I went with Pasta Arrabbiata, then customized my order by adding a breaded chicken breast, black olives, onions, roasted peppers and shaved parmesan. On the plus side, Pastaphony gives ample portions- My entree weighed almost as much as a two-item combo platter from your friendly neighborhood Chinese takeout place! And, while the dish took me to Flavortown...unfortunately it was the Mojave Desert, with its scorching flavor profile and intense, spicy taste.
