I asked for a water feature and he gave me a pond. The flagstone walkway was badly done, and is not walkable with bare feet since the gravel around it (which I did not ask for) spills all over the stone. He built a trellis that is dangerous. He fixed part of it but my 2 year old grandson just founds the flaw and fell badly. He won't finish the planting part, and has left me high and dry, without documenting where the capped valve is. He can't take criticism, and won't fix mistakes without charging you. Not a good vendor.

They specifically told me that they would deliver the rock between 9:00 and 3:00 p.m. and give me a call 1 hour ahead of delivery instead it was dumped in my driveway, blocking access and cars from getting in and out. When approached about giving me my delivery money back or trying to push the rock aside later in the day and after acknowledging that the original plan was clear they entirely ignored it and stated that they delivered the rock and they were done. Very dissatisfied.
