He's clearly a perfectionist when it comes to his work and really cares about getting everything exactly right. He took the time to track down the exact paint color from Porsche to make sure the repair matched perfectly. When I picked up the car, it looked AMAZING, you honestly can't even tell it was ever hit. There is a sealing strip runs across the bottom of the windshield, it has partially come off and slaps against the wind shield while driving. The noise it makes is loud and annoying. I asked if he could replace the tray that it is attached to, but he said it is more than likely they don't make that part anymore. Since he could not replace it, he glued it down. No charge for parts or time! I was missing cylinder #2. And cylinder #6 had oil and water in it. Bad head gasket. It did take 2 days for repairs but that happens. The only drawback is that he doesn't take credit or debit cards. I have been satisfied with his work for the last twenty years.

From my very first phone call, I had a great experience. I called on a Thursday, and they were able to get me in the very next day. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire scheduling process incredibly easy. When I dropped my car off on Friday, I explained the steering concerns I'd been experiencing. They listened carefully, assured me they would thoroughly inspect everything, and later that afternoon called to let me know they expected to have the car ready by Monday. What impressed me the most was their honesty. After inspecting my car, they told me they couldn't find anything that needed to be replaced regarding my steering concerns. They easily could have recommended unnecessary repairs, and I never would have known the difference, but they chose to be honest instead. That kind of integrity is hard to find. They also performed a wheel alignment, topped off my tire pressure, and even identified a completely separate issue that will need attention in the future. They gave me a quote for that repair without any pressure or sales tactics. To top it all off, my final bill was nearly $200 less than I had originally expected.
