very much appreciated her professionalism. Parking isn't a problem seeing the fact that this location has been shared by other establishments. Our visit was on June 1st. read more

All customers in the store were completely ignored. I had to climb ladder to look for an item. Then I was scolded for helping myself sweetie, if you did your job, maybe I wouldn't have to do things myself. Simple. I tripped on a box which was hard to avoid. Considering there are multiple scattered all over the store floor ‍ They employed acted like ringing up my 1 item was an issue. Needless to say, we will definitely not be coming back. Talk about muscular calves....the struggle is too REAL! :( I went to a bunch of outlet stores tonight and surprisingly, it took the last store to realize that their boots fit me. Hooray! They had a great selection of boots on sale with one pair of wide calf boots and that's what really sold me. Even though regular calf fit snug and actually zipped up all the way, the wide calf was actually a better deal (saved $20 woot!) and the cognac color looked better than the black haha. I really gotta thank the sweet employee and the random customer who helped a sista out tonight because I went shopping by myself and they really aided in my decision-making between the cognac wide calf boots versus the black regular calf boots lol Would have flipped a coin just to decide :D Also, they give 22% off full-priced items if you're a student so flash that educational ID ;) read more

I just didn't like the vibe while in the store. Loud Mexican music at 10:00 in the morning. Lady was nice however.

I think I found the holy grail! A Steve Madden where they're not blasting their club music over the sound system! I could actually join my wife into the store and hear myself think! Other than that, store has a good selection, but they also cram a lot in there so if it's busy (as it was when we were there) getting around can be a bit difficult. read more

I've been here a couple of times and has never been greeted, until I'm trying stuff on. I'm all about customer service and that usually determines my decision on purchasing something. The staff are friendly when it looks like you're gonna buy something. I flagged down an employee that looked miserable and kept rubbing her head like she had a headache. I asked if she had a certain style of flats, but in heels, and she said "no." I actually found them myself and said, "hey look! I found some!". Her response: "oh." And walks away. Maybe it's just me dealing with this issue. Maybe I look like I'm a tourist so they don't even try to help, assuming I don't speak English. But there's good deals here, though. read more

This Steve Madden outlet store is awesome. It has a ton of selection and is really well organized and easy to make your way through. Even better, they have employees that deserve 5 stars. Jade helped me order my second pair of booties from another location when they didn't have them in the store, and made sure that I still was able to receive the same discount they were offering in their store. She was super nice about it too, which made me feel better about asking for something beyond the normal course of action. The second pair is being shipped to me and will be here in just a few days and I'm really excited. Thank you Jade! So excited for my new boots. read more

Visited this store this weekend, great customer service and deals! They carry mostly a variety of different styles other than the retail stores, but have some newer styles too! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I had trouble finding the specific size I was looking for, but they went above and beyond to help me out and I got 3 pairs! There is one woman who seemed to be the main manager of the store and she was extremely rude. She belittled her coworkers and was not accommodating to my family and I in any way shape or form. I did not catch her name but the only way I remember her is by her tattoos. She seemed very nice at first and as soon as she began scanning our items, her attitude changed and was not being helpful as a Steve Madden representative should be. Great selection, with good prices. But when I went three weeks ago it was hard to find someone to help me. I spent over an hour in the store only to end up with one pair of shoes. Then today I went to return them within the 30 day time slot they give you. I got to the register and the girl didn't say anything to me, instead she just calls her manager over. Manager comes up, opens the box, and looks at the BOTTOM of the shoes and says "we don't take worn product back". The only thing she was going off of was some residue left on the bottom from their dirty floors. This is ridiculous, I wore them in the store for 15-20 minutes while I shopped around when I first bought them. Hadn't taken them out of the box since I bought them, they sat in my trunk and then I brought them back to be returned. She completed the return but in a very unpleasant and awkward way as if to make me feel like I was doing something wrong. Then I left the store feeling very uncomfortable. Please don't ever accuse your guests. I work retail and have never treated my customers like this! read more
