I sent all medical records, scans, nerve conduction results etc as requested. Spent 30 minutes filling out a very long medical history questionnaire. I was seen by Julie Stackhouse PA and it was disastrous. She had not reviewed any of my records or questionnaire so was totally unprepared for this consultation. She spoke so fast I had to ask her to slow down 3 times. She jumped around to my numerous issues and used medical terms I wasn't familiar with. Tried to get her to isolate and discuss 1 issue at a time. I've gone over these records with several medical personnel so I totally understand what's going on but trying to follow her was impossible. It was a total waste of my time and I resent the fact that I waited 2 months for this appointment only to find out the professional I was seeing did not behave like a professional being totally unprepared.

Nerve damage like this was worse than any pinched nerves I've ever had and its still not normal. Not enough staff to handle the paperwork here. In fact I had to call the Dr Sassura myself and letting him know I was in a very bad pain and was suffering. It seems this surgeon staff do not care about patient safety and care post op. Also didn't get in home PT either, even though I asked for it. Overall very disappointed with this situation. Won't go back to them for the second knee.
